Pros: Comfortable and clean room. Reception staff very welcoming. Convenient location.
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing. Buffet dishes not refilled and little choice.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were great.
Cons: Bit of a queue at breakfast but for that price, who can complain!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Soft and hard options with the pillows.
Cons: There was a 15-min queue to get a table for breakfast and then another 20-min queue for food. And then another five minute wait because by the time I’d reached the front, the food I wanted had all gone! Because breakfast ends at 9.30 pm, most of the guests showed up at 9 am, so my advice is to set an alarm and get up earlier, but hang on, I’m supposed to be on holiday!
9,4 Excellent
Cons: Very handy for the m/way. Not so good for food though as the pub next door has closed down & you have to drive into Warwick to get something to eat

4,0 Okay
Pros: Location and buffet breakfast was okay.
Cons: Hotel itself is run down. Reception told us that it was a busy weekend with Woucher guests, which made the pool and spa impossible to use for full paying guests like myself. There was children clearly under the age of 16 using the spa facilities and playing ball in the pool. It is supposed to be a Spa where you unwind. Diabolical.

Pros: Room was clean. Plently of parking available location was great Bed was comfortable. Upon checking out the staff were very friendly and courteous.
Cons: The room was clean and comfortable, but there was a loud sound coming through the pipes all the time. There was a leak in the bathroom that dripped constantly. I am glad I packed ear plugs! The restaurant had very very limited gluten free options. The menu were printed out bits of paper that were hardly legible. The restaurant staff in general were uninterested and slow, When I asked for gluten free option they said could do a vegetable curry, and offered no other options. When the meal came out it was what looked like frozen mixed vegetables with a bit of curry powder. No sauce, nothing that resembled the usual the vegetable curry you can get in any Indian restaurant. They had English options, none of which were gluten free. My colleague had a normal curry that was fine, but the naan bread was excellent.

Pros: The staff were friendly. and the place was clean and quiet. A nice touch was having a complimentary can of cold drink. Very refreshing after a long drive.
Cons: The bed was very soft. Only one chair in the room which meant one of us had to sit on the bed which kept moving away from the wall. There were only two sockets in the room, one of which had the tv plugged into it. The other was above the console. Not good when both my husband and myself need to use a CPAP machine during the night. We can’t be the only ones and like us, they would be unable to use it which is detrimental to our health. There was no heating in the bathroom and the heater in the bedroom was either on or off. No way of regulating it.

Just one pillow each, and no extra pillows available in the room. Tea and coffee facilities were minimal. The room was had an infestation of ants, crawling all over the top where we made tea, and all over the bed! I complained to a member of staff before we left and asked if they could email me. I've heard nothing.

4,0 Okay
Pros: The hotel reception area and bar was nice and clean and the staff very helpful and polite. The evening meal at the bar was nice and a good price. The location was ideal.
Cons: The hotel rooms were in a very poor state of repair. Facilities were basic for the price of the room. The bathroom needed a full upgrade, the grout was mouldy and sealant strips falling off the wall. The toilet was dirty with faeces in it. The shower was tiny , only just enough room to shower and very high off the ground. The breakfast choice was limited and didn't offer the selection that other hotels have for the same price.

Pros: We were happy with our room. There was a good choice for breakfast. We love the location with its National Trust owned country house and church. Charlecote Garden Centre serves lunch and afternoon tea. Other sight seeing locations easily accessible by car.
Cons: The hotel's evening meals seemed a bit pricey for what they were. We chose to eat out on our second night. The dull, wet weather may have contributed to the waiting staff seeming a bit lacking in enthusiasm, but they were still attentive.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Well situated for a visit to Charlecote House & Park (National Trust) on the other side of the road. Deer Park visible from hotel grounds. Interesting collection of buildings and beautiful grounds. Reasonably priced. Big car park.
Cons: No fresh fruit at breakfast. Only a few cereals. Cooked breakfast rather cold. Room lights only controllable from one side of the bed. Would have liked more electrical sockets at both bedsides or even USB charging sockets. Restaurant closed too early in the evening, before we arrived. No lift in our building. TV colours weird. Painting & decorating needed. Cracked sink. Room on the small side. Not much room to unpack.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were polite and the hotel was quite.
Cons: When we arrived in our room there was no toiletries there and only 1 serving of tea and coffee, this was rectified after we pointed it out to the reception staff.

Pros: Lovely hotel in a perfect location for the town and the racecourse.
Cons: Unfortunately our room (a superior double) had problems with the toilet flushing constantly after being flushed. A member of staff was called who was very polite but told us it had been happening in this room for some time. We ended up having to turn the water off through the night! (Luckily other half is a plumber!) Also out nespresso machine didn’t work. But hotel very clean, staff helpful and polite, just a bit frustrating with the toilet situation especially when they said they knew it had been doing it for a while!

Pros: It was exactly as described, what I wanted. Genuinely old, in keeping with the planned visits to the castle and hospital which were described accurately within east walking distance. Best of all was the helpfulness of the owners both to make the most of my time here and ensure my comfort wY beyond just bed and breakfast.

Pros: Close to the area we needed to be done
Cons: All good
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: TV was huge, great shower, friendly staff at breakfast. Other staff appeared to be friendly but also seemed a little caught up in the corporate imagery, disingenuine. I'd rather have a grumpy real person than a fake smile. And a feeling that I am inconveniencing staff and taking them away from a really important job. If you don't like customers work in a factory. Parking was free and easy, unless I get a nasty letter from parking eye in two weeks time, wouldn't surprise.
Cons: Was not impressed by this accomodation. Seemed to be the chain are trying to impress with big TV and corporate trimmings but falling short. TV was bigger than the bed, was woken by delivery driver at around 6 and the breakfast was at additional cost or cereal. There's nothing worse than a good first impression and then disappointment from then on. Food was ok but trying to be high end and failing. Triple cooked chip appear to have been tripple cooked in a luke warm bath. Sorry guys, nice try but missing the target for me. Note to self avoid inkeepers lodges.

Pros: Basic continental breakfast - £7.95 for a cooked breakfast
Cons: Poor and limited bar staff, had to ask have the table cleaned, the 1 bar staff had to be asked to serve as she was chatting to her friend. One couple left and went to anther pub in the village, service very poor. Ordered a sharing platter, this took ages too come out to the tabel and why are we walking all round the building too get in, when there's a door at the front ???

Pros: Bathroom was good
Cons: advertised as including breakfast. Reality is that a continental breakfast is included. Cooked breakfast is extra. Not a problem, but should be more clear in the hotel details

Pros: Thank you to the two gentlemen that looked after myself and driver. After a long hard day a warm welcoming and friendly smile made our awful day a lot better. The rooms were spotless, plenty of room, the shower was the best and all the little extras shampoo etc made my stay alot more comfortable after getting stuck out without a stopping out bag. The service in both the restaurant and hotel couldn't of been better. Food was amazing. We left at 5. 30am but the night porter was there to show us out and offered us continental breakfast and drinks. We grabbed a couple of cereal bars as we had to get to our job. Thank you again. When we are next back in the area I will be back.
Cons: Everything was perfect
