Cons: You have to drive across the main pedestrian square to the hotel. 2 parking officials didn't allow us to so sent us on a gooschase as our sat nav kept bringing us back to same spot. Local biker saved us .

Cons: the only drawback, though for most people unlikely, is when you get back to the hotel really late at night by car, you will have to park it yourself in the parking closeby (just a couple of minutes). But during the day/evening, the hotel staff parks the car for you (as the hotel is on a pedestrian area square) and also brings it when you need it, which is really nice.

The location was excellent: close to the old city and multiple bus lines. We enjoyed wandering in the nearby park.

Pros: Great location in Pamplona. We upgraded our room upon check in. We had just finished our third day walking the Camino. The suite was the perfect place to rest! We stayed two nights and so enjoyed the pool, the extra room the suite had and the lovely bathrobes and slippers. Everything is very walkable from here and the Camino is right behind the hotel.

The hotel was ideally located, not far off our route and has an underground car park - ideal with a fully loaded car. Our room was clean and comfortable as was the hotel generally. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and both were very nice and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was business like and not in the centre of historic Pamplona - perfect for us but probably not where you'd want to stay for a longer sight seeing visit to Pamplona.

Cons: Not a real negative at all just a point worth making, The breakfast is a little expensive when there are so many little cafes and bars in the area which do lovely coffee and breakfast items. We chose the cafes and were not disappointed and at less than half the cost Of the hotel prices.

Cons: - Parking is difficult and expensive here. You can go to an underground parking garage which will cost you about 11 euros per day. Street parking is 2-hours max, so thats not feasible. There might be cheaper parking further away. - My hotel was facing the street. Considering Pamplona traffic, you basically cannot open your window. If you do, you'll be disturbed by all the noise. The windows are well isolated, but I like fresh air in the night. - Gym is incredibly small but decent. They have a crosstrainer, bike, threadmill, and dumbbells until 15 kg. It'll suffice for one or two workouts.

Pros: It had everything it promised in the reservation. They were kind enough to provide a room close to the elvator (we were in front) The personel were very helpfull with details and bus info. Ee had a pleasent stay. The A/C was not working, maybe because the temperature was 15C, but as americans we love to sleep with the a/c. We opened the window and had a great sleep.

Pros: It had everything it promised in the reservation. They were kind enough to provide a room close to the elvator (we were in front) The personel were very helpfull with details and bus info. Ee had a pleasent stay. The A/C was not working, maybe because the temperature was 15C, but as americans we love to sleep with the a/c. We opened the window and had a great sleep.

Pros: Nice comfortable modern hotel a short bus ride from center of Pamplona, with parking. The staff was very helpful, especially the evert-present manager, Alfredo Elizalde, when several times went out-of-his-way to ensure a pleasant stay.
Cons: The breakfast was good but not excellent and overpriced and the Landry service was so expensive it would have been cheaper to buy new underwear.

Parked my motorbike on the pavement outside but the guy at reception told me to move it in 10 mins. I moved it 10 meters and left it there all weekend for free. No coffee making facilities.... 4 stars?? Not really even had to ask for a map as no info at check in, more interested in payments. Plug didn’t fit the bath properly either.

Cons: There was nothing that I did not like about my stay here. I could make something up, like: "This hotel needs to be located closer to the route that the bulls take each morning so I can see them from my room" but we know this is not possible.

A ten minute walk to the main street and from there took the bus to town or to the bus terminal As an alternative walking would be about 20- 30 minutes . You can park your car on the street for about Euro 2 .00 for 24 hrs or use the hotels garage for the price of 7 excellent coffee .

The hotel need a serious reform, specially the bathrooms. those are very old shower tub. used on the WWII
and the neighbords upsthere make noise most of the night. but maybe is because we stay during Holidays season. still it was very disturbing
