Pros: The reservation and in-person chech-in procedures were very easy. The location was perfect. The valet took our car and we walked everywhere we went for the day. The room was very comfortable with a great view.

Pros: The room was beautiful and stylish. The bed was so big and soft, I had to literally roll out of it. The staff was incredibly courteous. The continental breakfast included in my package was unlike anything I had ever seen. So many wonderful food options, and all of it was delicious! I look forward to my next stay there.

Pros: The staff was world-class. I made a mistake on our reservation, booking our room one day later than intended. The Andaz staff was very understanding and accommodating. They changed our reservation on-the-spot....even providing an early check in. My family and I had a great stay...we will be back!!

Cons: Six of us came into the bar at 9:15, & were told initially we couldn’t order dinner because the kitchen would close at 10! After “checking” with kitchen, we were grudgingly seated. Drinks & apps okay, then had a thirty minute wait for mains, of which a couple were dry to the point of being inedible. Two of us stayed in the bar after, and despite several patrons still being present, staff started putting stools up as if this was some dive bar. Not at all what is expected from a top-rated hotel.

Cons: Never replace our shower ropes during our 5 days stay. The bathroom floor is not clean. The mattress and pillows are way to soft and I sinked into the matress. Every morning the staff will keep banging and closing the doors for supply closest and every room while they clean . It's extremely rude and unprofessional.

Cons: There is no place comfortable to sit in the room. There are two high chairs and a small round table. You can sit on the high chair (not comfortable) or on the bed---but not suitable for more than a few minutes.

Pros: The staff are great. The location is also great. The complimentary beverages (not the alcohol) were a nice feature. The terrace with pool and fire pit is nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The location was great for exploring Savannah, many attractions are within walking distance as well as a trolly pick up location across the street. We were able to check in early which was nice to get settled into early in the day. The amenities in the room were great, having a mini fridge and safe are always a plus. Staff was all very polite and welcoming. The front desk was able to hold our bags at check-out until we left for our flight.
Cons: To be honest there wasn't anything I did not like. If I had to nitpick only one elevator was available due to renovations going on. Of course, single elevator access due to winter renovations are minor in my book because they did not cause much of a disturbance and it was the slow time of year which is when these type of renovations usually occur.

Pros: The location of this hotel is amazing and the amenities are great with Muriel's pools onsite and restaurants.
Cons: There was remodeling occurring at the time of our stay. Some other reviews suggested that this was the same however the hotel staff insisted it would not effect our stay. They were absolutely wrong and loud construction was heard the entire 4 days so it was difficult to relax. Construction vehicles and supplies took up half of the parking lot and the construction staff took their breaks lying down in grassy patches in the lots. The restaurants on site were very overpriced which was somewhat expected.

Pros: Dog Friendly, although don't bother paying for an ocean view if you have a dog because you will be put on the 1st or 2nd floor and you will not be able to see the beach.
Cons: I paid for an Ocean View room but my view was at best an obstructed view of the ocean. When I complained, I was moved to another "ocean view room" but I literally could not see any water from that room. Management made no attempt to improve the situation, so I will avoid Omni Hotels from now on. Staff (other than the front desk) are totally foreign and speak poor English; ordering food is quite frustrating.

Pros: Loved the easy access to beach, freindly staff, great location. Very relaxing. Food in restaurants was good.
Cons: Didn't like that chairs on the beach had to be rented and were not provided by the hotel. At other beach resorts I have had free beach chairs with umbrellas or cabanas and even waiters that brought drinks to the beach for you.

Pros: The resort was situated perfectly between Hilton Head Plantation and Harbor Town so it was great for the golf courses we were playing. I did not use the pool, beach, golf or tennis at Palmetto Dunes but I'm sure it is beautiful.

Cons: We were very surprised and disappointed to learn they would not accept our three night stay toward our Hyatt points as a preferred customer because we book through a third-party. RIDICULOUS!!! Apparently the $825 we spent wasn't appreciated. No where on our on-line reservation did it tell us that, in fact, it asked us for our Hyatt Reward number! We stayed there this time to get our points. Had we known this we would have stayed at one of the historic B&Bs. They'll be hearing from us.

Cons: The hotel was under construction. It was so loud and not relaxing. Every room heard the construction. I moved to another room to another floor in hopes of getting away from the noise. It was worse where I ended up. I was woken to construction noise. The bathrooms were old, mold around the tub, water pressure terrible, toilet seemed dirty on the outside. Had I known the hotel was under construction And so out of date, I would not have chose to stay there.

Pros: Beautiful, clean, up to date facility. The staff was very friendly. Brittany, the bartender was very personable, knowledgeable and professional suggesting local places to eat. The bartender Sunday night wasn’t as friendly with as much personality as a piece of ice. The hotel is in an excellent location offering availability to the river, dining and shopping.
Cons: $37 per day for valet parking! Park across the street for $5 on Saturday and Sunday and $16 on weekdays.

Cons: I felt like The first check in staff I encountered was trying to scam me. She said my room wasn't available but that they had a room ready but it was an upgrade with additional costs involved. I declined but went to consult with my wife and she said we should do it. I spoke to another check in member who magically was able to find me a room without having to upgrade. Either she didn't really want to help me or it was a setup. Either way I didn't appreciate that.

Pros: Upon arrival staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed valet parking. Was worth the $25. Room was very comfortable and clean. Was a great distance from River St. Though I had some issues, they were miniscule compared to the location, comfort of the room, and the friendliness of the staff.
Cons: Asked for the air to be on and room to be cold upon arrival. Air was not on like I requested. Room was warm. Adjisted the air to my liking then left the room to tour savannah. Did not realize until after walking River St. then comimg back to the room that the a/c was not operating properly. The shower door was broken upon arrival and had to call the front desk to have it fixed. Maintenance showed up quickly to fix the situation. Also requested a quiet room due to the fact we were travelling with a 2 yr old. My room was next to the maintenance/cleaning closet and service elevator. Due to constant flow of people coming and going next to our door it was hard to get my child rest comfortably.

upon arrive, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but very basic; the room was humid but we thought nothing of it since most hotels only use the fan when the room is unoccupied- we turned on the air- medium then went to bed. The room never cooled, we turned the air on high and it still never cooled and the humidity remained very high (about like it was outside). The TV was out of color and the shower curtain would not stay closed- or open to one side, the rod was bent and the curtain now hangs over the toilet. I felt these MIGHT be excusable until I asked about checking out early because we were unable to sleep due to the high humidity and warm temp in the room. The front desk apologized and questioned why I didn't have engineering come fix it last night (I assume she must have felt it wasn't that bad if I didn't complain sooner) I was told I would have to pay a early cancellation fee. I then informed her about the vomit in the elevator when she explained it has been there all night. When I asked her to repeat that, she said ""well, it's been there for about two hours, we'll have house keeping clean it up when they arrive in about an hour."" I don't know about you but I can understand equipment failing but for someone to have an attitude like that- it's too gross for me to clean up but my guess can put up with it... that is not a hotel I care to stay at nor my customers or co-workers/management. Think about that next time you plan to book there.

Pros: Pretty room, cool shower, comfy bed. I stayed here one night for business and was able to walk to a great restaurant downtown to meet my clients. After driving around downtown a few times I decided that the Hampton Inn and Staybridge Suites looked like a slightly better location.
Cons: I can't really complain with only one night spent here. Actually I will say that the hotel did not mention a mandatory $25/night valet parking charge that I was hit with when I pulled up to the front door. That's annoying. Let me park my own damn car or tell me in advance.

Pros: The hotel and the room was beautiful. It looked as though the hotel had been through a recent renovation. Everything looked clean and new. The color scheme was very pretty; purple and gray. The room was nicely decorated, the bed, pillows and linens clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. Close to the historic district and shopping.
Cons: Only negative was that it was on a busy street, but the hotel provided ear pugs and white noise machine.

Cons: We had to stay in a strange interior room with no real window or daylight. The wifi did not work and we racked up a lot of data use on our phone since we could not connect. They allow dogs to stay at what seems like a very nice hotel. It is disruptive to hear dogs barking when you are trying to relax. Also, as someone who is highly allergic it was hard to stay in a place with pets and dander. Had I known ahead of time that they allow pets, I would have likely picked a different hotel.

Pros: This hotel is located very near everything. The river walk is right across the street. Bring your walking shoes, this city is a walking city, which is what I loved. The concierge is fantastic. Friendly and helpful.

Pros: Except for the $30/night surprise parking fee, everything about the stay was amazing. The room had a fantastic view of the road and river. The lobby is very upscale. There is constantly free food. The pool was beautiful and the location is, of course, fantastic. The staff was also nice.
Cons: As soon as we arrived we found out parking was valet ONLY at a cost of $30/night. That is an expensive hidden fee that definitely altered the total cost of our stay. They park it in a large lot directly across from the hotel which they could easily make key-card self-park access for guests without the extra charge. We could literally see our car from our room.

Pros: Liked that the hotel was walk-in distance from everything in Savannah. Hotel staff were nice. The continental breakfast was decent. The hotel seemed to have live music provided on the rooftop later in the evening all throughout the week, this was nice.
Cons: Didn’t like that the hotel didn’t have a complementary water cooler in the lobby, it is extremely hot out in Savannah, the hotel guests need to stay hydrated! We did have cleanliness issues in our room...many stray hairs (that wasn’t mine or my husbands) in the shower and attached to clean towels. Also with the shower, you could tell the shower door glass doesn’t get cleaned, you could see when the glass was fogged up there were drawings/writing that was done from other guests. There was a breakfast Cheerio (we never ate Cheerios while we were here) on the floor under the bathroom counter, this was there the whole week we were in this room! Makes you question the cleaning skills of the hotel staff. There were also some days that the towels weren’t stocked to the fullest. Now onto the rooftop bar and pool...the view isn’t all the greatest but it is cool. The bar and the top floor rooms cut off the main beautiful view of the river. The rooftop pool is decent but don’t expect to just hang out in the pool without getting splashed by a ton of small kids.

Cons: No continental breakfast. No newspaper. No cookies or candy (and it was the week of Halloween, too). No fruit, no body wash or bathroom toiletries. I’d rather stay at a Hampton Inn for way less than half the price than staying at this $300 a night rip-off Hotel.

Pros: Great location with a shuttle that takes you across the river 2x/hr so easy to get back and forth. Pretty grounds and for the most part very nice staff.
Cons: They definitely need either a bigger pool or a second pool. With as many "pool days" as you get in Savannah, its reasonable to assume guests are for the most part going to take advantage of the pool. Its way too small for the size of the hotel, and there are no where near enough chairs. They also waste a lot of pool real estate on cabanas that they're trying to upsell...that could be more chairs. But even with more chairs the pool area is simply way too small for the capacity of the resort. Overall, upselling the cabana is reminiscent of their strategy...nickle and dime guests.

Pros: Very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms and facility were very clean and the beds and bedding was awesome! Luxurious, comfortable and completely accommodating for what I was looking for, for a weekend getaway.
Cons: TV remote didn't work well. Upon initial call to the hotel, the front desk stated that they did not have shuttles to and from the airport. When I left and asked the front desk to call me a cab, they stated they had a shuttle that was $10 cheaper than a cab rate.

Pros: room was wonderful. Great shower, comfy bed, lots of pillows, very quiet. Always got a good nights sleep. loved the water taxi service. Room service guy was the most helpful and friendly person we dealt with the entire stay. He was great! We also liked the Green program, I like hotels that provide this option.
Cons: front desk pretty much took the information and gave out keys. No information on where thing were, how to get to the water taxi, information on the different in house restaurants. We had to figure things out for ourselves and when we had to ask an employee, some were helpful and others acted like we were bothering them. I am enrolled in the starwood preferred guest program so I was expecting more helpfulness. Other Starwood properties had an info packet all ready at check in. Savannah is a destination spot so it would have been helpful if we had been given more information.

Pros: To be honest with you, I didn’t like much about this location. Most of the staff in decision making positions were poor. I spoke to the front desk manager, after asking to speak to house keeping manager and they sent me to the front desk manager. I had a problem with my room not being cleaned and the told me that it wasn’t his job! Wow! They just had me going from person to person. It was a circus.

You definitely want to get a room facing the river that way you can see the ships come in and also have a view of river street. You have a ferry that can take you to river street from the Westin property for FREE. That way you are not spending $ on parking. If I'm back in Savannah I will def stay there again.

Pros: Boring/Disorganized receptionist at Aqua Star restaurant and long waiting. The receptionist wrote my name on a piece of paper then told me to wait around 15 minutes but we waited 45 minutes. When i checked back on him , he acted confused then finally gave us a table. When we got inside, we noticed the family that came right before us were still not served. That's when we decided not to waste anymore time and leave.Overall The hotel is wonderful.

The decor was beautiful. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The location was within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable. Only one outlet in our room worked (none in the bathroom) but that didn’t cause any issues for us! We will be back on our next trip to Savannah!

Pros: The hotel was lovely and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location couldn't be better for exploring historic Savannah. The pool was small but clean, and I loved that it was saltwater not chlorine. The valet parking is pricey at $28, but there is a garage across the street that only cost $12 and the staff was quick to suggest it when I balked at the cost of the valet.

Overall disappointing stay. Our room was not ready at check in. When we finally got in, the room was subpar. The bathroom was missing a lightbulb, the hair dryer was broken and there was hair in the shower drain. Additionally, the room was in general disrepair: carpet tiles coming up, wallpaper peeling. Would not stay here again.

Pros: Renovated rooms, nice and friendly staff (Bell services, Front Desk and Housekeeping). The hotel is under renovations, which is not a big deal. Room is spacious and the river view is beautiful.

It's a little ridiculous to charge 15 bucks a day for internet access. I loved the hotel and staff, and hope this policy changes so that people don't complain about their stay over something that the staff obviously has no control over.

Cons: It's absurdly overpriced given the fact it's a Courtyard...not worth it. Plus I specifically called to ask about parking for guests and was told it was free. It wasn't; $21 a day. Be careful if you don't like paying for the privilege to park your car on top of a room that was $215 a night. If they told me before it wouldn't have bothered me as much. Most places in the historic district charge to park but I didn't know that and I called and asked. And the girl couldn't possibly care less that they gave me bad information. Also, they didn't come to turn our room down until after 6 PM! We were already out for the day and back in the room getting showered and changed when they knocked on the door. Overall, not worth it.

Pros: I liked that there were Balcony Rooms facing into the lobby. It is a huge space that is enclosed with glass. Its beautiful! I loved that the room was so spacious and the bathroom was vary roomy.

We were ok with two beds but were not happy that they were double beds. I also didn't like that the hotel is so expensive and the price doesn't include parking or breakfast. Cons: While modern and beautiful, they completely removed the HISTORY of the hotel that they replaced. The Brice is located in the old MULBERRY property, which was originally built in the old Coca Cola Bottling factory of Savannah. It would have been a nice touch if the Brice had kept some of the old Black and White photos that were in the halls of the old hotel and displayed them, somewhere as a way to tie the new to the history of Savannah. Instead, they completely eradicated the history. The staff is good, but not great. This is supposed to be a five star hotel, and I would rate it four. No coffee pot in the rooms until you ask for it, then its delivered and is great-keurig -why not just put one in each room? That's what I expect in five star hotels and certainly at hotels in this price point range.

Pros: Room was clean. Very close walk to river walk area as well as the city market area.
Cons: Check-in was an hour and a half late. Valet parking was forced unless you wanted to find a parking spot somewhere on the street and carry your luggage over. Someone from the valet team also stole expensive items from our vehicle and was eating some food we had in the center console. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and very nice. It was within walking distance to all the areas sights. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Savannah.
Cons: The only choice for parking at the hotel is valet which is $18 dollars per night.

Cons: We had a terrible experience. The hotel is at the edge of a rough neighborhood. Valet parking is on the street where there is a LOT of rough looking foot traffic. Our toilet didn't work. The room smelled like a sweaty locker room. The furniture was old and battered. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Savannah last year for less money and it was 100% better.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location... within walking distance to many restaurants area sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Excellent 24/7 valet staff and service although the $25 per night fee plus tax was an unwelcome surprise. Walking distance to River St, Bay St and other areas.
Cons: Staff were loud in the hallways while we were trying to sleep in. No free breakfast offered.

Cons: No fringe in the room, room cleaning at 5pm. First room given had no closet and I had to argue with them to move us. Overall rooms are clean and pleasant but the little things are strangely off.

Cons: Fitness center is the size of a walk in closet. Out dated treadmill and bike. Would have one valet at times. Should have just stayed a couple miles out from historic district in an effort to save money. 700 dollars for 3 nights on a summer weekend.

Pros: Room was clean when we arrived. Breakfast room service was good once we were able to get them to answer phone. Easy walk to River Street and City Market.
Cons: Room was exceptionally small. View was of busy gas station. Front desk couldn't provide a walking map when we arrived so we could determine restaurants within walking distance nor could she take time to assist. All ice machines on all floors were not working; must go to kitchen for ice. Housekeeping skipped our room the only one day we stayed over and, when we called front desk, instead of an initial apology, we were asked if we left the DND sign on door... we had not.

Pros: The staff was really friendly, all over us as far as customer service comes.
Cons: They could not find our reservation at first, but after 10 minutes it appeared. Then they weren't sure they could get us into 2 queen room, but they eventually found one. I think they were all still learning the system, they had only been open for 2 weeks.

Pros: Comfortable and clean. 10 mins away from the airport. Price was worth not having a free breakfast.
Cons: No airport shuttle, didn't provide coffee in the room because they were out, but did give me a free cup from the restaurant in the morning.
