8 bed room, while more crowded than I expected was pretty comfortable and breakfast was delicious.
I’m still waiting for the incidental charge to drop off my account
The rooms are really nice and spacious and offer a different take on hotel decor. You feel like you're in a different land with the African themed decor. The bathrooms are pretty spacious as well and have a similar theme.
Better overall customer service and late check-outs would be nice. The staff could be more accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Rooms marked as "landmark view" should actually be on a higher level that can see the city. The hotel is not that tall so actually getting a good view is only possible on higher floors.
Interior!!! swimming pool on the rooftop! location, personal!
I hated it
It was a scam
Waited an hr for my room to become available because it wasn’t ready.
