Pros: The room, although very small, was comfortable and cleverly arranged to maximize space and include everything one might need during the stay. The bathroom was very practical (nice shower), with washing basing outside in the room. Comfy pyjamas and sandals were provided (they can be used at any time in the social areas of the hotel). Buffet breakfast was awesome, with both Asian and western specialities, most of them cooked o the spot. There was delicious free yakisoba (noodles soup) in the evenings, and one could always find free fresh coffee and tea at the reception. The metro station was very close to the hotel, but there was also a free shuttle to the city. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the surroundings to explore for dinner, and also convenience stores. I would definitely return to this hotel if I visited Seoul again!

Pros: Dormy inn Gangnam was very new - rooms are spacious and clean, bed is firm, bathroom water pressure good. The location is convenient, a 5 minute walk to shin nonhyeon station or you can walk down Gangnam road a further 10 minutes to get to Gangnam station. A number of bus services usually stop at Kyobo Tower down the street. Arriving at Dormy Inn from Incheon airport is easy - get the 6703 KAL bus from the airport at either stand 4A or 10B, costs 16,000 won. Get off at the 4th stop (Novotel Ambassador) and Dormy Inn is just next door. Breakfast had a wide selection of western and Korean food. Wifi is fast and reliable. Would stay again.

Cons: There was a very annoying blue light on the top board of the bed that could not be turned off. We found a practical solution for it, hanging there the plastic sign about the laundry that we found on the hangers at the entrance of the room.

Cons: I hope to get some of Korean traditional food and Japanese sashimi. For 4 days 3 nights, I expected to have different breakfast everyday. It would be better, If you have different breakfast everyday with many varieties. It is a surprise and the guess would be excited to check out the breakfast and would can slap recommend your place to their friends and someone they know.

COEX is next door, the mall is just below and the city airport is within reach. There are restaurants within the property and they were good. Pros: Really liked the rooms - especially the toilets. [We westerners are not accustomed to such fancy electronic toilets - which were outstanding ... and now I want one myself in my own home. ha ha]
The staff was really great, too. Very kind and helpful. I especially want to call out "Hyen" whose name I am probably not spelling correctly. She was especially kind to us.
Cons: The breakfast items in the restaurant never seemed to be hot. They were good - just not hot.

Cons: Breakfast was pathetic - luke warm non-asian food in breakfast buffet both times I tried it, week coffee.
Although the duvet was comfortable, I think a plain sheet would be good - I kept waking up overheated multiple times during the night and needing to crank down the air conditioner. I wish I had had the ability to push aside the duvet and only have a sheet until I cooled down again.
Listings of the TV channels - it would have been nice to find news (no only business news) in English.

Pros: Large room with tons of amenities. Large refrigerator, freezer and had a kitchen with a washing machine. Perfect place for a long stay. 10 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute walk to the main Gagnam shopping area and nightlife. Great views from the rooftop. I liked the decor and room set up. Lots of additional closets and storage space. The bathroom was small but it was perfect for me. Staff was friendly and helpful too.

Pros: The Crystal Suite had just about everything one needs. The loft and the mattress on it is a nice plus for extra sleeping. If one wants to cook, then the kitchenette has ample pots, pan, knives, cups, etc. There's even a washer & dryer within the room.

Cons: The electrical outlet is different from the standard USA type; they use the twin round-prong type, and there was only 1 adapter in the entire suite.

Cons: The washroom leaks! Hard to take a shower. Also, lots of mosquitos in the room. Staffs need to get rid of mosquitos.

Cons: Could be more electric connections cause they were only for 2 European electronic devices. They were more for American but you need an adapter. To much Hussle. Another point which I suggest is to put more stuff on their breakfast, especially for "Europeans". I would be pleased to see more healthy stuff, more fruits or for the chocolate Lovers: Nutella for example.
