The staff was helpful and the rooms were thoughtfully designed. The free snacks and drinks provided in the room were very welcome after a long day of travel. Very short walk to the riverfront and lots of great restaurants within a 3 block radius. Overall great experience and hope to be back.

Pros (+) Great location, right in the middle of the historic district. Clean. Very comfortable bed for me but my wife said it was too high and difficult to climb in.
Cons (-) There is no place comfortable to sit in the room. There are two high chairs and a small round table. You can sit on the high chair (not comfortable) or on the bed---but not suitable for more than a few minutes.

Pros (+) The location was great for exploring Savannah, many attractions are within walking distance as well as a trolly pick up location across the street. We were able to check in early which was nice to get settled into early in the day. The amenities in the room were great, having a mini fridge and safe are always a plus. Staff was all very polite and welcoming. The front desk was able to hold our bags...
Cons (-) To be honest there wasn't anything I did not like. If I had to nitpick only one elevator was available due to renovations going on. Of course, single elevator access due to winter renovations are minor in my book because they did not cause much of a disturbance and it was the slow time of year which is when these type of renovations usually occur.

Pros (+) The staff was world-class. I made a mistake on our reservation, booking our room one day later than intended. The Andaz staff was very understanding and accommodating. They changed our reservation on-the-spot....even providing an early check in. My family and I had a great stay...we will be back!!
