Pros (+) Several staff members were friendly
Cons (-) Tv, safe, elevaotor didn't work. Walls VERY thin. Confused our day of check out but hotel didn't say anything until after we checked out. Once we realized our error, requested refund, they said no so then we we said it was our room and we may come back. They later texted that we made them lose a customer because we didn't go back....so they wanted to be paid for the room twice.
