Pros: Great location and the staff on at breakfast where really friendly.
Cons: Room situated above the bar area as are most of the rooms. 1am license and still serving at 02:30hrs. Reception where not bothered and just said it’s the weekend what do I expect. That was until I quoted license and still serving beyond. Said they would move us to a smaller unsuitable room. Will be issuing a more formal complaint.

Pros: It was a cold weekend but the room was warm and cosy, the bathroom/shower was good but the sink was tiny and only just adequate to wash in. We were in the annexe, the room was small but the location was quiet and good. We were 2 minutes walk from the town and harbour, then long walks along the beach. The breakfast was in the main building and was lovely. The bar area was nice and resturant food was excellent.
Cons: The twin room we had was small but adequate, the sink in the bathroom was tiny, There was no draught cider in the restaurant !
9,0 Excellent
Pros: A night away in between Christmas and new year to a lovely hotel and nice surroundings. Staff friendly and room clean and comfortable as alway you can’t go wrong in this hotel.
