Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable, the whole layout of the room was suitable for voyeurism. The lovemaking was 10/10 on that bed. The bathroom was impeccable as always. I really enjoyed the Kevin Murphy ammenities. Thank you QT Sydney for being so accommodating with my stay, I’ll be back soon.

Cons: The valet was poor. There was no indication on how long it would take to receive my car. When I received my vehicle, the valet did not confirm that it was even my vehicle. I just walked up to the car put my coat in the backseat and they gave me the keys! Not very secure. I won’t use the valet again!

Cons: initially we were in a 'park view' room which did not face the park at all. you have to crane your neck out of the window to see the park. this should not be sold as park view. staff were happy to move us to a front facing room with beautiful view.

Cons: Some apartments share a main entry before your private door, other apartment occupants can be slightly noisy entering and exiting this main door. But nothing too major.

Cons: Booked an executive suite for 3 nights but it’s not on the executive floor. No view. Wasn’t happy either when the staff from the club lounge came to me and asked me to pay extra for my friend. I did book a room for 2 people. And she didn’t even check and just came over to disturb us. I found it a bit rude.

Pros: I really love the location of the Grace Hotel. Close to the shops, nightlife, and easy to find. The history of the building was displayed around the foyer and decor was amazing . The after hours security was good. I feel safe. You really can’t fault it !
Cons: My daughter and I ordered room service food after attending a concert and I was disappointed that my burger came and not what I expected to be. It was dry and wasn’t prepared with Grace! I have since told my experience at the hotel after checking out and I hope they do look at the issue. I’m still going back there as it’s one of my favourite hotel to stay.

All staff we encountered were top notch. While our room was not yet ready at 4 (past the 3pm check in time), we were welcomed to enjoy some nibbles and drink at the Executive Lounge on L36. Soon after, the lounge staff provided us with our room keys where we explored the various features of our room. Most notable of which was the spa tub with complementary bath crystals. Hilton Sydney have recently (within past 6 months at least) replaced their Peter Thomas Roth toiletries with Crabtree & Evelyn - Verbena & Lavender). I first came across the range back at Hilton Tokyo in 2017 and took a liking to it.
Staff ensured our room was equipped with 2 cots for our young kids. This was promptly set up prior to our arrival at the room.
As a Hilton Diamond member, we received premium wifi throughout the hotel - where speeds were impressive for the most part. We were also offered a choice of complementary buffet breakfast at either Glass restaurant on L2 or the Executive Lounge on L36. The Glass breakfast was, by far, more comprehensive - although can get quite busy during peak times. Food was top notch, although it would be good if barista coffee is complementary - at least for Diamond members. We didn't try the gym and pool this time - Fitness First have bought the rights to operate the facilities and will be operational a few months into 2019. The Hilton service staff through the Hilton app or Magic function were very professional, prompt and delivered above expectations.

Cons: Our Relaxation room on L43 was situated next to the staff storeroom / goods lifts. As such, could hear the lifts during peak periods - not so much during the later evening. From our room, we could also hear the squeaky doors from across the hall. Perhaps timely for maintenance to give the doors some fine tuning. I would also like to see a better spread of snacks throughout the day at the Executive Lounge and perhaps complementary barista coffee at the lounge and Glass restaurant for loyal top tier Hilton members.

The room was clean and modern. Service was great. The location is hard to beat. Right in the middle of tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Darling Harbor and Chinatown are just 4-5 minute walk. Town Hall subway station is just around the corner. Two grocery stores are very close by if you want to stock up on things.
The gym is great and quite extensive. There is a nice pool and sauna, although the hot tub was only like warm temperature.
Overall me and my two boys ( 9 and 11) had a great time fornthe week we were in Sydney.

Pros: The check in staff is very professional and delightful. The location is handy to everything and the bed was very comfy.
Cons: Only disappointment was the service from the bar staff. I was the only customer when I approached the bar. The two staff behind the bar were casually making drinks, it was not busy in the bar - perhaps 15 people. I waited 5 min for them to finish with no acknowledgement at all. It would have taken less than 20 seconds to take my order with an offer to have it brought over. Roaming waitress did not ask if we wanted another drink, just picked up empty glasses. The exact same thing happened again the next night. No smiles, no welcome, just a "what do you want". Very disappointing and it points to lack of training or poor oversight by their management.

Cons: I ordered a brownie for room service which wasn't a brownie - more like a torte - it wasn't very nice. The angle of the tv was uncomfortable as you had to turn your head to look at in the entire time. The bed was adequate but the bottom sheet didn't fit and kept bunching at my feet which was uncomfortable and the bath was tiny - not really big enough for an adult to full relax in - it was really uncomfortable.

Cons: This place will nickle and dime you to death. I was surprised I didn't have to pay extra to gave running water. Nothing is complimentary. They charge extra to store your bags, insane rates to do laundry ($5 per pair of underwear as a start). Internet charged with time interval, but all have a 1,000 mb limit that I'm pretty sure us programmed to countdown autonomously. I purchased 24 hrs of internet and it reached its bandwidth limit within 20 minutes after I sent 2 emails and accessed 3 webpages. Overall, not ideal for business travel or long term travel.

Cons: Everything about this hotel, which is more like a hostel, was awful. The 'hotel' had foul shared bathrooms, crappy beds, disgusting rooms, a sorry excuse for breakfast (just bread and cereal), and horrendous staff. This is a 1-star 'hotel' at best.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly enough.
Cons: I paid for a king size room only to find that the "king sized" bed was just two single beds pushed together with a fitted sheet to keep them together. Not very impressed. Not what i expected and what i paid for. The "doona" was a sheet underneath a doona and another sheet like a bed sheet sandwich. VERY uncomfortable and just weird. There wasnt enough towels and bathmats and there weren't any spares in the cupboard.

Cons: The bathroom had scum in the corners and edges of the room, We weren’t told we couldn’t use the balcony so to have a smoke we had to go from the 6th floor to put the front of the building, I walked into cleaning staff laughing in our room, our room smelt like it had been shut up for a while, will not stay again,

Pros: Even though I had been booked into the wrong room, the staff made sure I got the room I wanted and overall were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It had pretty much everything I needed. Location was good, especially closeness to train station.
Cons: There was no phone in my room, and internet service was a bit hit and miss.
