Pros: Every team member went out of their way to assist me with a specific location. The day members. Later after I woke up about 1 am, I needed ice and I forgot my room number. The night gentleman went out of his way to help me get into my room. His customer service, well the entire team were fantastic. While I was driving away, the same gentleman ran out to my car and gave me three snacks and a bottle of water. This is how "The World" should take care of each other. Thank you all for a great experience at one of the worst days of my life. FANTASTIC TEAM! I apologize I did not get their names. Just awesome people who love "what I do," said the gentleman in the morning while checking me out. Thank you all.

Pros: This property is recently remodeled and it is beautiful. The room is large and comfortably set up. I was impressed with the configuration, comfort and cleanliness. Sparkling clean, everywhere. The shampoo and conditioner were also great (this is a big deal to me as I travel frequently and hate to carry my own). The bed was crisp and comfortable. Nona at check in was friendly and efficient. The hotel was quiet throughout the night. I stay in Dallas area a lot and will book mark this property to stay at again!

Pros: Breakfast was ok, but limited. Check in process was great. The AC in the room was not working and after repeated attempts to find a resolution, the front desk clerk dismissed us and assured us the AC was working when it wasn't. Hottest/Worsts nights sleep EVER!
Cons: An actual working AC unit and a staff that listened to you instead of dismissing you when you tell them something is wrong. I spoke to 3 different people and no one could resolve the issue. No one came to our room to look at the AC or try to fix it. Then upon checkout I was telling the lady at the front desk about our issues, all she said was, "sorry, have a great day!" while rolling her eyes! I will never stay here again!

Cons: I did not like the value of the price of the stay. I Only stayed 1 week and my stay was over $900 which i thought was ridiculous. I also do not believe they gave me the correct booking price with the discount. I really feel I overpaid. Very disappointed in the price.

Pros: Staff was awesome across ALL shifts. We had a minor emergency fairly late in the evening and staff was quick to respond and make sure our needs were met. She even followed up the next evening when she saw us. Breakfast was at or above average. Food was sufficiently hot and plentiful. Area was easy to get to, very roomy and very clean. Staff were very friendly and always present to replenish items and answer questions or concerns. Pool and hot tub area was very nice - very clean all three days we used it. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Cons: This is pretty minor, but the trash containers at the front door got very full and were not emptied until we requested it. Breakfast coffee could have been a bit hotter for our liking. Could not find a place to put used pool towels within the pool area

Pros: The room was very clean and quiet. I liked the modern decor. The view from the 4th floor was nice. The bed was comfortable. Everything seemed fairly new and spacious.
Cons: My only complaint was the hot water never truly kicked on. I called the service desk and informed them of the problem. The clerk was very polite and sent maintenance immediately. However, he only was able to make it lukewarm.

Cons: The waffles were amazing and tasted amazing! Now the hard boiled eggs should have been peeled but regardless the eggs may need to be a different brand. They tasted awful as a omelet and as a hard boil. Not good flavor. Also the bathroom had mold.

Cons: The curtain wouldn't close to keep lights out, so no blackout curtain. The a/c unit made a loud horrible noises, roaring and screeching, that kept us awake. It sounded like it was on its last leg.

Pros: The location suited my purposes exceptionally well. Unfortunately, we had to leave for Abilene too early to enjoy breakfast, but maybe next time. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Cons: I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come To the front desk and the only reason they came was because I had to throw something at the door that was closed to get someone’s attention. There were 2 people waiting in front of me and they walked off because they were tired of waiting. Then the girl comes to the desk with no apology or care that I had been waiting.... she asked for my card and Id then had the audacity to ask me if I still wanted to check in. Like yea I do I’ve been waiting ten minutes to do so. She put us on the third floor which is fine.... IF THE ELEVATOR WORKED!!!!! The only reason I found out it was not working after looking for it walking back a forth down the hall, is because another guest told me. So at this point there’s not take backs in the room So me and my 5 member family had to carry all our stuff and our 2 year old up 3 flights of stairs. The pool is supposed to be heated and was freezing cold. Also when you pull up to the hotel at dark ,it’s dark the lights outside are out and make you question if the hotel is even open. Needless to say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Definitely will not be back to this particular one.

Pros: Out of most hotels I've stayed so far, I've enjoyed this one the best. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, wifi wasn't bad, air conditioning was adjustable, extra pillows and stuff are already in the closet. I liked the 12pm checkout time rather than most hotels usual 11am. The tv was pretty good compared to a few other hotels I've been at.
Cons: The only thing I didnt really like was that the room seemed a little dark. There were plenty of lights in the room but they probably needed one more above the bed to get it balanced out because most of the lights were in the corners. The bed seemed a little to firm for my tasting, but that mostly a personal issue. Parking was a little difficult at night. I couldn't adjust the brightness on the tv but that's fine.

Cons: The ice maker in the room hadn’t been turned on, so there was no ice until the next day after I had turned the maker on the evening I arrived. The ice cubes fell into the bucket all all night, and sounded like loud heavy rocks being thrown at the freezer. There was no ice available on the floors.

Pros: The bed was a little bit hard for the pillows are nicer than a lot of hotels I have. The room was pretty clean for hotel hand that had a nice little microwave and fridge in the decent TV. Shower was nice. For the price it is a decent hotel to stay in but the staff needs a lot of work. I'm not sure if there even is a breakfast here because I wasn't told anything about it. I was only argued with at the front desk and then angrily hand of the key and that's my story
Cons: This is not the first time I've been argued with at the front desk at Motel 6. This time I had booked a room that was a queen room with a fridge and microwave because that's what I need. When I got here I was told that's not the type of room that I booked even though I showed the young man at the desk my reservation he still argued with me. He told me if I wanted both of those things in my room there was a $12.50 charge. I told him I was not paying any more than what I had booked for and I wanted both of those amenities in my room. He continued to argue with me so I had him attempt to call a manager but he was not able to get through to one. He told me that they have problems with booking.com so I told him if they don't like the prices that booking.com book the rooms or perhaps they should stop doing business with booking.com but in the meantime they need to give me the room that I reserved at the price I reserved it at with the amenities that were promised on the booking. He finally begrudgingly gave me a key and slap it on the counter and said here you go. I told him if it's going to be a problem for me to book at this hotel perhaps I would try somewhere else next time and he said okay. I told him a little customer service would go a long way and he said okay and never looked at me again.

Pros: Breakfast was ok, but limited. Check in process was great. The AC in the room was not working and after repeated attempts to find a resolution, the front desk clerk dismissed us and assured us the AC was working when it wasn't. Hottest/Worsts nights sleep EVER!
Cons: An actual working AC unit and a staff that listened to you instead of dismissing you when you tell them something is wrong. I spoke to 3 different people and no one could resolve the issue. No one came to our room to look at the AC or try to fix it. Then upon checkout I was telling the lady at the front desk about our issues, all she said was, "sorry, have a great day!" while rolling her eyes! I will never stay here again!

Cons: I did not like the value of the price of the stay. I Only stayed 1 week and my stay was over $900 which i thought was ridiculous. I also do not believe they gave me the correct booking price with the discount. I really feel I overpaid. Very disappointed in the price.

Cons: I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come To the front desk and the only reason they came was because I had to throw something at the door that was closed to get someone’s attention. There were 2 people waiting in front of me and they walked off because they were tired of waiting. Then the girl comes to the desk with no apology or care that I had been waiting.... she asked for my card and Id then had the audacity to ask me if I still wanted to check in. Like yea I do I’ve been waiting ten minutes to do so. She put us on the third floor which is fine.... IF THE ELEVATOR WORKED!!!!! The only reason I found out it was not working after looking for it walking back a forth down the hall, is because another guest told me. So at this point there’s not take backs in the room So me and my 5 member family had to carry all our stuff and our 2 year old up 3 flights of stairs. The pool is supposed to be heated and was freezing cold. Also when you pull up to the hotel at dark ,it’s dark the lights outside are out and make you question if the hotel is even open. Needless to say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Definitely will not be back to this particular one.

Pros: Every team member went out of their way to assist me with a specific location. The day members. Later after I woke up about 1 am, I needed ice and I forgot my room number. The night gentleman went out of his way to help me get into my room. His customer service, well the entire team were fantastic. While I was driving away, the same gentleman ran out to my car and gave me three snacks and a bottle of water. This is how "The World" should take care of each other. Thank you all for a great experience at one of the worst days of my life. FANTASTIC TEAM! I apologize I did not get their names. Just awesome people who love "what I do," said the gentleman in the morning while checking me out. Thank you all.

Pros: This property is recently remodeled and it is beautiful. The room is large and comfortably set up. I was impressed with the configuration, comfort and cleanliness. Sparkling clean, everywhere. The shampoo and conditioner were also great (this is a big deal to me as I travel frequently and hate to carry my own). The bed was crisp and comfortable. Nona at check in was friendly and efficient. The hotel was quiet throughout the night. I stay in Dallas area a lot and will book mark this property to stay at again!
