Pros (+) small but very clean room, convenient location
Cons (-) I got the 1st floor room closest to the street, 10 feet from Sepulveda. They wouldn't give me another room. The road noise was excessive, even an occasional Harley. Turned on the AC fan and bathroom fan to try to sleep. Would have rated excellent if not for the noise issue.
