6,0 Good
Pros: the bed was very comfortable, I slept well. There's a safeway across the street. There's also a motel 6 across the lot.
Cons: They charge an extra $20. for a pet, which it doesn't state online. The sink and the bathroom floor were sticky. The door into the motel from the back is not well marked and is difficult to open. It's by highway 40, not a pleasant neighborhood for walking. The parking is on-street which made me uneasy but my car was fine.

Pros: Historic charm, beautiful property & delicious food!!! It never disappoints!

Cons: See attached paragraph
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: No Breakfast Available At 8 AM !!!
Cons: We Had Room 202 and Room 204 Had TV & Sound ON ALL NIGHT !!!
6,5 Good
Pros: You can’t beat the views and proximity to Monument Valley sites. The rooms were acceptable though I found strays hairs in the bathroom.
Cons: Some (not all) of the staff could work harder at displaying hospitality. Also since the restaurant is the only place to eat without leaving the park, it would be good to improve the quality. Our meals of the Navajo tacos and the green Chile stew (both signature dishes) were lackluster.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Felt like a museum surrounding me. A beautiful and quiet place. Nice staff and a great place to to relive the past, especially in the rooms that were one stayed by famous guest like President Truman, Frank Sinatra and Albert Einstein just name few. The artwork of American artist Tina Mion (who is one of the owners) is featured there. I dreamed of staying in a former Fred Harvey hotel of the 1930's and feel what is like to take the train and stop in one. This hotel won't disappoint you.
7,5 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: On site restaurant wasn’t open and only provided coffee and tea in lobby.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's size. It's architecture. It's HISTORY! It was originally a Harvey House and is situated on the railroad which followers Route 66...actually the other way around. The railroad was first.
Cons: I liked it all. The artwork. The gift shop. The room...I should say rooms. We had two bedroom with queen beds in each. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The art and history throughout the hotel was very interesting. The restaurant onsite, The Turquoise Room was very nice but not cheap. This is such a unique place to stay.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The overall ambiance of this historic hotel was beautiful and bonus that pets were welcomed. We enjoyed the different rooms for reading books, the art museum, "the wall of fame" of all those that have stayed there. The chess game setup and videos explaining how the hotel was transformed. A blend of yesteryear, nostalgia and fine touches all around. La Posada offers many extraordinary and unique surroundings internal and external that make it stand above many other hotel chains. It is in a class all by itself and enhances the town of Winslow, AZ.
Cons: Upon check in the staff made no mention that dinner reservations would be recommended if dining at the Turquoise Room. We were staying one night and we arrived at 645 PM for a table for two and was informed by the hotel manager/restaurant host that it would be a one hour wait as we were considered "walk-in". His attitude was a bit standoffish and really did not offer a viable option. I was not aware that the restaurant leases the space and is independent of the hotel. If two businesses are aiming for exceptional customer service, there clear lines of communication need to be followed. We promptly left and I cancelled the text reservation sent to my phone. The host wearing the business suit left me with a sour taste to ever eat there nor would I recommend it.
6,0 Good
Pros: Loved the building, the atmosphere, the ambience
Cons: No in room coffee, plenty of in room bugs, tiny bathroom, only select 110v outlets worked.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful oppurtunity to stay at a Harvey House. Great building, comfortable bed. Wish I could have stayed longer. On-site restaurant very good.
Cons: Nothing.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: La Posada is a beautiful and historic property, well located near the Route 66 sights. I loved learning about the hotel’s history. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. It’s true there’s no in-room coffee but there is coffee in the lobby. AND the Tourquoise Room is not to be missed. Incredible food, beautifully presented. The lovely bar was fantastic too. All the waitstaff were so friendly.
Cons: The hallway noise was my only complaint. That’s partly to do with the fact that’s it’s an older building and not well noise insulated, and very much to do with rude, oblivious guests who think the hallway conversations magically stop at the close door. Hard to blame La Posada for this, so I don’t, but hotels should be aware of how much other guests can color one person’s experience. That said, overall it was delightful.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Door latch was broken; door could not be fully closed. Hot water ran out in middle of a shower after only 3 minutes. Bed was very hard. Cons: There was no restaurant attached to the hotel.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The location was good, easy freeway access. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 8:30 p.m. We were told it would be nearly an hour before we could check in. There is no comfortable seating area in the lobby, no tables. We had been traveling all day and this wasn't what I expected from a Wyndham facility. Your associate did finally put us in a room to wait for our suite to be prepared for us. When we got to our room, the door wouldn't lock when we closed the door. It was difficult to get the deadbolt to lock. I mentioned it to your associate the next morning when I checked out. For what it was, the room was easily $50 overpriced.

Cons: Check in was a little strange. They had a credit card number that wasn't mine...

Pros: Clean, spacious, friendly night staff. Perfect for just an overnight stay while on a road trip driving through town, also liked having a fridge in the room and right off the freeway!
Cons: Could’ve used a couple more pillows, and toilet wouldn’t flush. Also had to go out and yell at someone blasting their music in their car at 4:30am

Pros: breakfast was mostly cold items. room was okay, bedspread had stains on it. microwave in the room was not working, even though it was plugged in. curtain needs to be hung right.
Cons: hallway carpet was plain dirty, needs a scrubbing. wish they had eggs.

Pros: The bed was clean
Cons: The floor hadn’t been vacuumed. It was filthy. The toilet needed a new seat. The toilet bowl looked dirty.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable, it was inexpensive, and it was safe. Those are really the most important things for a hotel room along the highway.
Cons: My only complaint really is that there were not any vending machines so we weren't able to buy any bottled water. I was not sure if I could drink the water so that was a problem.
