Cons: "Really old plane with uncomfortable seats and really bad in flight options. The air conditioning was also broken so the entire flight felt hot and muggy, this is on a 12 hour flight!!"

Pros: "We pushed back from the gate about 24 minutes late and arrived at our destination about 38 minutes late. The four-course dinner (Chicken Tikka Masala or Penne Pasta) was good for airline food. The crew was friendly and professional."

Cons: "Towards the end of the flight water started dripping on me. The flight attendant said it was normal and condensation and gave me a blanket. Unfortunately I still got wet for about an hour till we deboarded. The attendants were just fine, not very attentive."

Cons: "My tv didn't work for the first 20 mins of the flight and had to be reset. They only had one of the drinks I wanted. I would have thought being that it was around lunchtime they would have served more than a bag of chips or banana. In coach, you get a bag of pretzels and/ or a cookie sometimes. American Airlines provides warm nuts and a fresh baked cookie and I had to pay more for the upgrade than I did on American for a longer flight."

Cons: "The plane did not arrive at gate, they gave us poor/invalid excuses as to why there was no plane. We moved from gate 73A to gate 82, in another terminal back to gate 73A for no explainable reason. Finally we left after having to checked in now at gate 73.....what a mess and over 2hrs late!"
