Cons (-) The little things add up The TV remote did not work. No Maintenance staff on call on a Saturday night to help with that. The sink had a big crack in it. The extra blanket had a cigarette burn in it. The lobby hot water for the free hot tea... was actually not even tepid. A 1 dollar switch plate in the room was broken and a part of it totally broken off.. that should have been an instant fix for a ...

Pros (+) The hotel is just a few miles from the beach and nearby local stores and a mall. Our room was neat and the showers and bathroom were very clean. Front desk Eric was excellent and responded to requests immediately. Kevin the maintenance guy was friendly and professional (super attractive too).
Cons (-) Water pressure was low. Out TV remote wouldn't work and maintenance was able to ppwernir up but we were stuck with the TV at one loud volume. Facilities are neat but crammed with rooms too close to the pool. No refrigerator or microwave to keep leftovers in.

Pros (+) I liked the location
Cons (-) The towels, sheets, and overall cleanliness was just horrible. Our towels had crusted brown stuff on them, sheets had black marks and the comforter in a non smoking room had cigarette burns and smelt of smoke. The walls had holes in them and the upkeep of the property was obviously not a priority.
