Pros: The staff was so helpfull and nice ~ they also speak english. The room was big enough for my brother and me (one big suitcase and a small one). The bathroom was very nice, I liked the size of it. The location was the BEST, near everything and close to the tourist attractions. Also, there is a convenient store, a restaurant and a burger king in the lobby. I recommand this place.

Namdaemun Market is across the street. Hotel has a nice and reasonably priced coffee shop, restaurant, 7-11 shop, and a Burger King. Good restaurants and coffee shops all around the hotel. Walking distance to the cable car to the Seoul Tower. All staff were friendly and patient and helpful. Hotel is easy to find on the main street.

Pros: Easy to find and very accessible from the subway station, and also from the airport railroad lines (through Seoul station). I also liked the marketplace that's nearby and the atmosphere it creates, and Myeongdong station is also only about 10 mins away by foot (if you really want to take the subway it is one stop, but I think more worth it to walk). Room was clean and comfortable and it was a nice touch to find the drinking water in the mini-fridge each day (was sweltering the time I was there).

Cons: No real complaints, seriously. No free shuttle bus, but bus service is available at a reasonable cost. With the metro stop next to the hotel and the cheap Airport Express to and from Seoul Station, it didn't really affect us.

Pros: I like almost everything from the L7 Myeongdong. The neighborhood is great since it's in the center of Myeongdong -- means you're in the center of shopping and food area. The Airport bus stop is just around the corner, approx less than 100 m. It also near Myeongdong MRT exit 9. 2 convenient stores (GS25 and 7eleven) is near the building, pretty much help settles your quick breakfast/snack needs. If you're up for a cheap shopping spree -- 5 stories Daiso is across the building. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The room is also spacious, with good amenities, TV channels, and good lighting. Would definitely come back to stay there.

Pros: I like almost everything from the L7 Myeongdong. The neighborhood is great since it's in the center of Myeongdong -- means you're in the center of shopping and food area. The Airport bus stop is just around the corner, approx less than 100 m. It also near Myeongdong MRT exit 9. 2 convenient stores (GS25 and 7eleven) is near the building, pretty much help settles your quick breakfast/snack needs. If you're up for a cheap shopping spree -- 5 stories Daiso is across the building. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The room is also spacious, with good amenities, TV channels, and good lighting. Would definitely come back to stay there.
Cons: One downside tho, I left my newly bought shoes there and I'm pretty sure it was still stored in a box. I believe the housekeeper should've found it when they clean my room (on my checkout date). However, I sent an email and they replied that they couldn't found anything (which I think it's weird). Aside to my clumsiness, would be great if the hotel staff could do a double check and immediately inform the guest if they found left behind goods.

In addition, when I asked concierge to send a package to my friend, 4 days after I checked out, he still has not received it. At the end of my stay, during midnight, the smell of smoking bothered us. Cons: I don’t really understand how this hotel is rated 4 stars.. The staff is not helpful at all, sometimes even rude, you do not feel welcome or comfortable. Rooms are too small. Breakfast is very basic - would even say poor, staff of the restaurant is very unpleasant. Speaking English with the staff is a mission - welcome the struggle ! I wouldn’t recommend this establishment, trust you can find better value for money. Would definitely not stay here again.

From 4-6pm onwards, there's a night street market in myeondong filled with street foods and souvenirs to bring back! The bus stop nearby takes you to insadong etc within 10mins, amazing location

Pros: I would love to say thanks to the staff at the front desk. He was so kind to let us check in earlier since my son and my mom was tired after the flight. I also want to take this opportunity to the guy at lockers area. His English was great to help me to find the places around. The shuttle buses from the hotel was very convenient. Thank you for all of you to make my trip becomes unforgettable. I would love to stay there again.

The coffee shop in the basement is nice even if it doesn't offer so much. The also have a laundry room where you also can also dry the clothes. Best thing is the staff who helped us at the entrance. He also asked a taxi for us after leaving the hotel and waited for it even under the sun (it was really sunny and we stayed on the shadow until the taxi arrived). I don't know if is a service offered by the hotel but it was really convenient to have someone who catched a taxi and gave the right address to the driver. If it's not part of the service: "Thank you"!

Cons: There were some reparation works the second day. The didn't informed us until we came back from breakfast. Furthermore we had unfortunately some loud neighbours so I had to wake up and ask them not to be loud (it was 2.30 am). When I asked the front desk to do something about, they only said that it happens and if it repeats it I should call them and they will do something about it. The location is not so nice if you want to go out in the evening so be careful and take a taxi.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of eating places nearby and just a 7 minute walk to the airport bus.

Pros: The hotel has the main pro when I'm looking for a place to stay in Seoul, It's in a really quite neighbourhood! There is also a subway station , Jongno-samga gate 6 located by 2-3 minutes walk. There are 2 convenience store in fronts of the hotel!. The staff was very helpful and nice, and always ready to help with anything!
Cons: The main con was how noisy it was in the mornings, from other guests. I woke up like 8 in the morning because of the other guests who were going around at that time. It's too much noise between rooms.

Pros: We wanted to be in Insadong, everything we wanted and needed ( eg. main street, small, interesting lanes with restaurants , subway station) was within easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean and the reception staff spoke English.

Cons: The first room was very humid and stain on the sofa. Above all the bell is ringing at every minutes and I tried turn off. But it doesn’t work. So I request to fix it and they changed my room upper level. Overall the facility is quite old and need a renovation.

Cons: VERY dated hotel. In desperate need of renovation. Glory days for this place was likely 40-50yrs ago and it appears nothing has changed during this time. No A/C and no opening windows make for a warm stuffy room, even iduring our late October stay.

Walking distance to Shinsegae department store, Lotte department store, Namdemeun, and Namsan Seoul Tower. The train station is close to the hotel entrance/exit. The airport limousine bus drops you off across the street from the hotel and picks you up a block and a half up the street. The hotel's location is its main selling point! Our hotel room view of Namsan Seoul Tower was very nice. The multilingual front desk staff multitasked and was courteous and helpful.

Cons: A/C in the room is very warm. When we called the front desk, we were informed that the AC is centralized. The best they can do is send us a freakin electric fan. So for the entire duration of our stay, the windows has to be left open hence the noise from the main road is what we hear the entire night. At this day and age, the rooms lack AC power outlets. All AC outlets are at the table, which mean away from the bedside. Which I feel should have been addressed long time ago.

Pros: Location was excellent, right at myeongdong, subway, rooms were spacious, love the beddings, and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: -The A/C temperature was set at 26. It was really hot in the room and there’s no way to lower down the temp even after talking to the front desk. It was really uncomfortable specially during this time. -phone in the room doesn’t work if you’re trying to call the front desk or room service, it was constantly busy. Operator number works but would hang-up as soon as I start speaking in English. Soooo, I had to walk down to the front desk to request for an iron. -Will definitely book this again though because of the location and price.

Cons: Need air conditioner because room temperature has to be at 22 to 24 gegrees. We stayed at 28 degrees and ordered electric air conditioner but there was no difference and did not sleep well.

Cons: Lack of electrical outlets in the room and the voltage was so low it took a long time to charge your electronics. The air conditioner temperature could not be lowered beyond a certain point. My family and I were initially "mistakenly" placed in a lower level room. After walking into the room, I immediately noticed there was a mistake. I went back to the front desk, complained, and was placed into the correct room type that I had booked. My credit card was "mistakenly' charged twice, but the hotel assured me that it would be corrected. The hotel and rooms also "look" better on the website than in person.

Cons: First of all, Central air conditioning is terrible, the room temperature is around 28-30 degrees. Seoul’s summer is hot, but my room was hot as well. Only thing the staff could do that was gave me an electrical fan. Then, they said that is whole building the same hot. Secondly, there is no coin laundry, that is ok. Then I asked for how is the fare of laundry. They said is closed on Fri, Sat, and Sun......Wow, it was an amazing service. Actually, I did send the email ask the laundry question twice. There was no feedback. Finally, the staff of front desk were not friendly and enthusiastic at all. They just answered the questions I asked, but helpless. When I checked out, they still have poker face，but their supervisor pass through the front desk, the staffs had different faces.
