The overall rate is low because of couple of points. My experience was as below, We had out of hand circumstances which forced us to come one day late, I understand that the hotel won't give us any compensation, but something would be appreciated and win us to come again in the future. Pros (+) I liked how clean the facilities were, how helpful the staff was, and how modern the whole place appeared. Also, it was a 4-minute walk from the Wynyard train station, making it very convenient to get around time.
