Pros: The room was very nice. The hotel is well located. You can easily park for free during the weekend (for very little money during the week) at less than 10 minutes. The staff was nice.
Cons: I had specifically booked this hotel because there was no carpet on the floor (I am allergic) but I had not specified this in the requests. So I was a little disappointed to find out that they use blankets instead of a comforter, which is a bit surprising for a four star hotel. Upon arrival we also noticed that there was a rug in the room. We asked to remove it (I could have done so on my own) but apparently they are not allowed to remove anything from the rooms. They let us change rooms the next day and the new room did not have a rug on the floor.

The hotel was ideally located, not far off our route and has an underground car park - ideal with a fully loaded car. Our room was clean and comfortable as was the hotel generally. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and both were very nice and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was business like and not in the centre of historic Pamplona - perfect for us but probably not where you'd want to stay for a longer sight seeing visit to Pamplona.

Pros: It had everything it promised in the reservation. They were kind enough to provide a room close to the elvator (we were in front) The personel were very helpfull with details and bus info. Ee had a pleasent stay. The A/C was not working, maybe because the temperature was 15C, but as americans we love to sleep with the a/c. We opened the window and had a great sleep.

Cons: Chose hotel due to reviews but didn’t enjoy what the reviews were about: -room was small for 2 people, if you had medium luggage- there would be no place to put it down, much more open the bags -absolutely zero frills- no tea or coffee pot, paper cups in the bathroom sink, not sure what that was about - to drink from the tap? -asked for a quiet room and was given the room furthest from the elevator and the park (?) and closest to an elementary school. So no, that was not a quiet room. - the room had a balcony, but no door to access.?? -walls very thin, so any noise from adjoining rooms, hallways etc, reverberates

Cons: Not very much. Scrapping the bottom of the barrel, a toilet brush and less worn out flooring. Slight issue with the app in that I paid for breakfast, but my confirmation included the extra money but not breakfast. Managed to sort via booking.com. BTW breakfast is 9€ via reception.

Cons: Had no hot water for nearly 24hs and couldnt take shower, the hotel could have made it up to me (eg by cancelling my breakfast charge). Just saying 'sorry' and making me wait hours for the issue to be fixed didn't leave me impressed with customer service. Also asked for the quiet room yet found the hotel fairly loud, but accept this is subject to availability and I was visiting at peak time. Would be nice to see tea/coffee maker (kettle) in the room.

The hotel need a serious reform, specially the bathrooms. those are very old shower tub. used on the WWII
and the neighbords upsthere make noise most of the night. but maybe is because we stay during Holidays season. still it was very disturbing
