Pros: Ritz Carlton service was wonderful. Everything was well prepared and very attentive in all details. I must say it was beyond my expectation. Staffs are well trained. They are really willing to help and caring. When we were arrived, it was very late at night due to flight delay, the staff were waiting for us and immediately walked us to the rooms to do private check-in. The accessible facilities for wheelchair person were arranged as requested. Breakfast was great. We went to breakfast quite late. They are closing the breakfast line but the staff gently prepare individual portion per my requests.

Cons: Telephone in the rooms ran out of battery so we couldn't make internal call. One of concierge staff didn't assist me as good as she could. I think she could do her job better, though other concierges were excellent. Spa is closed too soon.

Cons: Not really a hotel for walkers. We like to walk a lot and take public transportation. Main entry for hotel best for cars/taxis. There is an after thought roped off area on the edge of the circle drive for pedestrians. The entrance is on 3rd floor up a steep ramp/circle drive which goes from ground floor up to 3rd level where the lobby is. We got honked at twice by taxis. At the top of ramp you arrive to the smoking break area for taxi drivers. Once past that you get to the the beautiful lobby. I think they are more use to people arriving by car/limo.

Pros: There are 2 iconic hotels in Singapore, now finally get a chance to visit it. One of the oldest buildings in town with own interesting history. You feel like you in GB, especially if you seat on the terrace in the morning and hear clock’s bell. I liked the rooms and a view from it, not skyline view as in marina - but it is different. It also very quiet and relaxed atmosphere in hotel, compared to Marina where hundreds of people moving around and constant ambient noise.

Pros: A truly exceptional hotel. We stayed in a very spacious 'Heritage' room with a comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Good breakfast selection. On arrival, our five year old son was given an ice cream pass that entitled him to complimentary ice cream. During our stay, complimentary personalised biscuits and snacks were delivered to our room for him. This attention to detail was a really nice touch and made him feel special. We will stay here again when we next visit Singapore.

Pros: The hotel is amazing, definitely exceeded expectations. From arrival, the staff was very nice and polite, we were taken to the VIP check-in area, given water and offered seats. We were also checked in early a bit early, which we are grateful for. The room was amazing, I definitely recommend the Garden view around the 20th floor, you can see the garden show from your room, its amazing! The casino is massive, must-see. The restaurants are nice. The pool and jacuzzi area is great!

Pros: The Pan Pacific Hotel my opinion ; Beautiful, clean, compleet, close to MBS, hotel has an abundance variety of breakfast. Hotel has good and comfortable beds. The rest of the room is spacious & clean and incl. a Nespresso machine(love it) the bathroom(bath + seperate shower(rain+normal) is well equipped and clean.The Food and service served in the restaurant Rang Mahal (www.rangmahal.com.sg)was perfect( they have more restaurant) but I tried only the Rang Mahal the rest also looked as a good alternative.Pan Pacific will be seeing you again soon

Pros: We returned to the Stamford for an extra day. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was perfect for sightseeing and access and most importantly the beds were super comfortable. The view towards the harbour was spectacular. Unfortunately we did not have time to swim in the lovely pool however we were able to leave our luggage with the concierge for several days without any further charge.

Cons: From the beginning, I should have set low standards. I asked for a room in the high level. The reception happily announced that he found one - a room at level 15. I never heard level 15 classified as an upper floor. But I was tired after 1.5 days of traveling. The next day, HVAC maintenance came to clean the vent - unannounced. Just knocked and said - we have to clean the vent. No forward notice from the hotel. The room was not very clean. There was mildew in the sink and the towels weren’t arranged properly. The sink stopper was off, the bathtub stop was broken and the water kept gushing out when you shower. The bathroom light was worst. It was like being in a mine, with some spots lit and others dimmed. Definitely not a place to get ready for a date for. The next day, housekeeping did not come. They said there was a privacy notice. I never saw a privacy notice. When I got in at 6pm, they rushed to expedite the cleaning, and it was done haphazardly. For the price you pay per night here, I think you’ll be better off at Fullerton, Shangri-La or Marina Bay Sands.

Cons: The only thing I did not like, and hence the rating, is the fact, that after 6 days the topic of me being overcharged by the property is still not solved. What I also shocked me was the incompetent receptionist at check in, who contiued claiming booking.com is the party charging the stay, although the latter was clearly not the case. He simply wanted to get rid of me, instead of taking care of my case. His colleagues following were much more attentive.

Cons: I am asthmatic so right when we settled in I couldn't stop noticing the stale smell. We also had just landed in SG so tried to check in 30 minutes early and our reservation did not show up until 2 pm. The staff was not the most attentive and the hostess held on to my phone for about 10 minutes.

Pros: The location at Robertson Quay was perfect for our family visit. We had a very enjoyable walk along the river to Marina Bay, passing a variety of bars and eateries. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Mary Jeow who truly made our visit a memorable one. The view from our 23rd floor room looking out towards Marina Bay was fantastic. We stayed just before Christmas and loved how festive the hotel looked.

The spread didn’t really change much. Pool is adequate, but nothing special. Bathtub had a permanent dirty looking stain in it.

Cons: After arriving later in the evening, we tried to order food in the Tempo bar at around 10.45pm but were told food orders finished at 10.30pm (we were told 11pm by reception & on the website). Fortunately, they could do some fries and to be fair we could have had room service. We just wanted a bit of time out of the room before we settled in for the night. We managed to sample the noodles on the 2nd night which we all thoroughly enjoyed.

Pros: The staff! They are so helpful! Truly felt welcomed and cared for! We had the upgrade to include the executive tower and lounge which made all the difference. We heard from another guest that the other room was not updated. Loved the lounge!
Cons: Fitness room was outdated. Bed was very firm, it was too firm for us.
