Pros: Fabulous staff. We arrived by car two days before the the running of the bulls. The staff immediately greeted us and took our luggage, parked our car and made us feel like we were family. The room was very comfortable. It had a very large shower equipped with all the niceties one could hope for. A really pleasant place.

Cons: the only drawback, though for most people unlikely, is when you get back to the hotel really late at night by car, you will have to park it yourself in the parking closeby (just a couple of minutes). But during the day/evening, the hotel staff parks the car for you (as the hotel is on a pedestrian area square) and also brings it when you need it, which is really nice.

Pros: This was such a tremendous find! The hotel far exceeded our expectations and should be rated near a 5 star in my opinion. We travel extensively and know a bit about service...and the Alma was fantastic. Beginning with the extremely personal greeting from the hotel check in, to the general manager ( Adriana) inviting us to their private balcony to see the running of the bulls, the EXPERT Maitre (German) who took such personal care and held excellent conversations with us...it was just fantastic. The hotel is quite modern, with great amenities...very close to down town Pamplona. Special thanks goes to (Ronotho —sorry if I spelled your name wrong) who assisted us with timely transfers to downtown...he even took me to a local pharmacies and helped me secure some medicine that I would not have gotten without his negotiating skills!! What a life saver you were. All in all, I cant say enough about the property I would highly recommend it. The restaurant La Bilbiloteca, is a sure up and comer to be known across Spain as one the primers culinary delights to experience....thanks you all so much for taking care of my wife and I...We will definitely be back!

Cons: You are far from restaurants and the hotel has an expensive restaurant - eg 2 euros for each piece of bread. Bar food is better value but limited .

Cons: They use a finger print system to access the room. The system hardly ever worked and we had to gain access by attending the reception often waiting behind others with similar issues.It is decorated in dark colours and is dimly lit, so dark that it was impossible to have a shave. Breakfast was a complete rip off at 20 euros a head it was of poor quality and poor choice. Cleanliness was also in doubt with cobwebs around the window Cills and dirty windows and stains on the wooden floors.

Cons: We have a dog and last year we eat in the restaurant it was lovely this year unbeknown to us rules have changed no dogs allowed but we where not made aware of this was asked to leave breakfast room and still had to pay will not stop again very unhappy . We could sit outside but at seven in morning and already got my breakfast plated it was a little cool . We go everywhere with are dog this was fantastic last year but sadly not pet friendly now .

Cons: The day of the check out the cleaning lady came three times between 11 and 12. She told me the reason was she was told I was leaving that day so she had to clean. I know they are in a hurry because the room has to be cleaned for the next host, but i felt uncomfortable. Until 12 I have the right to stay. If I leave later, I know extra charges apply.

Cons: Everything was great, the only "problem" I can mention is that I couldn't find the pricelist for the items in the mini-fridge. I could have asked the kind house-keeping staff and I'm sure they would have happily provided the list for me, but I wasn't that interested on it so I wouldn't class this as a real issue. Other than that everything was immpeccable.

He gave perfect recommendations for our stay and provided directions and guidance to ensure that we were able to make our business appointments, as well as make use of our leisure time. The location of the property is well situated—only a 15 minute walk to the Old Town and the bus stop is right outside. There are also numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes in the same building and all around. The area felt safe, as well accessible.

Pros: It was perfect for my purposes. I was on a course and travelling alone. I booked a one bedroom and it was perfect for my needs. The rooms were well sized, clean and comfortable. Pros: The hotel was good,quiet and people were friendly.Rooms were big and comfortable. The restaurant was not good because we were told that the chef was on vacation and the food had been cooked before and kept in the freezer so what we got was heated up..They also had half of what they offered in the menu, so this was disappointing.

Cons: The room was older than my grandma, I have never seen such an uncomfortable mattress in my life and trust me, I have been in more than 15 countries in the last 5 years. Small room, old furniture, old tv, sometimes channels were not available and taking into account the price, i am ashamed, because I booked this room for 2 friends and it is a pity that they leave Pamplona under that sensation. Of course, I will never stay in your hotel again, even the breakfast was not included!! San Fermines does not mean you have to take for granted that you can take advantage of people because of the celebration. I am really really disappointed and mad, so good job guys.

Cons: It was not worth what we have paid because the interior of the room was damaged & we can see how it was not maintained. The room was small for the amount we paid. It is not value for money & was over priced. Definitely not staying next time with this price.

Pros: Close to food and convenience stores. A 15-20 min walk to the old town-city hall. There is also a bus nearby. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very helpful. There is a park right across the street and it is walking distance to the bus station (25 min). AC and wifi worked great.

Pros: The location was perfect. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and suggested us a lot of food joints and places to go around. Even though we didn't meet the owner we were in continuous touch she was very sweet to email me places to party and other details too.

Cons: - Burlada itself is a ghost town. Impossible to find a restaurant open nearby. - cafe joined to the hotel was ok, but choice for breakfast very limited. - We were initially given a family room that smelled very strongly of smoke. They’d tried to hide it with air freshener but just made it worse. Luckily there was a spare room available or we just wouldn’t have stayed. To be fair the gentleman at reception was understanding and offered an alternative straight away. I mention it only because I see other comments about smoky smell which could be an issue at the hotel. - Annoying to have to ask to enter the parking each time. A code for guests could be useful.

Pros: We stopped over in Pamplona to enjoy the evening and booked this hotel at the last minute. It was super easy to ride into the old town along the path next to the river. If you didn’t want to walk/ride up the hill, there is a bike / person lift to take you up. Its about the third bridge along. The hotel had free parking underneath and storage for our bikes. We left the car there after we checked out and continued to explore this ‘easy to navigate ‘ city. There are so many beautiful parks ! The room was very simple, but stylish, with a rain shower and modern, clean bathroom. Breakfast was good value at 7.90€ per head. What’s not to like? It’s very close to the train station as staff from the trains stay there. I’d stay there again for sure. I’ve added a photo of the map where the lifts are. It’s handy to know.

Cons: The hotel is pretty far from the centre (I read it was about 10 mins away but by foot it definitely took us 25 mins) and the staff of the restaurant/cafetaria next door had a lot less ‘joie de vivre’ than the lady at the reception.

Cons: Unfortunately location is a significant issue. Its a good 30 minute walk to the old town in Pamplona which involes queuing for a crowded escalator come elevator to get you up to the town. You then walk through the less appealing part of the old town and getting a Google maps signal is a problem. We knew it would be a decent walk but we weren't expecting the escalator/elevator ride or the deserted streets of the old town.

Cons: Superb! My husband and I spent 2 wonderful nights there. Room is spacious, very clean and tidy,, everything is very modern. Cafeteria is good and offers delicious tortilla and zumo natural. Private underground parking was ideal for our stay. And in particular, staff is friendly and very helpful. Thank you. We will come back.

Cons: the stuff are not very friendly. the hotel door is been closed at night and when you arrived late you have to stay outside the door with the cold waiting for reception to open with keys. one time the receptionis wasnt there. and a bunch of people had to stay outside several mins.
The hotel need a serious reform, specially the bathrooms. those are very old shower tub. used on the WWII
and the neighbords upsthere make noise most of the night. but maybe is because we stay during Holidays season. still it was very disturbing
