Pros: Siloso bar staff name Eric is so accomodating and friendly not only us but to other customer he look after. Being just employee but he treated like he owns the company which is good because customer will keep coming back. Also not to mention, other staff are very good and friendly/accomodating especially the lady who check us in. She is very good.

Pros: What can we say! Absolutely amazing!! The grounds, rooms, gym and pool etc immaculate and so clean Rooms were a modern decor - lovely (amazing panoramic view) A lot of activities to do on the beach which was fun - badminton, table tennis, racket ball, volleyball (free and water sports such as stand up paddle boarding (not free - depending on the package) The staff were SO helpful they couldn’t do more to help The buffet breakfast was incredible! The best I have ever had - so tasty and spoilt for choice! Indian, fresh noodles , egg station, smoothie bowel ingredients etc yummy Dinner was also the same - the steak was to die for!!! Food and drink prices we found very reasonable for a 5* resort Overall a very good good experience would definitely go back :)

Pros: Great place, great facilities, the staff were amazing., the buffet breakfast and dinners we had were very yum. The only downside was the price of drinks, however that is the same in most of Singapore. Overall my family and I had a fantastic stay and would come again.

Pros: Location enables relaxing by the pool, have a good view of the South China Sea, and you still have easy access to the city. If you have small children there is a ton of kid activities. The service is excellent, with a wonderful breakfast buffet. We stayed here four years ago, and they have undergone a very good renovation. It was fun to just sit on the balcony of our room and take in the view.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The room was a double double and was a very good size. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good but the shower was just ok. Outside it is beautiful - great pool with poolside bar. Further round are the lagoons with sandy beaches and netted off swimming. You can get drinks service here as well. Breakfast was just amazing - include this in your original booking. There is a free shuttle from the MRT but this finishes a bit early if you are heading into Singapore for the night. The tax was at 12.30am was very reasonable though.

Cons: The staff- mainly front desk staff were all very I unfriendly. In all our visits to the desk or past the desk I only saw one member of staff smile. On check in we were told nothing about the hotel, not once did he smile and as we were early and our room was not ready he did not inform us about the freshen up room till I asked about it. After 20 hours travelling this experience does not get your trip off to a good start. On check out I wasn’t even asked how my stay was. We had planned on staying longer but decided to check in elsewhere after only one night.

Cons: Only negative (if we were being picky and had to say something) was taking away ones plate when the other wasn’t finished at dinner time... in a high quality restaurant you do not expect that... they should be collected together at the end when both are finished

Cons: I didn't like the fact that the refrigerator is not working, sept 20th going to the buffet was extremely over crowded bec. Of some event we signed in and got frustrated with how long it took to get into the buffet to be seated and so we left. Took us forever to wait. The room wasn't ready even after 3pm

Cons: I think the check in need to speed up or even schedule for more manpower during peak hours... when I walked into the room, there is a kind of urine smell and there are also hair found in the toilet ... and also there is a strong cigarette smell on the smoking room level... it feel like the ventilation isn’t that fantastic and lastly the room wasn’t sound proof , I can hear everything clearly coming from the next room ....

Cons: I got my room early only to find out that my room was dirty with crumbs and drink stains on the counter. I immediately received a different room which was ok but still was bit cleaned properly (sheets were stained and bottle caps and some candy were under the bed.

We had a small issue with our original room which unfortunately couldn’t be resolved right away so we were upgraded to a poolside room which we were extremely grateful for. It was amazing and had direct access to the pool. The breakfast inclusion was a fantastic option. The location was perfect!

Pros: Check in on arrival at 6pm was quick, friendly and efficient. Staff were very good. Our family room was spacious enough (better than suggested by pictures) and my daughter loved being up in a bunk. Storage was adequate and our bathroom was very good other that the toilet roll holder being a little wonky! The room was clean enough, though it had an unusually odour you noticed when first going in. Curtains kept the room dark and wifi was fine. We only had noise problems on one evening (Saturday) with a group of male youths continuosly chatting in the corridor outside our room until I told them to finally be quiet at 11:30pm Sadly there is not much a hotel can do about rude guests or poor parenting! Swimming pool is good enough for a family swim with pool towels available. Breakfast was served in the Hard Rock hotel, only a few minutes walk away. Options were plentiful and of good enough quality. There were no excessive queues etc during our stay. All your main attractions on Sentosa are easily accessible from Festive Hotel, a short walk past the expensive shops bring you to a point were the rest of RWS is within 5-10 mins or the Imbiah area is about the same in the other direction.

Cons: Free wifi only for one device, and no free wifi even in public area such as hotel lobby, this is very ridiculous in today's world. Bathroom has some bad drainage smell. Overall, price doesn't match with what we get.

Cons: The breakfast at Fratelli was horrible, the restaurant was apparently under-staff and the staff has to throw the having meal tag on the table and rush off. I can also see that the counter staff was unhappy with the stream of crowd flowing in.

Pros: The room was spacious and had sufficient space for two kids. The location is central and well connected to Universal Studios as well as attractions at Sentosa. The view from the room overlooking the pool area was good.
Cons: We had booked room with breakfast. When we went to the restaurant, it was overcrowded. There were two queues to the restaurant. Not knowing the difference, I stood in one of them. After reaching the counter in 10 minutes, they asked me to move to another queue as the queue I was standing in was meant for customers who were paying on that day. I had to again queue for 20 minutes in another queue which was meant for guests who had breakfast with their room. (As you can clearly see, they were prioritizing the customers paying at the counter) I understand that it was a peak period and was prepared to wait. But this discrimination against people who had pre-paid was uncalled for. It was not as if we were eating for free. This dampened the otherwise good experience we had.

Pros: You are paying for great location with kids for Sentosa - Universal Studios. I like the free filter water and ice depenser on every floor. Breakfast was over at Hard Rock Cafe. If I had to choose again, go for Hard Rock Cafe - better pool areas for the kids.
Cons: Smoking was allowed in some floors of the hotel. Not on my floor but feels like my room was a smoker's room. My pillows smelled plus aircon needs more filters. housekeeping tried to help and changed some pillows - the smell still lingered.

Cons: The price. Like everything in on Sentosa it's is over priced and poor value for money. Sentosa has a captive audience who get financially smashed for the privilege. This same hotel in an Australian city would be about half the price for the same level of hotel / facilities.

Cons: So rundown this time. When we used the sink in the bathroom it drained onto the floor. The aircon didn’t work all the time, it’s On off all night so it was either freezing and the kids were awake wearing 10 layers of clothes or stinking hot. There was broken glass under the master bed and our daughter reached under to get her toy and sliced her hand open. Our other daughter cut her foot on a broken tile in the pool. One of our biggest disappointments was they have stopped room service and didn’t advertise it. As our time zone is different to theirs room service allowed us to feed our children dinner in our room before they went to bed and now that options gone.

Pros: there were no towels in my hotel room. it feels like its been hastily cleaned. there used to be robes, but there weren't on my booking date. the buffet breakfast is disappointing. it used to be good. my last stay there was in 2010, how its changed. there was also a resident monitor lizard having breakfast with us. the hotel have been feeding him from what i can understand. erm....ew....i understand there are these lizards everywhere, but please not in a restaurant.

Pros: Check in was seamless, and staff was kind enough to allow us a slightly late checkout even when their hotel was fully booked. Room and toilet was clean. It was no 5 star breakfast but it was good enough with many varieties. 2nd stay here and I would strongly recommend travellers to consider Siloso Beach Resort for their next island stay. Affordable and convenient!

Cons: the buffet spread. my friend asked for eggs in the egg station and one of the staff said there were no more. it was not even 10am, and breakfast ends at 10.30am. she came back to the egg station when another staff was present, and he gave her her sunny side ups. seriously the standard dropped alot. like alot
