Love the property. Location was great. Close to MRT and an easy walk to the river and tons of restaurants, shops and things to do. Reception desk staff could have been a little more friendly. Didn't seem to want to acknowledge us when we walked in the door or near them. Doormen were very personable and helpful.

Cons (-) Rooms were awfully small, the amenities were very limited, service was fine. Very surprised the ratings for this hotel are as high as they are. You can do much better in Singapore.
