Pros: The staff take extra measures to make you feel you are at home.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: everything was perfect and the service was amazing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. The concierge were extremely kind and helpful. They upgraded us and gave us a free drink at the bar whilst we waited for the room to be ready. Then the manager personally came over to us to give us the key which was a very nice, personal touch. He went around speaking to other guests as well which you don’t normally see in many hotels! The room service was delicious, with a good choice of options and the portions were very generous. The decor of the hotel is stunning it epitomises refined luxury. The pool is also very nice, as are the gym facilities but unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy them in our trip. Overall great hotel with great customer service and walking distance to all the best shops (Neiman’s 7 minutes) and Rodeo Drive (10-15 minutes).
Cons: Could update and modernise the shower head.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is gorgeous! Very beautiful interior, every detail is skillfully created. It’s very cozy and at the same time looks grand. Fantastic service, friendly staff. The location is great!
Cons: We liked everything.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Peninsula Beverly Hills is like a home away from home, only better! The service is exemplary, the facilities are first class (hard to move from poolside) and not to mention the beds - best I've ever slept in anywhere in the world. The monogrammed pillow cases are a particularly nice touch! Family friendly too which is a big bonus. We have stayed twice here and honestly would not go elsewhere.
Cons: Nothing that comes to mind.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything !
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Every thing is great
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The property is very beautiful. The interior decoration was very well done with old time glamor. Location is great.
Cons: There were some surprises! On one of the nights, there were people moving furniture and disassemble furniture outside of our room for about 1.5-2 hours between 9pm-10:30pm. This is complete unacceptable at such an expensive hotel. We complained about it and the manager on duty just said sorry that she would ask the staff to work quietly. There was no other things offered. I feel that is was a turn off.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great staff, great service, beautiful boutique hotel

Pros: The room size and furniture. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the view was amazing as the rooms surrounded by balconies ( corner room). trees everywhere.
Cons: No coffee machine inside the room. Every time I walk to the lobby I see too many employees ( almost 20 people) although the lobby small size, which made me not comfortable enjoying the lobby. I dont know if this in every four seasons hotel (security purposes). I would recommend to give resident chance to walk around and enjoy facilities. the gym was outdoor gym! in August...really bad idea.

Cons: Fighting the closet door, bathroom door and main door! Bathroom was very nice , but the shower water continually leaked to the floor because if the glass door design. Housekeeping got their daily service completed only one day. I started calling to tell them to service the room. One night they tried to service the room at 10 pm and continually knocked at 8 to do the same

Pros: Some of the restaurant staffs at Polo Lounge are super nice! Breakfast is excellent! Miss it already! Rooms are very quite to ensure a good night sleep.
Cons: Most staffs are super nice and really helpful, but not all. There is an obvious variation, some are just quite cold... I’m not sure whether this is due to individual personality or training?

Pros: The best customer service i’ve ever experienced. The bell man took our luggage and we were greeted at reception by the concierge who greeted us by our name. Staff recognise you and greet you by your name and are willing to help with any request you may have. 10,0 Excellent
Pros: The service staff was great, enjoyed the hotel staff cars (Mercedes and Rolls Royce) taking us to shopping locations/lunch... and picking us up. The hotels artwork, decor and architecture is one of the best in the World, and we have travelled most of Europe and stayed in their 5 start hotels. The Beverly Wishire gets 5 Stars+ in my book, my 2nd time their and I will return again soon. Dr Phil M

Pros: We had the most amazing day staying here celebrating my sister 30th, everything was amazing & a special mention to I want to say Irene? Philippines receptionist with glasses she was amazing & sent us champagne, a mini cake & a fruit bowl to kick start the celebrations
Cons: The only issue we had was we left our passport in the room by accident & the cleaners found them but nobody informed us they had been found so we had to get a uber back to the Beverley Wilshire in a last minute panic before our coach to las Vegas, ideally if the hotel phoned us when they was found we could of returned without the panic as we was staying in the area

Pros: Good location food was ok
Cons: Reception staff have a terrible attitude - not very friendly. The pool area has no breeze and bar staff at the pool are nowhere to be found. Quite run down and good do with some updating. Other hotels in the area are much better options. I wouldn’t stay here again

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the historical aspect. Room designs were awesome. Central location. Continental breakfast was great.
6,7 Good
Pros: Location Staff Complimentary Breakfast
Cons: Room maintenance
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful ambience. Very "homey", with a gracious and polite staff.
Cons: The room was relatively small, with an overhead and noisy air conditioner. The "Velvet Room" at the hotel appeared charming, but despite the fact that the hotel manager recommended going there on a Thursday night, we could not get served there at around 9:50pm because they were "shutting down". Ironically, we had tried to order drinks at the Velvet Room bar 10 minutes earlier, but there were too many people at the bar to get our order in, and by the time we located a table in the bar, which was about 80% occupied, we were told that management had instructed the bartenders to "shut things down". Needless to say, we were miffed that the hotel manager had highlighted the speakeasy as a charming amenity of the hotel at the morning breakfast , only to be shut out from the premises prior to 10:00pm on the very same evening.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The whole atmosphere of the hotel is great, and the rooms are really nice. The hotel offers free jazz in the hotel bar each night and shows old silent films on the wall which is something a little different.
Cons: The breakfast is a fairly long way below average - very limited selection and not particularly fresh. It's included in the price (seemingly a rarity locally) but paying a little bit to get something better would have been preferable.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: I had my 30th birthday at your hotel on my last night as a 29 year old “Saying Goodbye To My Roaring 20’s”!! It was the PERFECT spot for this occasion with the class and history of your amazing hotel. Your room blew me away with its classic 1920’s-1930’s style/decor. Every personal detail created a positive impression on me from the tub to the lamp shades to the chandelier. Thank you
Cons: 1) I was a little surprised to see that I did not have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a toothbrush in the hotel room when I arrived. I have never not had the basic bathing essentials at a hotel - ever 2) The shower was difficult to use (although very beautiful)
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: None
Cons: Request a refund for two miserable nights. Shower system was broken the first night and we couldn’t use it without the help of a screw driver to tighten the shower head. Asked to have it fixed but the second night was worse. No repairs were done in spite of our request. Maintenance at the Culver Hotel is poor. Could have stayed at a better place for a better price. Will never stay here again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Its was so comfy and cool
7,5 Good
Pros: Not a regular hotel, the bar at nights.
Cons: Breakfast was disorganized. Some mornings we couldn't find a table, or the tables weren't set or clean. There was always something missing from the breakfast table (cups, or fruit, or juice). There are shorthand of people. Was difficult to ask for expresso coffee or the bill. All mornings where the same, no variation. Asking for eggs was al odisea. The avenue can have traffic noise.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The common spaces are charming. Nice live music at noght
Cons: Not enough plugs in room. Air conditioning just fair. A little noisy,
7,5 Good
Pros: Olde worlde feel, a good social hub in the evenings, rooms generous in size and well furnished
Cons: Gym with one running machine isn't a gym, zero customer service at breakfast - help yourself unattended buffet, massive construction works next door
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Safe, Clean, Comfortable, Upscale and friendly. I loved the bed and bedding. The flat steak was one of the best I have ever tasted. I liked that you could open the window and get fresh air or turn on the air conditioner.
Cons: Breakfast was good except the bacon was almost raw. I informed the management and they were very responsive and accepted my comment in a way that was appreciative. I was in a rush. I'm certain if I sent it back they would have sent me a new dish. Though they probably could have taken it off my bill. I did eat the eggs and they were delicious.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Outside dinning
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Staff and location
Cons: None
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Reception attitude
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Great place to spot some famous people.
Cons: We were sadly very disappointed with our stay. This hotel was very expensive but the value really wasn't there. The 'included' Breakfast was terrible with not much on offer and bad quality produce. The breakfast didn't include coffee which was strangely set at a very high and unreasonable price for how mediocre the coffee was. We had a very bad sleep the first night with a noisy room and uncomfortable hard as a rock bed. We then moved for the remainder of our stay but had to pay extra to be moved to a room with a softer mattress. The hotel is overall run down and needs a spruce.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: It is a large property, but feels much more intimate because of the incredibly friendly, helpful and awesome staff. The bedding/pillows were the most comfy ever! Room service was served on my veranda and was SO delicious! Very kind and respectful maid staff.
Cons: The rooms (carpet, drapes) could use a little make-over.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about Intercontinental was amazing. We received an upgrade immediately at our check-in, then we had a little issue with our room, 20min later we were again upgraded. Staff was really professional, rooms were really great, facilities too, food, ... I usually never write any review about hotels, but this time I took the time to do it because the global notation of the hotel is not as high as it should be. We start our trip with few days in an other hotel with better notation and it was a disaster.
Cons: Nothing, can’t complain at all.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are clean and everything is in immaculate condition. I never have a complaint when staying here.
Cons: We booked a 1 BR Suite. (Check in is at 3 and we arrived at 4, and our room would not be ready for another hour) so we took a downgrade and were able to have free parking for our stay.

Pros: I felt like a movie star! the staff treated us so well, and took care of our every need. Old Hollywood style and grace. Barbara was extra amazing, and helped us with special requests -- so warm and welcoming. Felt like old friends. I cannot WAIT to go back, and this is my new home in LA.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I absolutely love this cozy, intimate, and vintage hotel. I loved it and will come back again
Cons: The small pool , not enough spaces for everybody to lay down
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The included breakfast was great!
Cons: The pool closes at sundown. Would have loved to go for a later/night swim.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was incredibly courteous, the building itself is gorgeous, the location was perfect, it really was a great experience.
Cons: This is probably just culture shock because I come from a state where things actually cost what they say they will, but I booked 2 nights at about $350 a night... which I was perfectly willing to pay, didn’t avail myself of any extra amenities... and the bill was $1100. I get that some local taxes can’t be avoided, and that the hotel caters to clientele for whom the extra $400 is insignificant (of which I am one), but honest pricing is a matter of professionalism and at a certain point you’re just gouging customers in a way that feels dishonest.

Pros: tutto bellissimi everything great position room staff
Cons: nothing
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Historical landmark (lots of celebrities used to live there), location
Cons: Kind of dark, the room had very subtle smoking smell, the pool was closed for some party (and the main reason I booked the hotel was for the pool).

Pros: My favorite getaway in West Hollywood. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Very dog friendly with a dog park next to the property. We came a little early for check in which we fully understood. We had a delicious lunch out in the patio and enjoyed some pool time until our room was ready. Our room was still not ready and provided us with a upgrade which we fully appreciated. Hope to be back in a few months.

Pros: $45 overnight parking charges & resort tax makes it pricey. But free wine at happy hour and fabulous included snacks make it a nice place to stay - vibe is cool and pool in the sky nice.
Cons: I wasn't a fan of LA and the hotel was expensive when compared to other places we stayed.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: CAUTION!!! The hotel 2 times took the taxes at 140 USD. When booking and upon eviction. A month has passed. Money has not been returned so far.

Pros: Great location, overall hotel was everything you could need
Cons: Friday night was very noisy. 11pm- 230am

Cons: They didn't honor the king bed room we had purchased. They gave us room with 2 queens. Not a huge deal but I couldn't kick my husband when he snores!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about our stay was perfect. We were lucky to be staying on the Penthouse Floor and the views over West Hollywood and beyond were amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the facilities we used were great. The roof top pool and bar are amazing with almost 360degree views. The wine hour from 6-7 and all the little extras only added to our stay. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to our friends.
Cons: Nothing.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Awesome pool. Spacious comfortable rooms
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very clean and friendly. I love the free snacks and drinks. The location right in Sunset Blvd with easy walking or Uber to everywhere in LA. There is plenty of night life but it was still quite once you decide to go to bed. Our room was on the 12th floor and the view was amazing. I would definitely recommend a stay.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Cool lobby, it’s the 2nd time we stayed here. Location, roof top pool, wonderful swift action by staff when we needed to change rooms,

Pros: Great private location close to the city, lovely ambience in the restaurant and bar and excellent food/drink
Cons: Some elements of the room felt rather dated and may be in need of a refresh

Pros: The man who checked me in , whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was super helpful throughout my stay and everyone else I spoke to was friendly and accomodating. Good food and drinks. Good room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The rooms were comfortable. The staff, from the valet to the lobby were very professional, helpful and friendly.
Cons: My stay at the Chateau was too short.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing old school Hollywood decadence. Even the "ordinary" Queen rooms are gorgeous. Dangerously tempting mini bars and snuggly dressing gowns in room. Great pool and bar and lovely restaurant in chilled and cool courtyard.
Cons: It is expensive but you only get what you pay for. Some of the staff weren't always the most helpful.

Pros: A Fabulous Place to stay in the heart of West Hollywood. Buzzing vibe. Great service, great food. Very Private. Cool 1930s decor.child friendly, Dog friendly too. We come here every year.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved it all
Cons: That I only stayed one night!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I thought the service, from the front office to the cleaning staff, was top notch. Given the small number of rooms, you can find a fair amount of nooks and crannies to hide away from it all.
Cons: Some might think that the fixtures are dated. I found that to be part of the hotel’s charm.
7,0 Good
Pros: Excellent service and beautiful property. Restaurant has good food and excellent vibe.
Cons: Rooms are very small and run down.
6,7 Good
Pros: Lovely, charming Old-Hollywood feeling. New carpet and paint would do wonders. The stairways could use a little more illumination. Small things to enhance the experience.
Cons: The carpet in my room was desperately in need of replacement. Paint job on trim is also needed. The carpet also did not appear to be vacuumed as I found clothing tags and lots of footprints rather than vacuum marks.

Pros: Staff is super nice and helpful. Loved the pool and location was so convenient for me
Cons: I don’t really have any complaints
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great - loved the room - lots of character, all very comfortable.
Cons: There was one awful woman at the front desk, the one with the nose ring. She wouldn't let me up to my room, and accused me of not paying something I had paid for.

Pros: The best location!
Cons: I don't like boring breakfast!

Pros: Loved that we were able To store our luggage’s while we explored LA during the day. Our flight was Late night and we didn’t rent a car. So the hotel holding our things was Major for us!!! Thank you!
9,2 Excellent
Cons: our credit card number was stolen.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the staff was lovely.
Cons: Our room was not as advertised, it was small, there was no refrigerator, the beds were uncomfortable/ not suitable for sleeping 4 people, and the pillows were cheap. I feel like I paid too much money for what was actually provided.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cool vibe great history
Cons: Nothing
6,0 Good
Pros: Theme decor is unique , vintage yet look extraordinary.
Cons: Dark, compact no storage especially the bathroom. Tub is not draining well. A bit noisy on our side, could hear clients from our room, bed is uncomfortable, bed corners on the way. Hit my legs twice, not much to walk in out of bed.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Combination of vintage and updated details
Cons: Exercise gym too small
7,1 Good
Pros: We stayed here because of its proximity to the convention center. We were exhibiting so the 6 minute walk everyday made it accessible. The hotel is great for business but the rec center and pool need some attention. As a business traveller a gym is very important to me. The gym at the hotel is small (very!) and needs more equipment. It is great for one person but if two or more are there you have to wait in line. The pool is spacious but its proximity to two bars makes for a noisy experience - very unrelaxing. It also allows people from outside the hotel to use the pool which makes it very busy on weekends and very dirty. Overall a great place to stay for short term business.
Cons: See what I said above.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good vibes, cosy and confortable. Also everybody working there is professional with a high level of care of you!!! Bravo to Suzzi for your assistance and advices. Thanks to the security Guy for what he does so professionally. Thanks for the breakfast team, it was so nice!

Pros: I didnt like anything in this hotel! It was meh, average, nothing stand out

Pros: It's beautiful decor and architecture.
Cons: Not at all

Pros: omg the breakfast. What a treat. Enjoyed it very much and the service was excellent. Thank you to all involved :)
Cons: I didn't like that I couldn't pay for the room on the card I'd held the room on bc I didn't have it there to swipe it. I had a pic of it, all the info front and back - doesn't make any sense to me at all that it couldn't be entered manually.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is well designed and welcoming. Room is clean and confortable with high quality bed and furniture. The parking for the car is very convenient and connected with the hotel
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to family and restaurants. It was comfortable abd clean.
Cons: The only complaint is how loud the room doors slam. I was there on Saturday so im assuming a good deal of guests had late night outs and the very loud bang from people coming into and out of their rooms startled me.
7,9 Good
Pros: The location is very close to the airport and to the beach .. lovely decor , updated and classy place. Lovely staff as well.. spotless clean place
Cons: The breakfast bar could have done with more options, as well the bikes could have done with brakes.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Free EV charging for my Tesla
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The place/neighborhoods of the hotel were very nice, even it is not on the beach. It was very clean everywhere, the swimming pool and fitness room were amazing.
Cons: It was too noisy from the neighboring room, we could hear everything, sometimes the films from that rooms woke us up during the night. It was a bit too cold in common spaces.

Pros: Great location, helpful staff.
Cons: It would be a bit noisy in the night if there’s any events or parties held in the restaurant.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a wonderful experience and the house manager sent up a bottle of champagne and that was a very pleasant surprise
Cons: Probably the fact that I didn’t have a closet
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff are very helpful, location is fabulous and decor of the property is amazing. Great job.
Cons: Housekeeping were really late and didn’t do an amazing job. Didn’t bother us though
5,4 Okay
Pros: The room was spacious, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing! We immediately took photos and were feeling wow'd! The room was beautiful as is the hotel, other than that my experience was the worst!
Cons: I booked this room with the intention of using the room facilities- Microwave, washer/dryer, stove, etc! Sadly, we had an awful, stressful experience.. NONE of the kitchen appliances worked. The toilet handle kept breaking; I had it fixed twice within less than 24hrs. In the morning the maintenance staff we're not in until 9am, so we had to use the lobby restrooms until then! The microwave was broken, the washer door handle was broken, the "dryer" cycle did not work. The television remote was faulty. I received money back at check-out. AWFUL!!!! Would not recommend to anyone! I have stayed at several Palihouse and Palihotels, this property has major potential, unfortunately there clearly isn't any up-keep! :(
9,6 Excellent
Pros: loved the vibe, location and everything about the decor etc/
Cons: theres barely any "hotel type" services as too food options, room service is very minimal, but the service/staff was amazing. maybe have the mini fridge stacked.
7,1 Good
Pros: The property has a convenient location. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. We enjoyed our breakfast along with drinks/appetizers on the pretty roof deck.
Cons: It’s not a four star property from service and amenities. It’s really a three star property at four star prices. Upon first entering the lobby there’s about 8 steps to lug your luggage. The guy at the front desk came out as we were almost finished lugging our bags (he watched us from when we walked in) and asked if we needed help, at that point we were almost finished so no need. We were upgraded to a larger room which was really nice but it had a strong musty odor and issues with water draining in the sink and tub.. It was really difficult to find people if you had a question or needed help with anything to the point of being really frustrating..
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I absolutely love this place! The vibe, the staff, the room, everything exceeded my expectations.
Cons: Honestly nothing I am so impressed with this spot I will definitely be making a trip back!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Great vibe, can enjoy a good coffee with some cool people in the morning.
Cons: Staff told us valet parking at the hotel is only viable option, yet there’s a municipal parking close by, for 1/5 of the price.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Setting.
Cons: Staff was nice but not very efficient. Found leftover food in a drawer and a dirty sock under the couch. They didn’t clean room on a daily basis. Bartender one night used flat ingredients and was snarky.

Pros: Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I made the reservation until I checked out and retrieved my auto. The location and facility are AWESOME. Wonderful weekend THANK YOU

Pros: Good location; great proximity to downtown restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable, front desk staff was friendly.
Cons: Bathroom was dingy and difficult to use. Floor, shower and sink basin are concrete and not desirable in any way. Bathroom sink ackward and not conducive to even washing hands. Floor looked dirty. I expected much more from a traditional BH Hotel. Spent a brief moment in the bar. Bar staff was inattentive and aloof. Thermostat in the room was broken and the room was cold all night. I'm the morning, no valet until 7:00 a.m. I had to fetch my own car from the parking garage across the street. I am not likely to return...

Pros: decor is really nice and stylish, location is great
Cons: bed is too small and mattress too soft, room lighting is not great and the bathroom and toiled seat way too small.

Pros: The Crescent is a beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful location right in the center of Beverly Hills. The bar area is great for a relaxing drink after a busy day and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The hotel is decorated well with movie icons lining the walls. There are lots of great touches to make your stay more comfortable such as bath robes in the rooms. My son lost his phone when we were there and the lovely man on reception helped us to get it back. The staff always meet and greet you when you enter A great stay

Cons: Bed was very uncomfortable. We both had back aches. I think the bed is too soft.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Charming small boutique hotel great location and staff.
Cons: There wine list is the worst I have seen in years? Call your wine distributor I couldn’t have one glass. Southern wine and Spirits will do it buy decent Sauvignon blanc and Chardonnay, your reds need help too. Your in BH step it up!
