Pros: Room was modern and spacious and clean
Cons: No eating facilities at night which is problematic given its location. It’s location is poor and 2km from the centre of town, based as it is in an industrial park of Marburg. Despite being a “Bett+Bike” hotel the only provision for storing bikes was a bike rack outside in the car park.

Cons: Apart of the breakfast all information in booking of this place was not accurate. It was far from the city in an unpleasant neighborhood. The facilities were poor and the room was ugly.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was outside of Marburg but we chose this deliberately because there was not much choice in the city. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots to choose from! The restaurant attached to the hotel was also very good and we had a lot of fun testing their cocktails!

Overview Reviews

7,5 Good
Pros: The hotel is located close to the train station and within a short walk of the old city and the university campus. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: Our room faced the street and was quite noisy during the late evening and early morning. Our stay was at the beginning of August, so we wanted the windows open for the breeze, but had to keep them closed for the noise. The room was fine - large and functional - but the bed was a bit too firm for me (individual tastes vary, of course).
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: I cannot think of one thing I liked in or about this hotel...
Cons: Everything! The location: it´s just at a very busy street. The entrance: there´s a doorbell and a speaker but you cannot hear anything. We waited for 10 mins to get in. The hotel / building: not renovated, old, just yuuuk. The room: I really didnt want to sleep there... old interior, bed with one set of lining, very old ones, pillow was probably older than me.... hair dryer didnt work and they didnt have a spare one at the reception. Wifi: didn´t work at all... Breakfast: it was OK, but not great. Oh!!! And I had an old couch in my room which was just too creepy....
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was very good and we enjoyed the breakfast!
4,2 Okay
Cons: Low Wi-fi, could be more cleaned.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, quiet and clean. The staff were super friendly
7,1 Good
Pros: Clean inside. Great location for those who travel with a train. Sufficient breakfast.
Cons: It was too loud. My room was on the 4th floor, bed was located exactly at communicating wall with elevator, that was horrible.
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast had reasonable variety of choices. Location was very good for arrival and departure at station and within a 15-20 walk for activities in town and old town.
Cons: Room could have done with air conditioning and fridge.
7,9 Good
Pros: Close to parking options, friendly staff and the rooms were spacious (just what you need when travelling with a family). Rooms were interconnecting as well which was fantastic for our large party.
Cons: Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms (available at the reception). Shower was a bit small if you have to wash children. It's a very busy area with lots of traffic and not inside the old town center (although it's a short walk there).
