Pros: The breakfast is outstanding, the pool and view very good, the staff generally (but not universally) friendly and professional. The position is just brilliant - the Marina Sands etc may seem close to things and they are as long as you want to only go to things on that edge of the circle they sit on. The Fullerton sits in the centre of the circle so is relatively close to everything.

Pros: The breakfast is outstanding, the pool and view very good, the staff generally (but not universally) friendly and professional. The position is just brilliant - the Marina Sands etc may seem close to things and they are as long as you want to only go to things on that edge of the circle they sit on. The Fullerton sits in the centre of the circle so is relatively close to everything.
Cons: We had a Quay room and it bore little resemblance to the advertisement picture. No balcony, no outside seating, no internal armchair to sit in. The 'small-print' escape for the hotel runs that they have heritage rooms so they may vary from the pictures - but there's 'varying' and there's 'bearing only a vague resemblance'. It was a nice enough room that we had but given we staying five days it was quite disappointing. My advice to other travellers would be to try get some confirmation of exactly what room to expect.

Cons: All the extras were SO EXPENSIVE. Breakfast at $50 per person is just a blatant rip off!!! Not value for money at all. I had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was $153 for two people. The champagne was $24 for a glass and we can buy 2-3 bottles of that in Australia for that price. I am happy to pay for nice things and experiences but when you feel like you're being ripped off at every turn it ruins the experience. I love The Fullerton, I've stayed there before, but how can I come back with my family when it would cost us $200 every day just for breakfast?!!!!! What a shame.

Cons: Unfortunate, but necessary, we understand but renovations were happening immediately above us right on siesta time which made it hard to have a break from humidity and heat of amazing Singapore. We loved it. However Managment made every effort to compensate us for the inconvenience. Gave us late check out. Complimentary taxi to airport and breakfast. Thank You.

I forgotten to indicate as a smoker. Had intention to extend 1 more night stay. But was told by reception I had to do it online. Should have offered me on the spot the rates that is the best.

Cons: Service by front desk staff. Not understanding how tired guests are when they arrive over night. I booked a hotel room to bridge the gap between two flights. I was anyway going to check out by 7 pm any way same day . If I check in at 2pm that means I pay full board for 5 hours. So I asked for the room little early than 2pm to rest as I arrive at 7am. I am sure they get this request pretty often. It is great if you can get some empathy from the front desk team even if they cannot accommodate the request. Also check how often the guest have stayed at the hotel before.

Staff are super friendly and professional, they made me feel that I'm truly welcomed Breakfast had a large variety of food all fresh, good quality food and trays are always refilled at the right time The location is great, it's less than 10 minute walk to Pavilion mall and the same for the Twin towers Pool is just awesome it's a very good looking well mentaind and it's the perfect size if the intent of the swim is to exercise . Pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere in the middle of a busy city The whole building from inside and out with it's decor and furniture has this premium 5 star vibe to it The room is spacious and it has the bathroom integrated very beautifully to it, it just looks and feels premium, it has enough lights in the right placec to make it really bright and when it's time to sleep it can be really dark. Speeking of sleep, the soundproofing in this hotel is amazing I never heard any sound of doors or staff/guests chatting The bathroom just like everything else is perfect, the shower water pressure is exactly what you'd expect from a high end hotel plus the water temperature control is as best as it can get

Pros: Very helpful staff...especially the concierge desk. All staff were attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and when I called for extra items they were delivered quickly. The hotel is right downtown on Orchard, so having a drink at night on the patio was fun--lots of people walking by, a lot of energy and hub-bub! The breakfast buffet was a bonus--good food with my favorite area being the fresh fruit juices and smoothies. A great hotel stay, overall!

Pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere in the middle of a busy city The whole building from inside and out with it's decor and furniture has this premium 5 star vibe to it The room is spacious and it has the bathroom integrated very beautifully to it, it just looks and feels premium, it has enough lights in the right placec to make it really bright and when it's time to sleep it can be really dark. Speeking of sleep, the soundproofing in this hotel is amazing I never heard any sound of doors or staff/guests chatting The bathroom just like everything else is perfect, the shower water pressure is exactly what you'd expect from a high end hotel plus the water temperature control is as best as it can get
Cons: One minor thing here, the Lobby is actually at the top floor (or one of the top) so everytime you want to enter your room you'd have to take the elevator to the top (to the lobby) and then another elevator down to the room, but to be fair it wasn't really an issue as I never had to wait for an elevator for more than few seconds

I travel to London two three times or more a year and know the staff too its like catching up with family and makes my stay really pleasant.The location is super cool and so central and convenient. Just wish there was more sitting area in the main foyer to sit relax and enjoy a coffee catchup.

Pros: Very helpful staff...especially the concierge desk. All staff were attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and when I called for extra items they were delivered quickly. The hotel is right downtown on Orchard, so having a drink at night on the patio was fun--lots of people walking by, a lot of energy and hub-bub! The breakfast buffet was a bonus--good food with my favorite area being the fresh fruit juices and smoothies. A great hotel stay, overall!

Cons: Almost 1 hour to check in and no apologies. The bathroom door accidently locked and took 40 minutes to send someone. Also when we went for breakfast my partner was told no slippers permitted. As a lifetime platinum member of Starwood I would suggest management needs a complete overhaul of staff and learn common courtesy. All in all I would never refer anyone to this or any Mandarin property.

The room was spacious, very clean, complimentary toileteries were good quality, with tooth brush, shaving and cotton products. The mini bar was free, and restocked daily. TV had local and international news stations. They allowed us a late check out, but charged after a few hours for the same facility, depending on room availability. Live entertainment in the bar nightly.

We want to order in room dinning, but no where in the menu or anywhere we could find a directory in the room to indicate which number to call. Even don’t know what’s the speed dial for the front desk. We ended up have to dial the full number showing on the phone to call the hotel, almost get a charged a local call but good the front desk had it waived at the end at check out.

Cons: I disliked the lack of floor barrier between the shower area and bathroom. I was also disappointed by the lack of alternative protein options at the breakfast buffet for individuals that can't have eggs. Some bacon or sausages would have been lovely. The wait for the elevators is LONG during the morning breakfast rush. Just an FYI, if you booked any group tours with hotel pickup they will ask to pick you up at Summer View Hotel around the corner instead. There is no street-level pickup available at Hotel G.

Cons: Very well when you travel and stay at up market brand like Hilton the minimum expectation was to get a hospitable service unfortunately my expectations all went for a toss.

Cons: Room was a little small for the price we paid compared to other hotels we had been at during our stay. Location wise, it was a little far walking distance from the train station, especially when walking on a really humid hot day with our suit cases trying to get to the hotel.

Cons: THIS HOTEL IS RIGHT NEXT TO AN INDIAN TEMPLE--and this is a problem because, every day, at 6am, they ring the bells for the beginning of the service. And I'm not exaggerating--this hotel is *literally* right next to the temple. Our window was probably 100 feet or less from that damn bell!

Cons: The air-conditioning, despite having a control panel in each room, had a mind of its own and tended to be too cold or too warm, irrespective of the temp and fan speed set on the panel - coupled with this, is the all too common practice of hotels putting a duvet on the bed, with no option of a top sheet or thinner blanket. A duvet would be more suited to a hotel room in the Arctic circle, rather than in a hotel located almost on the equator!
The bathrooms, while adequate, are a bit on the small side and the elevators are slow and not up to the amount of passenger traffic.

Cons: The door/wall leading in to the adjoining room was so thin, I had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the room next door. I was in Singapore for doctors appointments. I came home Saturday afternoon to nap after having a lot of blood taken. The adjoining room sounded like it had 4 young girls. I couldn’t nap because of their volume. They were laughing, singing, and talking. Then that following morning at 4am I had them same issue. The girls returned in the early hours of the morning and were talking and laughing. They didn’t say loud and weren’t shouting but do to the thin door/wall it sounded like they were in the room with my friend and myself. Neither of us was able to sleep. I went downstairs to talk to the front desk who did have security call them but at that point I had already been awake and was too upset to get back to sleep. I liked the hotel and return to Singapore frequently but don’t think I can stay at this hotel again if I can’t get quality sleep.
