10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, fantastic breakfast but the best feature of this hotel is the amazing staff. Everyone was fabulous. The night receptionist I will forever be indebted to as he called the restaurant where I thought I had left my wedding ring and helped me get it back!! Thank you
Cons: View from my room but we were hardly in the room so it did not matter on this trip.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel and its staff was incredible. We are from the U.S., and am used to staying at Hilton, JW Marriott and Kimpton hotels, and of all the places we stayed in Croatia, this was my favorite. You are right in the heart of it all, and no other hotel can offer this. If you open your windows at night, you'll hear the live music that plays most nights. There are only maybe 12 rooms, so book out far in advance. They also had the best breakfast...we always buy the breakfast option in our rates for all the hotels on our trip. Staff was exuberant and helpful, and made us feel welcome every time we left and came into the lobby.
Cons: It's in the center of the city, so you have to park a few blocks away, then drag your luggage through the streets to the hotel. No cars allowed on the city streets.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great staff, and great food. I really have no complaints. The room itself was perfectly appointed and more importantly, the staff was outstanding. Friendly and personal and seemed to actually care about the happiness of every guest. I felt in particular the value was quite high and we ended up staying an extra night as a result.
Cons: The property is in a pedestrian-only area in the old town, which is a great location to be sure, but means you must find public parking somewhere else and walk your bags to the hotel. Its not the fault of the hotel but they could improve a little by working with a private lot operator and/or having a porter assist with parking and bags during checkin. We were able to find parking fairly close to the main city gate and ultimately only had to walk a couple of minutes with our bags, so it was no big deal.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff very comfortable room nice breakfast very central in town but hotel very peaceful
Cons: Nothing
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Good food, great service, nice bed and great bathroom.
Cons: Challenging parking situation, but not unusual for an old town hotel.

Pros: breakfast and location
Cons: was not overly impressed with food at hotel restaurant for being a michelin and staff generally seemed to not really care about your experience dont. No AC working and got the old was "working before you got here."
5,0 Okay
Pros: Perfectly pleasant hotel but we were expecting more, from the description, previous reviews and the Relais & Chateaux affiliation. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The room was quite ordinary and there was no obvious view unless standing right by the window. Overall it was the least satisfying night of our Croatia tour - both Zadar and the hotel did not meet our high expectations. Restaurant lacked atmosphere.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: This family-run hotel is by the sea, at a certain distance from the centre, which ensures quietness and relaxation. The staff (Martina and the rest) were extremely nice and helpful and treated us wonderfully. There’s no elevator but the staff is kindly ready to take your luggage upstairs. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable so we slept like children. The hotel has a first rate restaurant with an exceptional menu. We will definitely come back.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked, first and formost, the wonderful staff. Their friendliness, and desire to make our stay as great as it was made this experience. The room is bigger than most European rooms, in great condition, comfortable and the houskeeping staff made our return ..special in a kind way. Very good breakfast. Old Zadar just a few minutes away by car, but this place has a beach and the Adriatic just across. I think it's a best bet in Zadar. In a culture that doesn't leave many tips, I felt compelled to leave some for room and restaurant staff. Thanks.

Cons: /
7,5 Good
Pros: Great for kids and plenty of entertainment, variety of food is fantastic and very delicious.
Cons: Rooms could be updated they are run down and a bit small for a family if 4.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Swimming facilities, food, staff, falky club with amazing staff, private beach.
Cons: Very noisy late into the night. We had room facing the everyday disco and our kids were having trouble sleeping. I did not expect this at family hotel. Also a bit more crowded to my liking when the season started. However great prior to season start. I didnt like that coffee was not part of the lunch Board.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice location. Great facilities, lovely pool, really good buffet.
Cons: Room was over delivery area and staff rest area - very noisy! Also no aircon at this time of year in room so had to have windows open - choice of 28 degrees versus noise from 0530-0030. Didn’t get much sleep!!! Not a lot to walk out to, very quiet resort with not a lot going on. Had weather been better perhaps wouldn’t have needed to walk out.....
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Cold wather at the pool!
5,8 Okay
Pros: Generally speaking, the service was nice. Most of people were very pleasant although there were some shortcomings (such as entering of the service in the room without knocking while we were sleeping in the morning, when we came the beds were not made for kids...).
Cons: Access to hotel by a car is very family unfriendly. With two small kids we had to make an illegal parking so that we could leave the luggage and get the kids to the room. The access road was full with parked cars whereas garage is a solid walk from the hotel (which after long journey and hot sun is not something we were expecting). The room (apparently 33m2) was far from value for money. We paid EUR 350 a night which is double what we would pay for such room had we knew. Few years ago we were in their adjacent hotel which is why we booked this place, but had we known that the standard is so different we would not book this hotel.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: excellent hotel located right on the seashore very comfortable and spacious rooms great breakfast I especially want to note the remarkable service all the staff at the reception are very attentive and friendly really helped us and did everything to solve our problem we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Spa Area, cleanningness of the rooms, food is excellent.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Falkensteiner is a pretty big resort made of 4 different hotels corresponding to client specific expectations. The Adriana hotel is clearly the place to be if your looking for great confort, cuisine and rest areas. The location is fantastic in a very quite park with admirable century-old trees with direct access to the sea. Weather permitting, having meals served in the park is a magnificent experience. The meals served are of very high level and offer incredible buffet and menus both for breakfast and dinner. Absolute kindness of all staff must also be reported.
Cons: Probably due to overbooking practice (described to us as "technical issues with some rooms"), we were told with a very short notice that we could not benefit of the expected booked room in Adriana hotel. We were offered to stay in the close 4-star Funimation hotel (very good place for family with young to middle age children) which was somehow disappointing when you expected a restfull and quite place to stay. The hotel management was kind enough to offer many compensations for the inconvenience and even if we could benefits from all great facilities and meals (but the room) of the Adriana hotel, we remain on a shared feeling that we were not able to benefit from the expected room (hence the bad appreciation on the "Confort" criteria).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The reception named Ani made us feel so welcome and she was extremely helpful. The highlight was the amazing dinners... we were served by the most amazing waiter named Lazar - he was so knowledgeable and shared some wonderful stories and he made our stay amazing. Big thanks to Lazar this was a stay we won’t forget. The hotel is in a great location and nearby the old town. 15min on a bike.
Cons: N/A
9,5 Excellent
Pros: F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C garden !!! We booked half-board for 3 days (in April, therefore lower prices compared to high season). We had a wonderful stay with all what you can expect from such a hotel (spa, swimming pool, buffets,...). The staff was very kind. The daily menus from the restaurant were good and vary. Great variety in the buffets (breakfasts and evening), with fresh products. The reception staff was helpful to arrange a small problem we encountered with our bill (very professional). The spa, included in the price (located in the Funimation hotel, very close walking distance) is fantastic.
Cons: Room deco slightly outdated but very functional (but very nice bathroom). Everything is however perfectly clean. The wine service could be definitely improved (too warm when served, wrong bottle delivered once).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We spent a very enjoyable five days here. From the fulsome welcome when we arrived, to the stunning views and amazing gardens, Hotel Adriana greatly exceeded our expectations - and we're pretty fussy! Staff were very accommodating and, without exception, everyone went out of their way to ensure that we had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay. The food was delicious and breakfast and dinner menus were stunning. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean, while the gardens are also maintained to a very high standard. We enjoyed a quiet few days by the pool and availed of the time to enjoy a leisurely read of the small selection of books available from hotel reception. We also enjoyed a number of lovely walks in the area. Having returned refreshed and rejuvenated from our short break, I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. It was perfect. We would love to return in the near future.
Cons: Wifi could be improved, though to be honest it was really nice to kick back and read an old-fashioned book or two while having a bit of a digital detox by the pool :-)
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location, food
Cons: Small room in comparisom with bathroom, wellness located in neighboring hotel
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The food was 5* and the staff were brilliant.
Cons: Room was quite small for a suite.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely food, free bike hire, helpful staff.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to beach and bus stop.
Cons: My original booking was for a double room for myself and my wife, however, on arrival we were told we would have to pay an extra €50 per night for double occupancy. I emailed you on 17/07 but I am still awaiting clarification from booking.com as this was not clear from your website.

Pros: Comfy bed and sea view
10,0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was perfekt, view at the see with jakuzi on terase was amazing, bus stop right next to the hotel, Staff was very kind and helpfull,
Cons: matraces can be little more hard...
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Great localization. Personel offered us breakfast to taka away before our fly at 6 am.
Cons: A bit old bathroom and problem with water outflow.
5,5 Okay
Pros: View from the restaurant and location near the sea.
Cons: Taking price into consideration room is very very small and bathroom is extra tiny. If you are bit bigger you need to literally jump over toilet to get into the shower. The service in the restaurant is quite slow to receive the orders despite not too much people in the restaurant itself. To summarize I would recommend this hotel however I do not think price is adequate to quality
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. A perfect location for a private beach vacation only 10mins from the centre by bus, very easy and convenient transport. Rooms were very clean with amazing views. Thank you Delfin, we hope to come back to zadar and stay with you again.
Cons: No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Fitness centre was basic, could do with a spot clean, but did the job overall.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Despite the street in front of the hotel, latter one has a very good location. One do not need a car if one will only go for sun bathing, enjoying the clean and fresh sea or will want to visit the (old) town. The stop for the local bus is right in front of the hotel. There is a bus and local taxis from the airport, or by noticing the hotel in advance also a shuttle (will be charged). The staff was always friendly. For those who likes a variety for breakfast, picks the right address. Also the dinner was delicious in the ground floor restaurant with the incredible view to the sea. We enjoyed our time by excellent weather, and will come back.
Cons: The balcony door was lightly defect. I mentioned it to the owner who organized a technician. What I did not like was the fact, that none who cleaned the room or inspected it noticed it. One left the door simply open. Hope it is done by now. This can happen, thus not a big deal when it'll be fixed. I could close it after I figured that the hook for the lock was bent.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic place, spotlessly clean. Very nice interior, cozy bedroom, wonderful balcony overlooking the sea. Awesome jacuzi on the sun terrace. Delicious, rich breakfast, with lots of fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses, salami, yoghurts, a huge selection of muesli, cakes and crispy bread. Just great.
Cons: A family room might be a bit too small for a longer stay, there is only one wardrobe and I did not see a place there to hide a large suitcase.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Location. View. Breakfast. Cleanliness. Everything amazing.
Cons: A bit too soft mattresses. Slow hairdryer.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Receptio staff was professional and friendly. Location was much better than expected. Resturant food was very tasty. Thank God. It was Not Salty. We loved the food very much.
Cons: One of staff at restuarant looked very tired. He never smiled when serving. No water in room.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, clean room and a amazing breakfast
Cons: Nothing

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Secure parking behind closed gates. Lovely location. Great local restaurant and supermarket
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just perfect!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was amazing, definitely happy that the meal was included in our price. The staff was extremely helpful in providing tips on local restaurants, pubs and excursions. On our last full day in Zadar, the hotel helped us book an all day cruise, complete with lunch, a bar, music and taxi service (roundtrip) for a very good price. Highly recommend the cruise!!
Cons: Check out time was 10am - which seemed a bit early. After check out, the taxi drove us to the airport and we had to wait 8 hrs in the Zadar airport because we had our luggage and no where else to go, which was exhausting. There was also only 1 small A/C unit in the entire unit, even though we had 2 beds (1 bedroom and 1 bed in common area). The bedroom in the common area received all the a/c, none in the bedroom itself. Traveling during the summer months and having to stay in the bedroom is not recommended. If you can sleep with the a/c in the room, you're good to go. I'm sure its more comfortable during other seasons.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very cosy and clean hotel with the balcony looking over the sea. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. We stayed 5 nights . The Breakfast was lovely and the overall atmosphere of the Hotel was very relaxing. Its close to everything.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Really great staff! Very helpful, careful and concerned to explain everything, give tips and help the guests. Tasty breakfast with some homemade options. Parking space available inside the property. Good options of restaurants around.
Cons: Too many stairs to go to the rooms.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained everything very clearly. The breakfast had lots of choice every morning. The room was really clean and had good facilities like a fridge and we had access to a terrace overlooking the town and the ocean. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Everything was good no complaints.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: I booked this for my parents and they really enjoyed the stay in Villa Valentina. The hosts were very kind and friendly, the room was super clean and breakfast service was great. They will definitely come back. It is recommended to have a car to experience Zadar and areas around properly.
Cons: Everything was great.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good accommodation. Owners very friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was ok but it could be a little bit better and broad variety.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hosts were very kind people

Pros: Food is fine, altough soups are not home made...
Cons: Is seems that they hotel has not enough employees
7,0 Good
Pros: Friendly and caring staff. Hotel right at the beach. Not far from Zadar old town.
Cons: For the given level and price the hotel does not meet the expected standard any more - would need a renovation. The swimming pool would need more frequent cleaning.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I like the variety of food in the main restaurant and that there was hot snack stand by the pool bar, if you wish not to go for lunch or just wanted a pizza slice or salad. I also liked that I requested a extend check out, pending if my room was already booked by the next visitor. However, I was lucky and was able to check out later which worked out perfect with my late flight back to Germany.
Cons: I tired the SPA, and was disappointed when I got the peel package. I thought there be more to it than be rub with a round terracotta piece. The massage afterwards was nice.
7,5 Good
Pros: See and pool
Cons: Kids animation could be mich better, kids usually love animation and don't want to leave, this time was differenti, they didn't want to stay in kid's club, means nothing was intresing for them. Definitlly need imporvement and spend money to arrange some plays, toys & ect
8,3 Excellent
Cons: The seaside location is really nice. It's a perfit place to see sunset. It's very good choice for family with children to pass a pleasure holidays.
10,0 Excellent

Cons: No complaints
7,0 Good
Pros: Food sortiment was excellent. Location perfect. Staff friendly and helpful, but not everyone is polite.
Cons: Lack of maintenance. In the bathroom toilet was mounted too low. Furniture in bad condition. No policy for dress code in restaurant. Extremely disturbing at dinner and lunch. Swimming pools were dirty: green algae between the tiles. Pointing should be fixed.

Pros: Excellent location
Cons: For sun loungers on the beach i had to pay.
5,5 Okay
Pros: -The breakfast was ok although lacking in sweets. -The location at the beach is good.
Cons: Where to start... -The hotel is old, has a stuck in the 60's vibe. Think ugly carpets. My first room smelled heavily of gutter. When asking to change room I had terrible costumer service. Downright unfriendliness and a refusal to get me a new room. They mentioned that the cleaning lady just needed to put water in the syphoon. I said ok let's give it a try but while profundly unhappy about it. After it was a bit better, but a few hours later smelled of gutter again. I complained and said I'd like to have a new room. Again downright unfriendliness and brushing off of my complains. They proposed to send a technician and they did but the room smelled terrible still. I insisted I wanted a new room and they somehow managed to "find" one even though they mentioned that they were full before. They wanted me to move to a room without sea view, that I had on first room, mentioning they did not have one. After my refusal to move to a worse room again by some miracle they managed to "find" one with a sea view. In this room the bathroom door and the shower tray were broken. There were towels inside the fridge. It was not well clean. At least no smell of gutter. They were extremely unfriendly during this whole process, appalling costumer service. -You need to pay for sun deck hotel chair at the beach. Absolutely ridiculous and never have a I ever seen this in my life. -The hotel has a mosquito problem, I was slaughtered. -The pool is quite small. Conclusion: This hotel is definitely not a 4 star. A 3 star at best. It's terribly overpriced and overhyped. Horrid costumer service. What a waste of money. Stay clear of this place unless you are a masochist.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean room, friendly staff. Great location, beach front. Breakfast with sea view.
9,5 Excellent
Cons: The room faced the parking lot, above an air conditioner.
6,3 Good
Pros: Breakfast and dinner were OK, even beyond expectations. WIFI signal was good. Room arrangement was quite comfortable and new. Our room was upgraded and we received highest floor room with wonderful sea view.
Cons: Too many children, not perfectly clean surroundings and beach, some smell all around Petrcane. Petrcane needs to be rebuilt completely. It leaves an impression of cheap destination. Very haotic uncovered parking. There was a hurricane during our stay and many cars were damaged by fallen pine trees. Small fitness.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner. There is plenty of room at the beach (on the sun and in the shade) and quite a few activities around the hotel.
Cons: Two minor things: in my room there were quite a few mosquitos but we solved the problem with the help of the staff. All the additional props are charged separately: I find that acceptable for the Spa but seems a bit strange for the deckchairs on the beach. Would stay again, though :)
6,8 Good
Cons: There were dogs running around the hotel beach - they were not even on a lead. The hotel policy says that dogs are not allowed. There is even a sign on the beach entrance clearly stating that dogs are not allowed. Therefore, I was extremely disappointed and worried about my safety. It's a shame that hotel is not honouring the rules.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The amazing view from the terrace
4,5 Okay
Pros: Maybe the beach but very busy and noised
Cons: I got the room 108 in bloc C which is above some big AC engine giving an horrible noises sounds in the room. I paid EUR 200 to get a noised room without view and with a check out at 1000pm knowing that I arrived the day before at 1100pm. The hotel complex is huge with many rooms. I don’t recommended if you are looking for relaxing time because it is very busy and room are not very nice.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Good territory, good beach
Cons: On first night not working air conditioner in C building. All night we slept in a terrible stuffiness. Towels for beach is no free.

9,3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, looks better in real, great view, great food, great parking
Cons: Staff was kind but very slow with the check in and check out
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very much a Croatian not an international hotel. Staff excellent and made us all feel welcome. We intend going back. Surrounding area beautiful and a short bus ride to Zadar - 15 minutes max. Catch ferry to nearby island from Zadar - very beautiful and excellent restaurants. All in all a very successful trip.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: View...
Cons: Check in procedure....long!
7,5 Good
Pros: Stayed here for one night as close to Zadar airport. Staff helpful and booked early taxi to airport for us, taxi cost €20 and took 10-15 minutes. The hotel has a real 1980's feel to it and I found quite charming. It took me back to that era in a nice way. The restaurant on site was actually very nice food and good service. The bonus was the small beech opposite, you don't except at a hotel nearby airport. I would recommend for one night stay if you have early flight not otherwise.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Big room with sea view and was setback from the road so didn’t find it noisy. Staff very helpful and breakfast was good. Uber to Zadar only around £15
Cons: Room had a slightly funny smell on arrival and no lift so had to carry heavy suitcases up stairs.
9,5 Excellent
Cons: Staff very friendly but the waiter we encountered in the restaurant was rude, pointing out immediately, before any greeting, that the table was too big for us. We were two and had taken seats at the end of two tables that had been put together(so could easily taken aside again which he did later) as we came at the end of lunchtime, 2.45pm I couldn’t see why he reacted that way as all the other tables had been taken. Without saying anything he went away and we waited quite a long time, just before I had decided we were going to go somewhere else, he returned and parted the tables again. Not particularly good service in an otherwise nice hotel.

Pros: Pool and view
Cons: No coffee facility in room. No iron. Fridge barely kept anything cool. Pillows average. Air conditioner controller challenging
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Slightly out of the hustle and bustle but not to far from the main area.
5,5 Okay
Pros: Nice sea-view, a very well-behaved young gentleman at the reception.
Cons: The stay in the villa left us with great discomfort. We only spent 1 night on our way to the south of Croatia. We reserved a double room for me, my husband and 2 small children. Despite the fact that I had information about the children in my booking, it did not reach the hotel owner. The lady owner behaved very unprofessional, suggesting that we should not get a room in her hotel and that we are too heavy for 1 bed (I weigh 50 kg, husband 70, and children 15 kg each). She said that "her beds are up to 200kg and we can break them" - I think that this remark was highly inappropriate, and this situation could be solved in a more diplomatic way. This may indicate that the hotel is not for people who are overweight. This situation significantly spoiled our mood at the beginning of the holiday. Italian type breakfast, quite a small selection of dishes. Very small parking, parking spaces in neighboring streets difficult to access.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Thank you for everything, we’ll come back!!

Pros: Very helpful staff. They dont speak much english, but make up for that with the excellent service.Breakfast options are good and is actually served at the restaurant below.
Cons: Not at the centre of the city, and is about a mile away. However this is not a problem, as there are taxi's that could take you there for cheap.

Pros: Good quality hotel with an excellent restaurant.
7,6 Good
Pros: i read lots about location being not so good but it was actually ok given that it is easy to find from bus station 20 min walk straight on and a 35 min walk to centre but bus stop is next to hotel.
Cons: maybe the fact that it was no mini bar in room and i prefer to have breakfast buffet but that is nothing major
6,0 Good
Pros: although it was not within walking distance from town,it was quite pleasant to stay..room was good size and good bathroom with excellent shower....they gave an option for cooked breakfast as well, included in price...
Cons: i prefer something closer, but was 10 mins by car and free parking was available if you knew where to look....had satelite t.v but no one knew how to work it...
5,6 Okay
Pros: Well located on the main road, rooms are comfortable and clean, good spot to discover the city or to catch the ferry boats
Cons:
5,2 Okay
Pros: Personnel were very friendly but not informed to guide tourists as they are the waiters of the restaurant.
Cons: There is not lift to second floor where the rooms are located.
6,4 Good
Pros: Staff were very nice. Room was clean and had aircon. Nice breakfast apart from omelette.
Cons: The room smelled of cigarette smoke. At breakfast, the omelette was terrible. There was no help/info about how to get from the airport to the hotel. It was quite a distance to the city centre from the hotel and again no information was available about buses - not really a handy hotel for anyone wanting to see Zadar.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Close to freeway was the only good thing about this hotel.
Cons: Breakfast was weenies. We woke up to no water at all and could not shower, use the sink or the toilet. The ratings on the internet are overrated. We couldn't wait to leave and should have continued in our trip to stay in Zagreb where there are More hotels and places to eat, The date on the water bottle in the hotel room was expired. The sink stopper was stuck down and we had to put our hands in dirty water to pry out the stopped with the hotel key. When we checked in there was one employee running everything, check in, bar, restaurant. The TV was about 20 yrs old.

Pros: Location
Cons: Facilities
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Some of the reviews mentioned it looking dated from the outside but don't let this bother you! The hotel inside is very modern and clean! Our room was the same, everything you'd need including a large TV, great bathroom and large sea facing balcony! We had breakfast included with our stay which was excellent, huge variety! The pool area is a blessing on hotter days as not many places in Zadar offer this!
Cons: Nothing, was a great place to stay while visiting Zadar
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The renovated rooms and bathrooms are lovely. Simple, clean, and the sea/pool view are perfect. The front desk staff are wonderful! Exemplary customer service.

Overview Reviews
Nestled on the beach, this Zadar hotel is within 3 mi (5 km) of Port Gate, National Museum Zadar, and Land Gate. Archeological Museum and Cathedral of St. Anastasia are also within 3 mi (5 km).
7,5 Good
Pros: For relaxation the location is ideal. Not crowded, you have private space a few meters from the shore. The AC is effective and although not silent, we could sleep as it was turned on. It's an old complex, with the necessary minimum maintenance, but the staff makes an effort to keep it alive. Martina from the reception went always the extra mile and her efforts played a big role in that our stay is considered nice at the end. We had a quiet room, be aware the nights next to the pool can be really noisy.
Cons: It's a facility from a different era. It must have been great 30 years ago, but that shine is gone. The doors of the shower are replaced with a cheap plastic curtain which leaves a small room for you body. There is only one elevator for a whole building and most of the guests need it, as well as the cleaning staff. The food is really local, which is great if you like it, but there is not always a neutral choice, although there are many options at each meal. The beach is not the natural one, once a gem of Croatia, but artifical bigger gravel, which one might prefer.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location at the sea is fantastic, the food is good.
Cons: The beer and the wine are very poor quality.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was not that great tbh.
Cons: All inclusive is only on draught beer and white and red wine, only until 10pm.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Room and People
Cons: Not all inclusive as advertised
7,0 Good
Pros: Varied nice food. OK breakfast. Lots of green around.
Cons: The receptionist that checked us in at 01:00 in the morning used over an hour to check 7 people in !!!! !!!! horrendous
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Price
Cons: Old fashioned very basic
8,8 Excellent
Pros: super friendly staff, nice food, good location
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and had a (somewhat distant) view of the sea. The food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach is very accessible.
Cons: The rooms need electric kettles and arrangements for tea and coffee. We could want to have tea and coffee at odd times. Sometimes, their infrastructure like currency exchange machines or even toilets in the lounge area are out of order. The elevator of Borik building is too small for a hotel of that size.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: great food, kindly staff, close to beach, close to center of Zadar
Cons: ants in the room no equipment for kids - kinderclub closed, no playground, no swimming pool for kids
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location by the beach. Excellent value for money. The drinks are very potent and the food selection is first-class. Ended up staying two nights. The hotel gave me the second night at the same discounted price for ‘all inclusive’.

5,0 Okay
Pros: The stuff was nice and helpful when we have to change the room twice; 1: ac didn’t work, 2: a pool of dirt from the ac next to the bed.
Cons: Very old hotel, reception is in another hotel 300 meters away so it was confusing and took us 30 min to finally find the receptionist to get the check in. We were told that coffee and tea are available in the morning by free but there was a kettle for water only and no tea bags, not even coffee powder (box empty). No possible to pay by card (90 euros is a lot to be paid in cash and blew our calculations on local currency away). Totally overpriced place, but I guess as the rest of Zadar. Not worthy at all to stay overnight in that city.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: The staff, the hygene of the rooms, there weren't bathroom to each room!
5,7 Okay
Pros: Able to drive to the Old Town in Zadar
Cons: Breakfast was minimalistic - probably the least satisfying of our trip to Croatia. They were unable/unwilling to process a credit card payment.
4,7 Okay
Pros: Our room was comfortable and clean. We stayed one night. Good enough for one night. Breakfast was just okay.
Cons: The bathroom blow dryer hose was shredded to pieces & useless. We stayed one night. The staff were kinda friendly but were hard to locate when needing to leave. They were (about 4) busy in the kitchen, pushing and yelling at one another. We went to pay with credit card and staff lady said it was not working so we had to pay cash. She refused to sign a receipt so got owner who was also the chef. He had to hunt for a hotel stamp. We were not satisfied with this and hope we are not billed twice.
3,7 Mediocre
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Very basic room, needs updating. Later we stayed in hotels of a much better standard for the same price. We were informed that the credit card machine was out of order when we checked out, leaving us short of local currency for the remainder of our holiday.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Only worth it if there is nothing else. It's far from the center (which we already knew) and very overpriced for what they offer. It feels like the staff want to rip you off (they charge me 3 euro for ironing a t-shirt). Breakfast is very poor but that seems to be the norm in Croatia. There was mould in the shower.
6,3 Good
Pros: If we saw all the negative reiews before, we were a little bit affraid but very y friendly staff, clean rooms, compared price/quality it was even very good, we had a tripple room with 2 bedrooms so space enought, everything was working properly, tv, wifi. We definitly going back there
Cons: Breakfast was very basic, but if you asked for something they brought it, we really cannot complain!
5,3 Okay
Pros: The room was nice.
Cons: The listing said Wi-Fi was available for free. I tried to connect to the Wi-Fi via my netbook and it kept asking for a password, but the staff insisted there was NOT a password. The English skills were some of the poorest I came across during my stay in Croatia.
4,7 Okay
Pros:
Cons: No Internet Service in rooms as advertised
