We spent a fantastic set of nights in this beautiful place. The room was beautiful with its finishes, view and luxurious bedding/bath/furnishings. Loved all the plants and greeneries throughout. The location was absolutely great - walking distance to Chinatown and great eateries (high-to-low-end), and the varying public transportation available to explore the rest of the city. Having access to the pool for those hot days was great. All in all, we would stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

I have no words to describe my visit at Parkroyal Pickering. I lost something expensive and one of the security men saw me crying. He asked what happened. It was in the middle of the night while i tried to search outside the hotel. The all team wanted to know about it. The manager called me to ask more details. I knew that it will be impossible to find. The next day, while checking out, the manager came in and gave me my missing item. I was shocked. It wasn't even close to the hotel, in floor -2 of other building. I can't even describe how shocked i was. The reception team was the best. the best! And for the hotel- The pool is outstanding. The service was incredible too. I don't remember the name of the guy there, but he was so nice. The hotel is incredibly clean and beautiful. The breakfast had all i could ask for. My room was the prettiest. The wifi was great. The location is the best, just right in the center. And the architecture is unbelievable. .Thank you for being kind and upgraded my room Thank you for letting me check out one hour later. Thank you for really wanting to give the best stay. I just have to say- when i'll be back in Singapore- I know where I stay. And to be honest- This hotel will be the main reason to get back in Singapore. THANK YOU MALA AND SERENE! Thank you the hotel manager. Thank you lovely doorman. You made me the happiest!!!! Couldn't ask for more!!! I'll be back <3
