Pros: Nice new hotel!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: First of all the frot desk staff was so amazing. I believe I talked to a guy named Carlos. He gave suggestions on places to go both in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. Then we we got to the room it stunned us at how clean, spacious, and modern it was. Don’t even get me started on the restroom.
7,0 Good
Pros: Rooms very nice. Bar was very nice.
Cons: Should have preferred parking for people staying there instead of people attending parties at Marriott and taking all of the close spots. I had to park very far away and walk in the dark to the hotel. Not safe! Also had large amount of spit on the buttons in one of the elevators. The door to my room was open when I came back from a race on Sunday morning. I shut the door when we left and double checked it. I asked the housekeeper if she went in my room and she said no. None of my belongings were missing thankfully.
6,0 Good
Pros: Room was clean and spacious.
Cons: On Saturday night we left the property for a few minutes. As we were leaving, there were several people sitting on motorcycles parked in front of the hotel. They were playing music that contained racial slurs (loudly). All of the parking was taken when we returned back. We had to park across the street. I feel that we paid for a night at the hotel, we should receive on property parking with our stay.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast presentation was excellent. Room was elegant definitely worth what was paid.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the environment. Friendly helpful staff. Restraunt + bar lounge were excellent.
Cons: I have no complaints at all from this hotel. Handled my few little concerns with nosie above our room from a dance team quickly. Other than that no issues were involved.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice and clean. It was also close to our location.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was acceptable although limited, especially in terms of food options; primarily fruit was too limited. The location is excellent.
Cons: The room is very small; difficult for 2 people to maneuver in the available space. Also, only the desk chair was available for seating. We had only one window, which was a small porthole style window on one wall of the room, which made the room very dark and required the use of lights during the day as well as the night. In addition, there was little to no hot water for showering for most of our stay. And, we had to call for housekeeping service one day after returning to the room at 2:15 in the afternoon. One day, after housekeeping had serviced our room we had to call for additional towels. We were told to leave the lounge area in the bar area because a specific staff person needed to be present for anyone to use the area.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: I particularly appreciated the location.
Cons: My room had a huge pillar next to the bed which meant that I needed to sleep next to the window where a loud ac/heating radiator was located. As it turned on and off, it created a loud noise which kept me from sleeping soundly.

5,8 Okay
Pros: The bed was great. Across the street from the place we needed to work at
Cons: Our room stunk. Old used soap in the shower. Bed looked like it was lazily made with dirty sheets. Had to call three times to get new bedding and the front desk girl finally had to bring it herself because it was taking too long. Once received realized it was not the full bedding set, short a sheet and blanket. Didn't have the room I booked. Very small room, have to pay extra for one breakfast item, no microwave or fridge in the room, can hear everything through the walls including the ice maker, light comes through the hotel room door when you are trying to sleep. Stayed in hotels all over and never written a bad review. Won't be coming back.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to where I needed to attend a meeting.
4,2 Okay
Cons: Nasty floor!!!!! apparently the toilet had overflowed in our room before we came. Our entire floor was soaking wet. When I told management they apologized but still charge me $123. The reason you charge $123 is because there's nothing wrong with the room. If somethings wrong or you have to wipe your feet off to get in the bed, management should compensate, apologies don't clean up your feet so you can get in the bed without wiping them off with a towel!!! What makes the night better is when you offer impeccable service and cleanliness and, if can't then make up for it in some other way. Just like everything else in America, Hampton inn is going south; quality is not at the top of the list. Service don't mean anything anymore and the customer is no longer right unless it puts money in the pocket of the Organization
