Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, convenient for both city visits and port access. Breakfast is frequently mentioned as varied and enjoyable, with buffet options and pleasant views. While some staff are described as helpful and accommodating, service experiences are mixed. Cleanliness receives criticism in several reviews, with issues such as dust, lack of linen changes, and maintenance concerns. Noise, particularly from upper floors and the breakfast area, is a recurring complaint. Overall, the positives center on location and breakfast, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and noise control.
