Pros: The location of Four Seasons is simply perfect!! The amenities such as dinning and facilities such as golf have reality taken me back in what to expect next time I book a hotel. I would like to also thank the staff for making my trip exceptional with going the extra mile to accommodate my needs and help me book everything I needed!! A special thank you to John from the concierge department for helping book my train ticket and personally making sure everything was great. The room itself was extremely spacious with everything and beyond a person could think of. Thank you to the cleaning team for keeping the room sparkly clean thought my stay!! I will definitely be going back!!

Pros: The staff were amazing. We stayed in the family room and the furniture, lights, bathroom utilities and window blinds were all top grade. The beds were comfy and the additional sofa bed was really wide (around the size of double bed). The housekeeping was really nice too, they tidied up the cords of my computer charger, made sure everything was in place. The concierge and staff in general were also really friendly and very respectful. They were helpful and efficient in their provision of services. The level of english among most of the staff was good and the abilities of some were nearly equivalent to native speakers.

Pros: My daughter was very impressed with the staff members who so kindly brought the requested additional amenities to our room. She claims they were good-looking and gentlemanly. The food at the Executive Lounge was quite good especially for the Happy Hour and Brunch. Our compliments to the chefs. The view of Seoul from the Lounge was also amazing.

Cons: It would have been great, if you had sufficient supplies for your complimentary pillow service. Why have the service if you lack the adequate number of pillows to satisfy your guests? Just a thought.

Cons: It's a premium hotel but I learned after arriving at the hotel that I could get better deals there through Korean apps so now I know I could have gotten better value for money there. Lots of kids and families which isn't a bad thing by itself but wasn't really the vibe my spouse and I were looking for on Friday night there.

Cons: Our room wasn't made up and cleaned when we came back before 4 pm. I had to call for housekeeping. Then didn't give us a new bar of soap. Pool is small and crowded.

Cons: The room felt a bit old thus saw possibilities for great improvement. The breakfast was too crowded and food selection was not to its best. People could have dressed a bit more appropriately (though I understand people on vacation want casual attire but still should be able to manage it better).

Pros: The Sealy bed was very comfortable, it is part of the reason why we booked the hotel. It is a rarity to find such comfort in a bed, in Asia. The location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay because of the location and its proximity to the subway station and the site seeing. We highly recommend, and would stay again. Great value for money.

Cons: The staff gave me a bit of flak when I needed a special invoice to get reimbursed by my work and the "pool" was laughable. Good place to crash for the night but honestly, there must be a way better place for as much money as this place charges. The location was fantastic though..I loved being so close to all of the great spots in Seoul. But honestly, my advice is do some homework and save some money.

Cons: A bit disappointed on the check in time, was there at 3pm to check in as their official check in time is 2pm, informing us that the room is not ready as it is still in the midst of cleaning. There was no view at all, room is a bit small, different from the photos posted.
