Pros (+) The views are excellent looking across to Darling Harbour and the location is very convenient. Lobby areas look brand new but the rooms are a bit old looking.
Cons (-) The room smelled a bit like a chemical air freshener and the housekeeping service missed a few things.

Pros (+) The beds need replacement. Two in my room had collapsed. The hotel engineer saidthe box spring was broken, so they offered to put us in another room. I checked and sure enough the mattress was broken there too. They moved us to a beautiful suite, but the floor in the room was too slippery for the wheels and the bed would slide out from the wall while resting, and slide away when standing. The hote...
