Pros: From the moment we left the taxi, we were treated like royalty, conscierge and bell boy looked after luggage, and very quick friendly front of house staff. The room was spacious, very clean, complimentary toileteries were good quality, with tooth brush, shaving and cotton products. The mini bar was free, and restocked daily. TV had local and international news stations. They allowed us a late check out, but charged after a few hours for the same facility, depending on room availability. Live entertainment in the bar nightly.

Helpful staff and we even got checked in at 9:30am after a long flight. Our bags were taken up to our room for us. Our room was cleaned daily and the showers were lovely! The hotel staff hailed down a taxi for us on our departure and they lifted our cases into the taxi for us. Very relaxing stay! We would love to stay here again!

If you coming from airport you may have to take a cab/shuttle bus to get to the hotel. or public transport to Quayside than walk from there.I found the shuttle bus or taxi easier. Hotel has shuttle bus running to orchard road every hour but the seats on this is first come first serve bases there may not be any seat left by the time bus comes to your hotel..

Pros: Very helpful staff, hotel bus to Orchard Road, nice bar, modern room on floor 17. We stored our luggage in the hotel till evening, and we could still have a shower and could change clothes in the hotel, because we only went to the airport in the evening

Pros: The best part was how really comfortable the bed was. I wasn't anticipating to get out of bed, at all. You can imagine. The cleanliness was on a tip-top condition. Furthermore, after a nights' stay, I was out the whole day and came back to see that my bed's been made, my towels have been replaced, including all my toiletries too! It was amazing. The staffs were wonderful too. They were very polite and were very prompt to help us whenever assistance was needed. It was all very pleasant. I would come back to stay at Studio M Hotel again, no doubt.

Pros: The loft rooms are unique to most travellers. There is a sense of homeliness from the design. The high ceiling and wide windows provide an excellent view of Robertson Quay.
