The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Excellent location.
Bathroom was pretty low standard and desperately needs renovation. Staff at the reception could have been more friendly, approachable and polite. Outragiously expensive; I paid 40,000 W for 3 small size coffee. All entitled facilities in the room were not sufficient for 3 people despite informing staff at the reception.
Clean and quiet.
Facilities needs to be upgraded more if you want to value that much money
Nice and clean public areas and a really nice playroom for children.
The non-renovated rooms are dated, and they seriously need to start cleaning under the beds and behind the tables and the night stands. We asked for a new (clean) room two times, but they were all really dusty and had litter under the beds.
We like this hotel and the room is great on the Executive floors. We also like the price for the lounge access!
The lounge is not a relaxation area for adults as it should be...it is loud and packed with children. They let children in even at Happy Hour...other hotels do not allow children at Happy Hour because of the alcohol. They say children are only allowed during the weekend, but even during the week children were in the lounge. We had to wait over 15 minutes for a seat on Sunday night because they had too many guests booked with lounge access. Now I understand why the other hotels put so many rules on lounge access.
Good location within a couple minutes walking distance of the river and the room itself was fairly clean.
Interiors and the facilities (especially the air conditioning and lighting) are very out of date, also so little lighting that even with everything on the room felt a little dark. Our room also was not cleaned during the day even though we left the ‘please make up the room’ sign on the door so had to call down to ask for towels from the front desk. Don’t think I would go back again as you could get a lot better for this kind of money in other areas of Seoul.
