Pros: Flight was on time and clean.

Cons: They missed by special meal once.

Pros: Seats were comfy. Crew outside was helpful, i suggest AC have some men to lift suitcases from scale to belt and not have these women who r checking ppl in have to struggle to life suitcases frim scale ti belt-why aren’t men there to assist? AC need to provide some assistance in this regard. in-fight crew was plain and ordinary, nothing to write home about. Not friendly, just do what “we are here to do” period!

Cons: I have given reviews on so many occasions to improve the airline but nothing got better

Pros: The customer service phone number was impossible to get through on in order to take to someone within 24 hours of my flight in order to make my Special Meals request as I have Celiac's Disease. I was unable to make this selection at booking as when you book through a third party like Expedia, which I did, you cannot access the same internal tools required to make that selection. You can ONLY then call once you have checked in before the flight in order to let the airline know of your Special Meal needs. This is not only a terrible policy as it undercuts those who ARE ultimately still buying tickets to their airline, and that the airline is CHOOSING to sell. It provided me with an extremely subpar experience of the airline but left up to the last minute with doubts about my ability to board a 13 he international flight without the reassurance that I would have ANY meals aboard and no other options should that be the case. Right before my flight departed I was reassured that the information we had requested Expedia relay to the airline internally the day before, who we called when we couldn't get through to the airline, WAS able to convey this Special Meal request and I was going to have food on the flight, so I then did not purchase a bunch of snacks in the airport to have as options. The first meal in, no Special Meal was provided and I had to explain then entire situation all over again. They assured me they would figure it out and get me taken care of. However, no one who assisted me conveyed this to anyone else on the flight and every time food was dispersed, same situation. This was stressful and exhausting and the options provided me were modified to be gluten free, such as an entire plate of fruit for my snack, instead of the protein heavy snack everyone else received, because there truly wasn't extra for that type of dietary restriction. This was stressful and I was very hungry on the flight. One of the attendants got me a few chunks of cheese from first class, but otherwise, it wasn't great. I would advise travelers with Special Meal requests NOT to fly with AirCanada.

Pros: Boarding was crazy and confusing. Ground crew poor communication and rude

Pros: The crew did a good job dealing with so many customers and in one instance was able to resolve a minor conflict with seat way backs.

Cons: The seats should be fixed to prevent them from going back as far as they do. With space so small as it is, it is unnecessary to have them go back so far if at all. The food was poor, especially the cold egg and pepper sandwich at the end. My guess is that they were suppose to be heated which would have made them much better but the crew decided to give them out cold.

Cons: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Cons: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Pros: Food was great

Cons: crew onboard seemed super tense and it was just awkward with them. It was a short flight, maybe they've had a long day but it was weird. biscuits and a beverage were offered - i think biscuits are gross maybe try pretzels or something healthy? ALSO, the new system (whatever that means) is awful. i experienced so many delays that made it difficult to find my booking and my checked bag >_<

Pros: Big aircraft made it a smooth flight

Pros: We got an upgrade to business class and the experience was extraordinary. The service in general, but the warmth smile and courtesy of the flight attendants made the experience fantastic

Cons: Connections booked together need more time for larger airports. I had over an hour connection on paper and had to run through the entire airport to even catch my flight. My mother on a separate flight arrived ten minutes before her flight took off even though booking stated a full hour. Also the quality and cleanliness of the plane needs improvement. Lufthansa is normally amazing quality but both flights today were subpar. Bathroom smelled of urine, old and dirty seats with no support. Dirty hand rests and outdated screens which skipped with movies

Pros: New spacious plane, great crew, comfortable seats, good wine and partiffs. Anything thing is better than flying over priced crappy American Airlines and will avoid giving them a cent anytime I can. Lufthansa did a great job.

Cons: I kid screamed all-the-way across pond all night. Maybe next force the parents to calm child down. Tough situation and had to really address that issue.

Pros: Fast and easy to board nice crew worked fast and smooth large proposal for entertainment

Cons: more diversity of beverage offered Also please propose coffee or tea before/after dinner and breakfast, nobody proposed me and I thought it would come later but nothing came. I should have asked before the end of the service but I was surprised it wasn't coming automatically.

Cons: line to drop bag was so long!! but on the plus side, we were through it in an hour and didn't miss our flight!

Pros: We got to Chicago at least 45 minutes before the expected landing time. The dinner was pretty good and the crew came around many times offering drinks. The ground crew did a good job of evaluating luggage and tagging people’s bags before the overhead bins got too full so it didn’t delay our flight.
