This place is awesome.

The staff was quite nice and the hotel was really beautiful and well located. Room was confortable.
Paying more than 250 dollars per night there is a few things that I would expect: insolation from the street noises, pressure in the shower, free coffee and tea, thicker window blind. I will not stay at another Ace Hotel, you mostly pay for the hype.
The rooftop bar was amazing.
Our room was a great disappointment. It was poorly laid out, the view was awful and it was very noisy until after 2 am.
Amazing place and you get a sense of its history. Staff were particularly top notch and the room design. although a little odd, was fun and exploited the room's features. We had a balcony, although you need a head for heights. Great bar and restaurant.
It is pricey here and I'm not convinced it was worth it. You only spend so much time in your room, especially when it wasn't that large. I would come back, but only if it was a little more reasonably priced.
The architecture. Great staff. Very friendly. Very helpful.
No coffee in the rooms. (Unless I missed it.) The gym was small. But always the case with hotel gyms.
Quite possibly the most swanky-chic hotel in Downtown LA, Ace Hotel combines industrial-chic decor with luxury comfort. This hip hotel is set in the landmark 1927 United Artists building.
The spacious rooms are decked out in trendy, upscale decor which aims to capture the LA hipster culture. All rooms feature a king bed, a private wet bar, a flat screen television, custom Revo Radio, free wifi, custom bath products, a stocked minibar, and a luxury bathrobe. Select suites include kitchenettes, an acoustic guitar, and a separate living area.
Guests can browse the onsite shop which sells vintage vinyls, custom clothing, and other boutique goods.
An outdoor pool and onsite fitness center are available for guests to use. A spectacular panoramic view of Downtown LA can be seen from the rooftop bar and lounge, which serves up swanky cocktails as chilled out tunes waft in the background.
There is a coffee bar and a juice bar onsite, as well as drinks available at the rooftop lounge and bar. For dining, guests can enjoy the renowned onsite restaurant, Best Girl, which is known for its creative and vibrant dishes crafted by critically acclaimed chef, Michael Cimarusti. The menu offers specialty dishes, and incorporates creative ingredients, like dandelion, horseradish crema, and honeynut squash. Guests rave about the delectable dishes formed from the unique ingredient combinations.
The Ace Hotel is only a mile away from the Museum of Contemporary Art, and just a 15 minute walk from The Grammy Museum.
