Cons: I had a basic room. I previously stayed at another Four Seasons in a suite and it was amazing. I think I was spoiled. The bathroom at this hotel was ridiculously small I could hear everything out in the hallway outside my door.

Pros: We had originally rented an apartment in Sydney. However, due to construction at night, we had to relocate. We found a great rate at the Raddisson Blu and booked it. We enjoyed the last few nights of our vacation in a beautiful and comfortable room. The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was spotless. We would definitely stay there again!

Pros: Stayed at the Radisson for one night on our way inbound from Canada to Melbourne. Lovely hotel, in the heart of the CBD. Close to the Harbour and ferries, the Opera House, slight trek to Darling Harbour but very central. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Also, took advantage of the breakfast buffet before or flight the next morning which was quite good but pricey $25per. The porters were exceptional, always attentive and helpful with the baggage. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: Only a couple of hiccups, we arrived in the morning and even though check in was at 3pm they said we could check in at 1130am. When we went to pick up our room keys they kept putting us off with “ready in 5 minutes” until noon. Just tell us noon, we would have gone for a walk. While we were waiting in the lounge for our room there was some construction going on in the restaurant, didn’t make for the best of atmospheres.

Best customer service was they suggested we could use showers in their gym/sauna/pool area when we arrived at 8:00 am after a 15-hour flight. Made such a difference in our day! Cons: The first room we had the heater didn't work. Complained three times before they moved us to another room. Couldn't give us a fan heater as they said it was a safety risk! When they eventually gave us another room it took hours to warm the room up. The staff are snobs! Our money is just the same as any one elses!

Cons: The price of the stay was not worth it, understood that there would be some restrictions, due to the current situation, but as no restrictions were listed upon booking was taken aback. As an example we did not expect the restaurant to be open but would have thought there would be greater choice in room service, not less than normal.

Pros: I struggled with the best location to serve as home base in Sydney and the Swissôtel was perfect to hit all the top attractions while also being close to a train stop from the airport. Additionally, it was an easy walk to other neighborhoods like Surrey Hills and close to a Big Bus stop.
Cons: The only thing i can think that wasn’t stellar was the tv station selection in the room. That’s hardly a reason to select any hotel- just a way to wind down before bed. The pros far outweigh this one con :)

Pros: As in other times I've been there, it was very clean. My room was spotless, a credit to the cleaning staff. It was a spacious corner room. The bed was very comfortable and felt very fresh. The bathroom is fabulous. I had one with a view of the Harbour. There's good up to the minute pay per view movies to watch.

Cons: It's hard to gripe as I got a very good last minute room rate, but there was no feeling of hospitality or welcome whatsoever. The hotel is being used for quarantine rooms (which I didn't know in advance), so why they are still accepting paying guests I don't understand, as I was made to feel more welcome by the Defence personnel at the front door, than the hotel reception staff. When I rang housekeeping to ask what time room service started, I was first told 10am, revised to 7.30 when I sounded surprised.

Cons: Our stay was during the pandemic. The hotel was being used to quarantine returning international travellers, so the presence of police, with all the staff in masks, which was a bit disconcerting. However, all completely understandable.

Cons: I took 'advantage' of the upgrade offer to have a higher floor with a darling harbour view. Big mistake and waste of money. It is deceptive to call the 7th floor a high floor and the view was of the western distributor. Sure if you look out of the far right corner of the window you can technically see darling harbour....

Room felt slightly old, however the TV in the shower and electronically controlled curtains/blinds were cool. The gym was amazing, very well equipped for weight training. Cons: I arrived with my husband in my wedding dress and they didn't bother to do anything nice for us. The hotel had hardly any guests and they had every opportunity to make it a special and they didn't even bother. I normally love hotels for the wonderful breakfast that they provide but the breakfast was a huge disappointment! It was really scant.

Cons: The hotel is still a favourite to stay at. I realise it is difficult times for the hospitality industry, but I was led to believe that we could get dinner from room service due the restaurant being closed. The restaurant was closed , the bar was closed the valet parking was closed and yet the same price was charged as if all these services were available. We were advised on arrival that room service was only available for breakfast, we placed our request on the outside of the door as advised by the set time. There was no breakfast, no one had collected our room service breakfast request, we missed our appointment as after an apology for not collecting our card, breakfast it was another 30 minutes before some food was delivered. Very disappointing. The room tariff should reflect the services provided, but there were no services this time.

Room felt slightly old, however the TV in the shower and electronically controlled curtains/blinds were cool. The gym was amazing, very well equipped for weight training. Pool was more of a fitness pool, not recommended for children and families.
Cons: One of the reception staff, female, possibly a manager was very cold, even asking simple questions such as "how do we access the gym?" was responded with bluntness and unwillingness to assist. A smile and some friendliness goes a long way. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but this was our personal experience.

Cons: I did not like the valet service much. We would call 15-20 mins before we left and the car was never ready. We usually had to wait an addtl 10+ mins for our car. This was regardless if we were the only ones leaving. There was usually 2 to 3 valets!

The room was clean and modern. Service was great. The location is hard to beat. Right in the middle of tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Darling Harbor and Chinatown are just 4-5 minute walk. Town Hall subway station is just around the corner. Two grocery stores are very close by if you want to stock up on things.
The gym is great and quite extensive. There is a nice pool and sauna, although the hot tub was only like warm temperature.
Overall me and my two boys ( 9 and 11) had a great time fornthe week we were in Sydney.

Pros: The location for this hotel is AMAZING. I always stay here when I am travelling for work to Sydney. The inconvenience of the shared bathroom down the hall is offset against the value for money. The staff are always super lovely and welcoming.

Pros: Even though I had been booked into the wrong room, the staff made sure I got the room I wanted and overall were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It had pretty much everything I needed. Location was good, especially closeness to train station.

Cons: Everything about this hotel, which is more like a hostel, was awful. The 'hotel' had foul shared bathrooms, crappy beds, disgusting rooms, a sorry excuse for breakfast (just bread and cereal), and horrendous staff. This is a 1-star 'hotel' at best.

Cons: The hotel used to have an amazing hot and cold buffet breakfast included in the price. This has been scaled back to a continental breakfast (cereal and toast) and not very good coffee. Bring back the better value breakfast (& better coffee) please.

AC never worked.
Multiple items in room broken.
Staff was always busy and was un reachable.
Breakfast fine print; free cold meal. Warm breakfast $7.00 more.
Two twin beds (different heights) put together to form a king size bed. Very uncomfortable.
Bathroom is outside of the room and only one shower for MULTIPLE rooms. S
