staff responsive for my complain and i can switch the room with better view. cleaning service very responsible.
1. i got a room with bad view: the wall in left and swimming pool and building in front of window. 2. less equipment toilet set: there is no moisturizer and comb. 3. empty mini bar

The room as big and clean. The location was good and close to mrt stations. There is a lot of restaurants around and its close to some turisty places.
The only thing I didnt like was the food. The food at the hotel was not so good, but the good thing is that there are tons of restaurants close to the hotel.

I specifically request for non smoking room. but one of their staff namely ms.karishma allocate me smoking room. later I complained to them then they change the room.
