Pros: Great location to theatre and four corners.

Pros: Very clean, beautiful room. Had a better sleep the second night after I worked out how to close the shutters doh!! It's in a good location for restaurants and sightseeing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Cons: If I had to say something, I'd say the breakfast bar is a little too small, you can't see anything when tables are full with people

Pros: Great breakfast with a variety of choices. Easy location for most tourist sites and the shuttle to the airport. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons: The only bad thing about this hotel is that the walls are a little thin and you could hear noises in the hallway and the adjoining room. But for the price, its still great value.

Cons: Tv, safe, elevaotor didn't work. Walls VERY thin. Confused our day of check out but hotel didn't say anything until after we checked out. Once we realized our error, requested refund, they said no so then we we said it was our room and we may come back. They later texted that we made them lose a customer because we didn't go back....so they wanted to be paid for the room twice.

Pros: It’s a small hotel

Cons: Stuff in the reception were not as we are used in Italy, very impersonal and not really friendly. Breakfast was served in such a poor way - nothing to do with corona times ! service at breakfast was incredibly bad, hardly anything to eat. The shower in our suit was so poor that we got immediately a discount. Water in the Toilet didn’t flash from time to time, got another discount. Lights didn’t work properly as well, so we checked out a day earlier. We were staying in the suit of the hotel, which is on a noisy road, so if the noise of the airco is something you can’t sleep with, it’s impossible to sleep then properly. There airco is a noisy one. Luckily all our other hotels were great, not this one.

Pros: Breakfast was very good! Hotel is in very good location, close to old town, lot's of good restaurants nearby! Personel was very helpfull, elevator can be better - but works!

Cons: The room was small and with one small window. The food selection for breakfast is too poor for a 4star hotel and the space was insufficient.

Pros: Great location, very tidy nicely maintained - a bit pricey at Euro 135 a night but we did book late. Staff great, very helpful - shower had a leek and when we asked to have it looked at it was repaired (absolutely properly) immediately within the hour. Couldn't fault the service.

Cons: If you don't like city noise you might not like the location of the hotlel but we quite enjoyed the buzz. however if you don't like city noise don't come to Palermo full stop!!

Pros: What impressed me most is that all of the staff are very gentle and professional. Also, rooms and facilities are nicely done, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend Artemisia to my friends.

Pros: Excellent hotel, especially for 60 Euros a night. Room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable, the hotel looked very good and was near to main shopping area

Pros: The hotel is just off the main road, 30 seconds from the bus stop and well signed posted. The rooms are spacious and our balcony was facing the sun. Check out time was excellent 12pm

Pros: We stayed there for a week with the whole family (2+1). We enjoyed breakfasts, big beds, quite big room - enough to put some toys and the stroller. Big plus for the location. And the service was very nice and helpful in general.

Cons: As it goes to the cleanliness - could be better, particularly bathrooms. Curtains were dirty and my 18m old daughter managed to get rid of the door frame (yes!!!) which was put back to the place by my husband. But in general this shouldn’t be possible (at least IMO). Also we had some difficulties in a communication with the hotel stuff re transport from the airport - they claimed they never received an email which I sent for sure. But it is not that relevant :)

Pros: Stayed one week with family. Room (#214) big, spacious and comfortable. Good amenities in room. Good cleanliness and good cleaning service. Nice breakfast staff. Very good location - close to the centre but in quiet part of Palermo simultaneously.

Cons: Staying for one week - a little monotonous breakfast. In my opinion - scrambled eggs done with powder, not very tasty. Do it better please. Fruit juices from machine - the impression of dilution with water. Some technical issues in my room (#214) to fix - but with no impact of the final evaluation as very good stay :) Windows to clean from outside side - were dirty :(

Cons: In general the hotel is good. only minor drawbacks: Wi-Fi is not free, and there is no alternative as the coverage of 3G in the hotel is rather poor (you can get it only near the window). I personally never care about breakfast, but this time it was included in the rate so I tried it, and it was not the best I could imagine - it is much better to go out for a coffee. Perhaps needs a little renovation?

Pros: I got a good promotion. My room was upgraded (two singles instead of one twin). The hotel is well located. I got a very good recommendation for a restaurant from the staff.

Cons: The parking is not very convenient as there is no connection with the hotel. Also, I was not expecting I would have to pay for parking. This information should be available at the website. If the information was there, it should be made more visible.

Pros: It is a perfect hotel for a weekend trip. The breakfasts are famous, the heartbeat of the city is well felt in this hotel.
