Pros: Super comfy. Everything to the spot. Super helpful and friendly staff. Hotel can arrange private car to take u to the airport shuttle stop which locates just down by the hotel. Remember to also call the hotel to arrange a car to pick u up from the airport shuttle drop off point.

Pros: Room is cosy and clean always! They're really prompt with housekeeping and the ladies are lovely. Different pillow options available for picky sleepers. Location is the best! Quiet yet, short walk to train stations, Lotte department store, couple of convenience stores within reach and Myeongdong across the road. Gym is top-notch - only regretted I checked it out on the last night. We also spent New years here and couldnt be happier that it was walking distance to the Bosingak bell countdown.

Pros: Really appreciate the help the hotel offered at the very first day when I arrived at the hotel. My daughter left her backpack at the shuttle bus and we realized that when checking in at the hotel. The staffs were very helpful by calling the bus driver/company and picking up our backpack. When we came back to the hotel from sightseeing’s that evening, the backpack was already in the room waiting for us :) we will definitely come back to this hotel if we visit Korea again!

Cons: The room is a bit old. And it takes a long time for our car to get in the front door from car park. The front door would not let our car wait even for 5 min. It can be quite difficult for us as we have someone who is 86 years old

Cons: Toilet shower in my room to be upgraded to ensure proper distribution of water from the shower.. It was also a bit difficult to adjust the balance of the hot & cold water from the shower to get the right temperature..

Cons: Bed was very small. Room was average for the price point paid. From the outside the hotel looks five star, but the rooms don't match the exterior and the price point was not worth the return. The rooms are not that sound proof and we experienced a fair amount of noise transferring through from the adjacent rooms and the room a floor above.

Pros: Very comfortable hotel!!! The room was really big, the bed was super comfortable (soft pillows though just fyi), and the shower was very hot and good pressure. Housekeeping was super friendly and did a great job too! It was also right next to Hoehyeon station, opposite Namdaemun market, walking distance to Myeongdong and the N Seoul Tower cable car. It's a perfect hotel with so much around it! Definitely staying here next time in Seoul

I also asked for a surprise for my husband for our anniversary and I actually thought they forgot abt it until a hotel staff came to our room with wine and cake at night. We stored our luggage until 5pm so we saved a lot on luggage storage elsewhere. Bed was super big and comfy, the room was spacious too. Love it so much!

Cons: The staff gave me a bit of flak when I needed a special invoice to get reimbursed by my work and the "pool" was laughable. Good place to crash for the night but honestly, there must be a way better place for as much money as this place charges. The location was fantastic though..I loved being so close to all of the great spots in Seoul. But honestly, my advice is do some homework and save some money.

Pros: The hotel location is easy to reach from the airport with direct limousine bus (back & forth). Easy to connect with other tourist locations and towns with tranquillity atmosphere. Hotel does provide shuttle bus to key locations. Some CVSs and late night restaurants in a walking distance. Hotel staffs were nice, caring and really helpful. Though, passing through time, but the hotel has kept itself really well. The room was big and comfy for 3 of us. Beds are perfect. We had 1 king bed and 1 single bed room, so it was very comfortable for us to rest :) All good for us! Truly recommend if you have the budget. For us, hotel needs to be comfortable, safe, clean and roomy when traveling, so this is really quite a great value.

The breakfast selection was amazing. I discovered a problem with my toilet at 1030PM and within literally minutes, the duty manager and a maintenance worker were in my room to fix it. Very impressive indeed. The KA limousine to Incheon airport goes from right outside the hotel so transfer was super easy.

Cons: The tap in the bathroom are quite old and could not completely turn off. Need to turn on & off to adjust several times for it to come to 100% off with no dripping water. The draining for sink basin was rather slow with some blogs. But the housekeeping fixed it when came in for cleaning. Thanks. There should be more separated lighting switches in the room, not just the master & reading lights - for example a night light, especially for family with kid or elderly people to be able to see when going to the restroom during the night. For us, we kept the light in bathroom on :) But overall, it was a great stay for us!

Cons: The deluxe room on the 17th floor was exceptionally well-appointed, quiet and dark, but so hot! It was not possible to turn down the heat so it became a little uncomfortable. A 3 bed room on a lower floor was a fraction cooler, but I would caution those looking for a good night's sleep to avoid the floors with family rooms on as we were disturbed by very loud children, literally shrieking, for several hours. With an early flight to get up for, this was rather stressful. That said, the staff at the hotel discreetly removed the noisemakers elsewhere once they became aware, something we only found out about next day, and were extremely impressed by. Thank you staff!

Business lounge was the worst I have ever experienced, poor food arrangement and quality, too many people waiting. The cleaning crew did not ring the doorbell, instead she knocked the door which was confusing for us if she meant for our room. She ended up entering our room. I do not feel I have been to the 5 star hotel at all. All the staff looked stressed and tired, customers sure can feel that

However, another customer who was speaking in korean was told he could park his vehicle. Perhaps staff did not expect me to know korean and when I asked about how come some customers can park while others can't, there were stating that they have special agreement/contract with those customers. After long exchange the hotel allowed me to park at hotel's parking lot for 20.000 / over night. I was simply disgusted. I am disappointed that i booked this property for my parents as well, who stayed well over 10 days.

Pros: Just above the Myeongdong station and priced very attractively. Good view of namsan from our room and convenient luggage lockers that are free for 8hrs storage.

Pros: Loisir Hotel is location in the middle of Myeongdong. In fact it is next to the Myeongdong station which has an exit door especially for the hotel. It is located at the beginning of the famous Myeongdong Street. There is at least 5 halal restaurant within 400m of the hotel and it is convenient for a Muslim like me. There are lots of famous shops nearby including Lotte, Shinsegae Duty Free, Line Friends etc. and close to Namdaemun Market. The rooms are excellent. I paid for a room upgrade and the staff gave us a discount. The room was facing Namsan tower. So the view was amazing. The staff speak excellent english and are very helpful.

Cons: The one thing that i don't like but don't hate is breakfast. It is not American breakfast but rather a mixture of korean-american food. There is french fries and scrambled eggs. Then there is rice, bean sprouts, salad, seeweed soup, rice porridge. Unfortunately it is the same menu everyday.
