Pros (+) This is a gem of an hotel. The staff are friendly, efficient and courteous. I asked for a few things from room service and they arrived within minutes. The room decor is quirky and so much more interesting than the usual hotel decor. Bed and bedding are superior to the extent that each person has their own doona. There is a radio in the bathroom.
Cons (-) The only improvement I could suggest is a steam iron to replace the very lightweight iron that was in our room.
