The owners/managers didn't pressure pitch unwanted add ons like damage/liability insurance, gps, etc. They simply asked if I read the options which I did and declined and that was that - no hype. The Ford Escape was immaculate and perfect for wedding guest transport from airports. They spoke perfect english, courteous and helpful with directions - I will use them again.Hertz
