Pros (+) The hotel was located in a great location and immediate entering the hotel it was very cleanly and updated. The room was very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub located in the second floor. Would definitely recommend and go back soon.
Cons (-) The price for valet parking was a tad expensive and the breakfast price was a bit high which deterred us and we went elsewhere.

Pros (+) Very nice location on the waterfront. Great Fourth of July celebration. Oh, great breakfast.
Cons (-) Valet kept leaving my windows down, and I was not informed about the $50 I would be charged at check-in for cleaning-to be refunded in two business weeks.
