Pros: Staff were brilliant. Good rooms, All prestige.
Cons: You have to drive across the main pedestrian square to the hotel. 2 parking officials didn't allow us to so sent us on a gooschase as our sat nav kept bringing us back to same spot. Local biker saved us .

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Location is superb. It isn't the cheapest you can find in Pamplona, but it is a high-quality hotel.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room on to the plaza was to die for
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Superb location in the centre of Pamplona. Wonderfully historical and important building, very stylish and elegant interiors. Well appointed and spacious bedroom and bathroom with small terrace overlooking Calle Estafeta. Especially helpful and friendly staff. Lovely breakfasts.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: fantastic hotel that has been in operation for 300 years, yet very modern (with a classic touch) on the inside. Lovely staff, excellent rooms, large, great bed!!! good shower. Rooms perfectly insulated so hardly any noise from the big square on the front. Great breakfast served at the table.
Cons: the only drawback, though for most people unlikely, is when you get back to the hotel really late at night by car, you will have to park it yourself in the parking closeby (just a couple of minutes). But during the day/evening, the hotel staff parks the car for you (as the hotel is on a pedestrian area square) and also brings it when you need it, which is really nice.

Pros: The modern style, the restaurant, the secure parking, the rooms were 1st class.
Cons: Nothing, this hotel is amazing
7,5 Good
Pros: Very comfy beds. Lovely large room, with views of hills. Small spa. Excellent if you have dog and cat, as you can park one and walk the other. 20-30 mins walk into Pamplona along a shaded river path
Cons: You are far from restaurants and the hotel has an expensive restaurant - eg 2 euros for each piece of bread. Bar food is better value but limited .
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Except the big underground car park. Staff polite and attentive.
Cons: They use a finger print system to access the room. The system hardly ever worked and we had to gain access by attending the reception often waiting behind others with similar issues. It is decorated in dark colours and is dimly lit, so dark that it was impossible to have a shave. Breakfast was a complete rip off at 20 euros a head it was of poor quality and poor choice. Cleanliness was also in doubt with cobwebs around the window Cills and dirty windows and stains on the wooden floors.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were helpful friendly and knowledgeable
Cons: Would have been nice to have a bottle of water on our room
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Fabulous room, comfortable, relaxing and spacious. The staff were friendly and available to help with small problems, like when we forgot our phone charger. The outdoor terrace in front of the bar, is a perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine, don't miss it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and hotel
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This was such a tremendous find! The hotel far exceeded our expectations and should be rated near a 5 star in my opinion. We travel extensively and know a bit about service...and the Alma was fantastic. Beginning with the extremely personal greeting from the hotel check in, to the general manager ( Adriana) inviting us to their private balcony to see the running of the bulls, the EXPERT Maitre (German) who took such personal care and held excellent conversations with us...it was just fantastic. The hotel is quite modern, with great amenities...very close to down town Pamplona. Special thanks goes to (Ronotho —sorry if I spelled your name wrong) who assisted us with timely transfers to downtown...he even took me to a local pharmacies and helped me secure some medicine that I would not have gotten without his negotiating skills!! What a life saver you were. All in all, I cant say enough about the property I would highly recommend it. The restaurant La Bilbiloteca, is a sure up and comer to be known across Spain as one the primers culinary delights to experience....thanks you all so much for taking care of my wife and I...We will definitely be back!
Cons: Not much...I wish they had an outdoor pool, but they do have an indoor one. Otherwise it was great all around.

Cons: Recepcionist does not speak english
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, well-maintained and the staff was so nice.
Cons: The walls were too thin that whenever I talked on the phone around 10pm (with a normal voice) someone knocked the walls to warn me, which was a bit annoying.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff who checked me in very quickly (they were also decent in English which is always a plus). I was personally escorted to the apartment where they explained me all the ins and outs.
Cons: The hygiene could have been a little better since there were still hairs on the shower head even after the cleaning service had their go at the bathroom. The location is quite a bit from the centre of Pamplona, however bus connections are good and easy to reach.
7,5 Good
Pros: Security is good, maids through daily, and friendly helpful staff at main office. WiFi good Cafes bars down in street if you don’t feel like going back into town Bus system handy stops 20m away out front
Cons: No aircon or existing fan in the room (although they will kindly lend a fan if asked) For my particular apartment you have to be aware that you only get a room off a side hall So other guests share this. Some may have a bathroom off it. I had good neighbours in mine but could understand doors or noisey ones would be issue as close proximity.

Pros: Every thing
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The accommodations were very clean and modern! The front desk was very helpful and readily available. Javier Cochocora was the best! He gave perfect recommendations for our stay and provided directions and guidance to ensure that we were able to make our business appointments, as well as make use of our leisure time. The location of the property is well situated—only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town and the bus stop is right outside. There are also numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes in the same building and all around. The area felt safe, as well accessible.
Cons: We enjoyed our experience overall.
7,9 Good
Pros: It was perfect for my purposes. I was on a course and travelling alone. I booked a one bedroom and it was perfect for my needs. The rooms were well sized, clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying there to anyone. There is a great coffee shop in the plaza, plenty of places to eat and only a short ride to the center of town.
Cons: The kitchen could have done with a few things like salt and pepper or olive oil or even cleaning products would have made it much more comfortable. I was only there for a week and had to buy huge sizes of things. That was the only thing that seemed a little bit of a waste. Otherwise it was really great.

Cons: The day of the check out the cleaning lady came three times between 11 and 12. She told me the reason was she was told I was leaving that day so she had to clean. Nice helpful staff, good cafe and descent continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious and they are very proud of their heritage everything has the initials HA on. 8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was good, quiet and people were friendly.Rooms were big and comfortable. The restaurant was not good because we were told that the chef was on vacation and the food had been cooked before and kept in the freezer so what we got was heated up..They also had half of what they offered in the menu, so this was disappointing.
Cons: Restaurant service and meal.
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast great with a large choice of fresh fruits and sweets. The rooms were spacious.
Cons: The room seemed kinda old. The bed was not really comfortable for me. The AC was a bit hard to regulate and noisy.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The room was a good size.
Cons: The AC frankly didnt work and the initial reaction from reception was unsympathetic. The format of three single beds wasnt ideal as there was little space left to move around in the room. Was difficult to order a cooked option for breakfast and the buffet was uninspiring. Facilities showing their age. No gym?

Cons: There was nothing not to like in that apartment, everything was perfect.
