Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent and convenient location, close to MRT stations, restaurants, and attractions. However, many found the rooms to be small and sometimes uncomfortable, with some complaints about cleanliness and outdated facilities. Service was often described as lacking or unresponsive. Amenities like the pool and gym were appreciated but noted as basic or in need of maintenance. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good choice for its location and value, but with clear trade-offs in room size, service, and facility upkeep.
