Cons: No hot breakfast until 6.30
Pros: Not a lot, lacked in almost every area
Pros: location staff facilities support from staff
Cons: toilet sink was blocked
Pros: Everything was good, comfortable bed, kettle in the room, no noise from the airport
Cons: Breakfast at 4.00 am is very poor, only cereals, croissants, tea, coffe, toasts.
Pros: Great bargain overnighter
Pros: Very close walk to the airport. Breakfast in the morning was good.
Cons: We did not know that you had to put keycard into the wall to power up the room. We were tired and laughed it off though.
Pros: Fact a continental breakfast available from 4 am - very helpful as this was a hotel recognising many guests had early morning flights
Pros: It’s great location for airport or anywhere
Cons: It’s amazing
Pros: Advantages: +very good location +nice facilities +relatively spacious room
Cons: Disadvantages: -staff misinformed us about time needed to get to the airport and we were rushing out at 04:00 in the morning without having possibility of taking breakfast which we have paid for. Too much focus is paid to shuttle bus connection when in fact it takes 5 minutes to go to the airport. We were 2.5 hours before our flight when we could have had breakfast in easy and relaxed way. Bad information from reception staff!

Cons: The breakfast was quite modest and we had an issue with the air conditioning - it was blowing cold, no matter how high the temperature was swithched on.
Pros: Everything especially the staff
Pros: Bery fast check in /checknout, very friendly, nice rooms but not big
Pros: Nice interior, breakfast is great, very nice and friendly staff!!!
Cons: Restaurant closed on Sunday
Pros: The hotel is located in a quiet area and only 10 minutes from the station.
Cons: It's not really safe outside during night. I had to ask twice and wait for more than 40 minutes to get the second towel set.
Pros: The room was clean and it was close to Luton Airport. We booked the room because of a canceled flight. We could not really explore the area because of the weather. Close to Luton Mall
Cons: The kitchen was not working, only drinks were for sale in the evening.
Pros: Only 10 minute taxi from the airport, friendly staff, reasonable last minute price (due to flight cancellation) and I slept very well: would recommend!

Cons: Nothing that we didn't like
Pros: Salad was lovely and due to event being on on the bar they provided it to my room as travelling alone for work. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was so clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was furnished suitably with separate bathroom, with a power shower and tv worked well. The reception called me a taxi in the AM with no bother. Would stay again if in the area for work, good value for money.

Pros: - Pet friendly - Beautiful building with beautiful rooms and beautiful gardens
Cons: - The kitchen is just regular - We had to queue for the breakfast because the room is too small - We had to reserve even for the 5 o clock tea hours in advance
Pros: The location is nonpareil-every aspect was just perfect ,one needs to book well in advance for any spa treatments. The breakfast was more than adequate with optional extras accommodated at extra price. The jacuuci could do with more powerful jets lasting longer. The Mansion House is simply stunning.
Cons: Nothing whatsoever
Pros: This was our third trip to Luton Hoo and the staff made our anniversary stay extra special!
Pros: Great building with lots of history, grounds are beautiful, facilities are great with a golf course, spa, and excellent restaurants. Room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable.
Cons: Everything was top notch, just be aware that everything is pricey. A coke was £3.90, a filter coffee was £4.50, a Tia Maria and coke was £11.85. So save up some cash!
Pros: Huge comfortable rooms, yummy breakfast, beautiful grounds.
Cons: Room was away from main house, not idea in winter to walk to breakfast so have to wait for teansport. Didn’t realise this when booking.

Pros: Everything was acceptable... because it was just a one night stay for an early morning flight and we were tired. Staff were friendly and did their job with no problems. The position at the airport was good. just a short bus journey from outside to the terminal.
Cons: We stayed in the same hotel in another country and found it more than excellent...so were a little dissappointed to realise it was a bit different. I booked a while ago, but was given a three person room, which really did not have the floor space, goodness knows how 3 people would manage.. with luggage, which is normal for an airport hotel, just 2 of us were in each others way. No problem with the staff or cleanliness, just was expecting the same as before. I would use it again, because you cannot judge somewhere by one visit. Had to leave before breakfast, but it still was included in the price.
Pros: Location, excellent breakfast buffet, good food in evening offerings
Cons: Unable to call internationally and night staff had no clue about solving situation.
Pros: breakfast went above and beyond expectations!!!!!
Cons: the bed for an accessible room was very high and I had a sore back from it. the room was beautiful quiet and very clean.
Pros: Over night stay between planes so not much to say at all
Cons: Distance from Terminal
Pros: Staff where friendly and helpful, delt with disused pizza box and McDonald's rubbish.
Cons: Empty pizza box and McDonald's rubbish hidden in cupboard. House keeping needs improvement.
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Food could be served on hot plates at breakfast
Pros: Comfortable. Clean. Good value.
Cons: Paying for parking!
Pros: The hotel is in quite a good location for the airport although it did cost us £9 in an Uber to get to the airport the next morning. Continental breakfast was ok but we still had to eat at the airport as not much choice.
Cons: The bed was terrible, every time you eve moved an inch it made a terrible noise so unfortunately we did not sleep very well at all.
Pros: The breakfast was a 10/10
Cons: night staff on reception left us waiting for entry into the hotel, until he had finished a phone call. Barman ignored us when we tried to order food and drinks and served a customer who had obviously been in the bar all night giving tips to the staff! Night staff were very poor to say the least!
With a stay at King William in Luton, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of University of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire County Showground. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It was a great location for the airport, and great value for money
Cons: Could not get wi-fi to work
Pros: Staff were ok
Cons: Really small, dated rooms, rubbish facilities - just one plug! Breakfast was awful - I walked out and left it all.
Pros: breakfast was good and the staff very very polite the area around was basic has we just had to work together the job done so we really didn't have much time to explore the town centre but maybe next time
Cons: once again can't really say because all we did was go to work then leave the job and go to our next destination
Pros: Good beer, good welcome
Cons: Beds have seen better days in a prison, bathroom generally not clean
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Good pub grub, convenient location.
Cons: Nothing to dislike. It was basic accommodation but very good for the price.
Pros: Cosy country pub
Cons: A bit off the beaten track
Pros: Present bar and hotel. Comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included, which I didn't realize when I booked it but who can argue with free food. Nice bar area and although I got there late because of traffic the staff were willing to wait and serve if I wanted a drink.
Cons: The SatNav took me to somewhere near the airport, not the hotels fault I know but be aware of that. Also It is near the airport so be prepared for air traffic noise if you want an early night or a lie in.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. The hotel manager changed my room straight away when i complained about the smell in the first one
Cons: Charmless. Badly built rooms with marks from the construction in the bathroom particularly. Stained carpets. Air conditioning seemed to make the room cold.
Pros: Perfect for staying the night before our flight out of Luton airport. Clean, half-decent (though quite expensive) restaurant and reasonable facilities.
Cons: We did experience loud music at a silly time in the morning coming from the room above - not the fault of the hotel but I'd have expected them to respond to our complaint a little quicker in the early hours.
Pros: The most friendly staff so nice to my daughter lovely clean room
Cons: Nothing to complain about
Cons: We stayed multiple time at this hotel and usually never had any issues. This might be due to us leaving quite early in the morning. Our flight was later this time so we though we would have some good sleep, but to our surprise they started vacuuming at around 7AM. We got up and went for breakfast and when my son was doing his toast it actually caught fire in the machine. He was not very pleased. Otherwise the property is ok with good location to the Luton Airport
Cons: The price of the parking for a 5.5 hour stay ...
Pros: Perfect for spending night between flights. 15 min walk to Luton airport.
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable, quiet room, generous breakfast
Cons: bit of a hike to the airport
Cons: Shower stalls with partial shower glass

Pros: Very nice room with upmarket fittings.
Cons: Paper thin walls between rooms. You could hear everything going on. Very poor breakfast that doesn't do justice to the Hilton brand. Surprisingly the breakfast was no better in quality over a premier Inn. Premier Inn comes out on top in terms of quietness. Their doors don't slam.
Cons: Cleaners knocking at like 9am what’s up with that. Apart from that can’t complain
Cons: I booked online via booking.com app and I got the confirmation email. I also got a separate email from the hotel providing some additional information regarding the parking onsite. However, when I got there, the staff told me that they can see the booking but it is not confirmed and they were already fully booked so they could not provide a room.
Pros: Great staff, rapid checkin/checkout process, good location, clean, nice garden.
Cons: I did not like that the room temperature was a little low for me (even though i set a high temperature). And for the breakfast it would have been great if there was more options. Other than that, we had a good stay!
Pros: Spacious room and very good mattrace
Pros: Convenient for Luton airport

Pros: Clean, tidy, friendly staff. No better place to stay before your departure.
Cons: The menu for the lunch restaurant. Is quite expensive and not as diverse. Ended up walking to the airport for food.
Pros: stuff nice and helpful, nice breakfast
Cons: not clean enough, towels felt like someone has alredy used them
Pros: Very comfortable room. Super shower in large cubicle with easy access.
Cons: Bath towels were a little on the small side.
Pros: Quiet place and staff is easy going and always available!
Cons: The street that brings you to the structure is not so easy to walk
Pros: The bathroom seemed very clean! The staff seemed polite. There is nothing else to say that is positive.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was exceptionally uneven and only the topper was covered with a sheet, the mattress below and divan was not covered which feels a bit unhygienic! I was not keen to touch them! The carpet also seemed very old & not the cleanest.
Cons: The room was very small The shower was very small Nothing was good about this place
Pros: Very good location and clean rooms
Pros: Near to airport
Cons: Internal decor. A little dated , needed better lighting in communal areas
Pros: Really simple comfortable room and surprisingly quiet
Pros: Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Possibility of making taxi reservations.
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpfull, the hotel was clean and very handy to Luton airport.
Cons: Why the black decor, was like travelling back to a seventies night club, brighten up the paint and it would open the whole dinning and reception areas up.
Pros: Location close to the airport.
Cons: Towels were dirty.

With a stay at Luton Hotel Residence, you'll be centrally located in Luton, within a 15-minute drive of ZSL Whipsnade Zoo and University of Bedfordshire. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
Pros: Having self-catering facilities was useful for me during my stay. The Premier shop that is next door is quite limited, but has all the basics if you need it.
Cons: WiFi was awful, the only way I could get WiFi was being in the reception (I was in Room 10) Bathroom wasn't very clean (looking around the bottom of the shower pan) Room had a very tobacco smell to it, and you could tell no one else previously cared about the room being no-smoking because the room window viewed out across an "extension" and it was covered in cigarettes - as an asthmatic this was probably the thing I hated the most about the room
Cons: Lack of dedicated parking for hotel users
Pros: The room was pleasantly good and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: It was all ok
Pros: I made my own breakfast which was fine. The location was excellent for me. All in all you get what you pay for I can't be fairer than that.
Cons: I think the windows need to have some better double glazing frame work.
Pros: Reception was nice, room was warm in winter, shower was good, having a fridge was nice
Cons: Very noisy, people talking outside during all hours. Rooms are very out of date, carpet and upholstery needs replacing.
Pros: The receptionist was super kind and friendly.
Cons: Internet was not available
With a stay at The Pines Hotel in Luton, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of ZSL Whipsnade Zoo and University of Bedfordshire. Free self parking is available onsite.

Located in Luton, Stockwood Hotel is a 2-minute drive from University of Bedfordshire and 6 minutes from Hertfordshire County Showground. Featured amenities include express check-in, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very clean rooms and lovely staff.
Cons: The only slight issue was limited parking on premises however there is alternative street parking.
Pros: Its near the town.very clean.
Cons: The bed was too small.my legs were hanging on the edge. When we arrived we were given twin beds but I booked a double bed and the man moved us but it was backing on to the main rd and it was very noisy .
Pros: not a lot quite quiet
Cons: Two sheets sowed together uncomfortable on join
Pros: I need a hotel that’s comfortable and affordable and on a regular 4 day stint each week. For me this hotel has everything I need and also includes a continental breakfast, something few hotels in the area include. The manager is very welcoming and always asks if everything is okay. I will be staying on a regular basis
Pros: How close it was to my venue
Pros: Great value, friendly staff, comfy bed.
Cons: Bathroom mould.
Pros: Nice staff, clean breakfast saloon, parkin space at the place
Cons: room wasn;t clean - we moved the beds closer and there was garbage under them // the walls had dirty/greasy spots
With a stay at Chiltern Hotel, Luton Airport in Luton, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of ZSL Whipsnade Zoo and University of Bedfordshire. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: On check in the receptionist was pleasant but didn't really have too much to say. I asked him about booking a taxi for the following morning and he didn't reply at all, so I though I will call down later but when I did the phone in the room was not working. I googled the telephone number of the hotel and I tried for ages to get through, eventually I decided to ring another number which must be their central reservations number and the gentleman here was very nice and prompt at answering my call but he tried to get through to the hotel and failed and said he was sorry and then gave me the number I had already been calling anyway. I eventually went down to reception and got someone after a long wait and the taxi was booked. The bedroom itself was spacious but the two single beds were an absolute joke as they kept moving away from the wall and there was no headboard, so the pillows were falling down behind the bed too and were very poor quality and flat. I will say the sheets and bed linen were white but really that and the TV station were the only positive thing you could say about the room. I suppose you pay for what you get and having only paid £29 stg ! They could so do with a face lift and they could charge so much more for where they are situated.
Cons: I didn't like anything really as I have explained above
Cons: look warm showers dirty showers. dirty carpets on your first night we were woken up at 9am by room service telling us we have been moved to a different room and still in our pyjamas my partner and I complied. once settled in the new room we heard a knock my the manager telling us we been moved by mistake and they needed to move us back!
Pros: Great price and very clean hotel
Cons: Really hot room, youth club feel in reception and one towel in the room, window on first floor
Pros: Comfy and clean staff friendly
Cons: Just the door lock the card wasn't working properly
Pros: Access for football
Cons: Cleanliness and décor in general areas and mold in bathroom
Pros: Acceptable for the price
Cons: I didn't know that hotels still allowed smoking on the rooms. It certainly smelt of stale cigarettes
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: The heating was not working and the room/bathroom was tired and shabby.
Pros: The staff where helpfull first providing a very small electric heater and then moving me to another room upon request.
Cons: The first room had no heating, and on one of the coldest days of the year. The second room was warm but full of old broken furniture. With a bed the size of a large single definately not a double.
Pros: The service in the restuarant
Pros: clean, hotel staff ptleasant value for money
Cons: I think the beds need changing they are making alot of squicking noise
Pros: Nice hotel staff
Cons: Dated hotel, net curtains everywhere let it down a lot
Pros: co-operation of staff
Pros: it gave me everything that I really needed and there were no snags or problems
Cons: Not a big deal, but the bath was very short - too short for my long legs. At breakfast the coffee was quite terrible - why not real coffee?
Pros: The hotel was very close to the motorway and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: No, the hotel was very good.
Pros: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Inexpensive.
Cons: The room lighting could be better. The corridors were strewn with empty food trrays
