Easy drop off. Great gas mileage.Cons:
Car was filthy at pickup. “Maintenance required” indicator light every time car was started. Flat tire I had to resolve on my own. Paid for Premium (“Maxima or similar) and was assigned mid-sized Rav4.8,0 Very Good

At drop off point a mile from airport we were going to have to get a ride to the airport. The agent told us we could drop the car at the airport and save us from getting a ride. He was very friendly and helpful.Cons:

Nothing I couldn’t even pick up my rental and they had my reservation canceledCons:
Being up front with their fees, I went in with the misguided notion that my reservation would be honored at the amount agreed on. Instead I was charged my reservation amount with an additional “company policy fee” of $400 on top of what I was already paying for the actual rental. My $300 rental had now come out to over $700. I almost missed my own mother’s funeral. Thank you for your service Alamo!6,0 Okay

Staff fixed the issue but had to be insistentCons:
Budget allows you to reserve cars for 1pm and later at the 1426 E Rte 66 Ste 101, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 location, and when you arrive at the airport they will tell you that this location closes at 1pm, therefore you will have to rent your car from the airport with a +25% airport fee. In my opinion that's downright fraudulent. You should not be allowed to reserve a car for a time that does not exist, essentially forcing you to rent from the airportOne location in Winslow
