Pros: Very clean room, professional and polite staff, English speaking at the front desk, bell captain at the door, affordable, located very close to subway and bus lines, just a block from Myeungdong shopping area, several restaurants within walking distance. We will stay here during our next visit to Seoul.

Pros: The cleaning lades were nice and the place was very clean, and the location was excellent, super close to all of the shopping and eating hotspots. Good bed, pillows and shower.
Cons: The staff gave me a bit of flak when I needed a special invoice to get reimbursed by my work and the "pool" was laughable. Good place to crash for the night but honestly, there must be a way better place for as much money as this place charges. The location was fantastic though..I loved being so close to all of the great spots in Seoul. But honestly, my advice is do some homework and save some money.

Pros: Friendly efficient staff. Good rooms, very quiet, and with a window you can open. Excellent amenities. Excellent Korean Grill restaurant on the ground floor. Overall an outstanding find. I'll be back.

Pros: Excellent location. Clean and welcoming. Friendly staff. Was bit pricey but overall enjoyed my stay.
Cons: View was not great, facing next building and had to close my curtain all time. I asked for a better view as I was staying there for more than 10 days and I was told that there are no standard rooms facing the city or open space.

Pros: Staff was Very Helpful & Friendly All of the Time. We were upgraded for no extra charge. Generous with the Bottled drinking water & in room coffee , also facial mask was a sweet touch. We Loved our DMZ Tour By CK, which was recommended to us by PJ's . VIP tours, He was "Fantastic"
Cons: I thought that the SPA that was recommended to us was a bit High priced for the "Rushed" Service that was given.

Pros: El hotel está cerca de la estación del tren. Tiene paradas de autobús a pocas calles. Esto nos facilitó nuestro desplazamiento por la ciudad. Cerca del hotel están los lugares turísticos que queríamos visitar. El Hotel es limpio, cómodo y el desayuno tiene un menú variado. En genera, nuestra estadía en el hotel fue muy agradable y la recomendamos ampliamane.

Pros: I liked how close it was to the festivities that were going on while my stat there. I liked how the walls really blocked sound coming in from other rooms, it made me feel very seperated from the world.
Cons: I did not like how the staff would look at my girlfriemd different than they would look at me, it really put off our mood for a bit. Also i got the room with the intent of it having a two person tub and it did not, but we were already put off by the mood we recieved so we didnt choose to pursue the matter.

Pros: The hotel was literally steps (5-15 minutes) from some of the attractions, train station, tourist info kiosk. A staff brought me to my room and explained how to work the card key and explained which was free and can be charged to the room. Room was clean.
Cons: There was no thermostat to adjust the heat in the room. I found the setting a bit warm. What solved the problem (partly) was to open an inner window so there was a slight cool breeze that came from the outside.

Pros: Very convenient for going to lotte world. But that only really needs one day. Easy access to subway.
Cons: Lobby lounge is a joke $25 for a glass of wine, way over priced, even considering korean inflated wine prices. Rooms don't feel 5-star, a bit small and could use a more thorough updating. Perhaps some plugs near the bed for cellphone charging.
