The location is perfect. Bed is very comfortable. Staff are very helpful.

My bathroom is a little small, no space on the sink counter.

Newer hotel close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easily accessible from and to airport by bus. I checked in at 11 am and was given a room immediately although normal check-in time is normally 3 pm.

I think I paid a reasonably high price for two rooms and two nights but was assigned rooms on the lowest floor, that is the 5th floor, without being consulted. A little disappointed but knowing their elevators were slow I did not request a higher floor for a better view.

Hotel is right at Myeong-dong area, convenient to go around the area.

Lighting in the room is quite dim. For those who like a well-lit hotel room, look elsewhere. Bathroom was small. You’ll need to call operator to ask for shaver if you didn’t bring yours along. Same goes for laundry bag. Not a lot of space if you have more than 2 large luggage. Pillows were too soft to our liking. Waiting time for the lifts were sometimes quite Long.
