Pros: Lounge was good and all staff was kind. Room was enough to stay and sleep. I and my friends booked this hotel for enjoying the last day of the year. We could see the firework from coex and temple. So it was amazing experience.

Pros: Excellent location 'within' the COEX complex. Have stayed in a number of hotels in the area in the past but this was the first visit to the Oakwood. Nice large room with very well equipped kitchen. We did not try the restaurant on-site but it looked nice. A place to come back to. Easy parking.

Cons: The bed was too soft it gave me backache. The bedroom did not have a window so was very stuffy and incredibly warm even with the AC on.

Pros: Excellent location 'within' the COEX complex. Have stayed in a number of hotels in the area in the past but this was the first visit to the Oakwood. Nice large room with very well equipped kitchen. We did not try the restaurant on-site but it looked nice. A place to come back to. Easy parking.
Cons: We had no pans to use the gym or sauna facility, but if someone would want to do so, take into account that it is not in the same building. Other hotels in the same COEX complex or vicinity have some excellent gym facilities on-site so if that is important for you, it might be a disappointment. I guess it was an issue for us before COVID hit the scene, and that is why we did not stay here. However this time around, it was not part of the equation.

Pros: Location is perfect. Much within walking distance, but the Seoul Metro is right outside the front entrance. Interior design of the room was wonderful, with more than adequate amenities. Complimentary shuttle service was much appreciated after a long stay.
The photos and reviews set high expectations, but the experience was even better. After stays in B&Bs, corporate apartments, luxury hotels, and everything in between across Europe and the US, Park Hyatt Seoul is at the top of my list of places to stay.
Be sure to try the breakfast and buffet. It isn't cheap, but it's well worth the price.
Service and staff, location, cleanliness, amenities, size, and decor all get five stars. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seoul.

Cons: Only (minor) complaint is the elevator. You must go to the lobby at the top, transfer elevators, swipe your room key, then go down. Every time we left the room we would accidentally try to go down when you must go up to leave.

Cons: The neighborhood is boring a bit nothing but Coex a bit far from the center and Night life and Tourist area's and it takes at least 40 mins by metro to reach anywhere. If your in seoul you can stay a bit in this hotel and change to another midway to see all the places. The sounds of ambulance and street cars at nights can be heard in the Room.

Cons: The room temperature has been fixed already and was not been able to reduce it. I have asked the staff to reduce it as the weather was hot but they couldn't do it and the sent me a fan instead of fixing the AC.
