Pros (+) offers the usual comforts, with great furnishings ad great toiletries. service is welcoming, extending the usual Loved membership perks to my SLH account. could do with providing late checkout more automatically rather than upon request on the day of departure itself.
Cons (-) see above on the late checkout. breakfast has somewhat gone down in quality. actually my suggestion is to provide a salad/dessert buffet spread, with a fixed breakfast set, rather than to try to offer everything on buffet.
