Fantastic location! Beautiful lobby, restaurant, and bar. Great pool - though more lounge chairs are definitely needed.
Requested a room with queen or king beds, but was put in a room with full beds...despite the hotel being nearly empty. Room was tiny and could have been cleaned more thoroughly (especially the bathroom sink - yuck!). Speaking of clean rooms, we stayed for three nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once. Restaurant and bar staff were phenomenal. The rest of the staff were also quite nice except for the late night front desk associate who checked us in. She seemed annoyed by our presence.
Location was ok. A bit further from the river than expected.
Room was dirty. Had hair every where in the bathroom. In the shower and all corners of the bathroom. Air conditioner wasn’t working properly. When I mentioned it the next day (which I only mentioned because of the corona virus going on you would think cleaning would be priority) all they said was “thank you for letting us know and we will let management know”.
All was perfect. The valets were amazing and very helpful with anything we asked about. Give them a raise:)
I had to leave early due to advice from Irish government ment and got no refund when I asked at reception- my 3rd time stay and not impressed
Beds were comfortable - enjoyed
HATE HATE HATE...….not having hot water! When you pay over $700.00 for 2 nights, you should be able to adjust your hot water settings and not have the hotel dictate what they deem is comfortable. & called room service for 2 HOURS and even left a message at front desk to have them call me...….and NEVER heard a word from room service OR the front desk. Just bad business!
